What you'll do

You'll get a super lively, behind the scenes, 30-minute tour of our award winning Youth Arts Enterprise located in Boston's original arts neighborhood, Fort Point. See first hand how creative youth and their adult mentors design and make amazing paintings, animations, videos, graphic design, furniture, sculpture and photography for businesses and civic organizations throughout Boston and beyond. Staff will lead you on a fascinating tour of our amazing studios, answer questions, and get your creative juices flowing. After the tour, you'll be the artist—guided and supported by our skilled crew to learn the basics of painting and street art. You will be set up at your own easel, where for the next hour, our friendly artists as your instructors and guides, you'll learn painting and street art/spray paint techniques to compose a small "Boston Skyscapes" masterpiece. Your painting is a ready-to-hang, light-weight, easily transported canvas, so no worries about getting it on the plane, train, bus, boat or car. You'll have a great story to tell, and we'll help you tell it with plenty of photos for your social media.
