What you'll do

I have 3 years experience in teaching yoga and meditation and I have specialised in yoga therapy for different needs .
I give cyclic meditation lessons and practical to people suffering from stress due to different reasons .
In the one hour workshop you will learn basic Yoga Asana , breathing techniques , basic pranayama and cyclic meditation .

Workshop will be conducted at my place in Bangalore . It can be individual or group workshop . Depending upon attendees.

Any experience can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
