Experience the peace and serenity of paddling cool, clean, Colorado lakes with the Rocky Mountain backdrop at it’s finest. Life does begin at the end of your comfort zone! Elevate your sense of wellbeing while experiencing a new adventure in kayaking. Your coach will work along side you to teach the essentials of the safe and exhilarating sport of kayaking. With a home base of Longmont, Colorado, we will adventure to a nearby pristine lake with Longs Peak, the front range, and the Boulder Flatirons in clear view. Water safety and paddling technique will be first and foremost considered, followed by a safe but challenging water launch! A relaxing, delicious, and healthy picnic lunch will follow your kayaking instruction and adventure on the sunny shores of McIntosh Lake. All equipment including boats and safety flotation will be provided---just bring yourself and your appetite to try a new adventure!

My qualifications: • ACE Certified Health Coach. CPR trained. Where you'll be
Explore the beauty of the surrounding mountains reflected in the still waters while kayaking on McIntosh Lake. McIntosh Lake offers 3.5 miles of easy walking trails and beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains, most notably Longs Peak and Mt. Meeker. It's also a great area to see prairie dogs, bald eagles, pelicans and other wildlife.
