In this class, you will be able to learn about traditional Japanese culture, gain hands-on experience in the art of Sushi making, and enjoy a delicious meal! You will also be able to meet my robotic pet, Bell. Sushi Making workshop is designed to provide the best experience of Japanese Culture for all people. Trivia of Sushi/History 5. Sushi Making (Tuna, Salmon, Prawn ---, 5-6 kings up to market) Lesson 6. Photos and eating! 7. Trivia of Aibo (robotic pet) and Japanese arts Sushi Making Experience Sushi is the most famous Japanese food that has spread all over the world. To become a Sushi Chef, one must practice for several years. However, with this class, you will be able to learn how to make several kinds of Sushi within only 2 hours. In addition, your Sushi making skill will be portable to your home by the tips and recipes we provide. Classes are offered in smaller sessions (less than 5 students) to increase your learning. Arts and Robot My robotic pet named "Bell" welcome you after Sushi Making. It's made by Sony and uses AI technology. Chef Matsushita will give you stories about Bell, Japanese arts, and traditional customs.

I’m a Consumer Business guy who believe good food makes people happy. For more than 25 years. I provided consulting services for Consumer Business clients such as Food & Beverage company, restaurant chain and hotel. After I became an independent, I learned Sushi making at Tokyo Sushi Academy that provided thousands of Sushi chef all over the world. I started teaching Sushi making to my family and friends and I’m convinced that leaning Sushi Making gives smile and happy to people. Then, I brushed up my program and skills for a year and I decided to release my workshop and my room for tourists.

Where you'll be

Workshop will be held in my room. It's located close to Tokyo Tower and Zojoji Temple. You will be able to enjoy sightseeing before/after Sushi Making. Onarimon Station (Mita Line), Hamamatsu Cho Station (JR), Daimon Station (Asakusa Line, Oedo Line) are neighbor stations. It's convenient to go to variety of sightseeing spots in Tokyo. You can enjoy workshop even before leaving Japan because Hamamatsu Cho is the terminal station for Haneda
