About your host

I've worked in the wellbeing area for many years. I am a trained, qualified, registered Shiatsu practitioner. I've also practiced exercises techniques - such as yoga, do-in, and chi kung - for many years. I'm very keen to support people in wellbeing, and linking this to integrative medicine. What we’ll do

Guests will ariive, and be welcomed. Some refreshment will be available - eg tea, juice, snacks. We'll introduce ourselves, and what interests us about wellbeing. I will share thoughts on various wellbeing techniques - shiatsu massage, do-in/ tai chi chi kung, reflection/ meditation. I will demonstrate some of these techniques on people present. We will also look at some acupressure points.

Where you'll be

The experience is in a private dwelling. Whilst the flat is modern, the village is one of the original ones in Milton Keynes, near the canal and the river, with opportunities for a stroll before or after the session. The Plough pub is very close so a meal there before or after could be nice.
