What you'll do
We start this experience with a walk along the beautiful coastal cliffs from Bondi to Tamarama Beach. Then get ready for a delicious outdoor yoga class by the ocean where we will stretch out and limber up to the sounds and smells of the seaside. The yoga class is an 'open' class and suitable for beginners and advanced students of all ages and abilities. The class will include stretching, strengthening, balance work, breath work, and relaxation. This blissful yoga class will include a lovely relaxation and chocolate meditation. You will finish this class feeling relaxed, happy, and ready to take on the day! Contact me to book a class time that is best for you!

I'm qualified in Hatha Yoga, Aerial Yoga, yoga for children, and yoga for people in pain. I'm a kind and gentle yoga teacher with lots of experience teaching all ages and abilities. I have practiced yoga since I was 14 years old and love sharing it with others! I am a Bondi Beach local and love exploring the beach and the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk.

Wear comfortable clothes that you can do yoga in! Sometimes it can be tricky to predict the weather. So please bring a hat, sunscreen, a jumper/sweater, and a towel - to keep you warm and protected.
