What you'll do

Workshop: about 1 hour and 30 minutes, you will learn how to temper chocolate, use molds and you'll create delicious chocolates.
No tools needed accessories except desire to have fun and at the same time learn some easy techniques that you will always carry with you.
The chocolates you create should be eaten or back at home :)
you'll receive a funny diploma too

My passion began 22 years ago.
A long experience that led me to know many countries in the world, taking advantage to learn how chocolate is loved everywhere and how it is interpreted abroad.
I worked in contact with master chocolatiers from all over Europe, I worked for many years in the famous and romantic Baci perugina factory and collaborated with many magazines in the sector.
A story, mine, always accompanied by the food of the Gods "chocolate".

È stata davvero un'ottima esperienza questa breve ma pratica lezione con Nicola. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere una lezione in esclusiva che ci ha permesso di fare tutte le domande del caso e Nicola ha avuto la pazienza di risponderci mostrando una vera passione per la sua professione. Consigliatissimo!

Ottima esperienza, Nicola é super preparato, parla da sé il suo curriculum, molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha messi a nostro agio, e tra una spiegazione e una risata alla fine grazie alle sue dritte abbiamo creato dei cioccolatini buonissimi!! Super consigliato

This really was great fun. Nicola is an expert and a great teacher. He was able to make the experience magical for our 6 year old as well a enjoyable and interesting for us. He has great knowledge and is very good company. We felt very safe in the current Covid19 climate and found Nicola's instructions easy to follow from booking and throughout the experience. As for the chocolates, they were incredible and we will try to replicate what we learnt at home. Thanks Nicola!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Kurs und Nicola hat such um alle gekümmert vor allem auch um unsere Kinder. Wir hatten einen expliziten Raum und waren als Familie allein mit ihm. Wir haben sehr leckere Schokolade gemacht.

Nicola ti dice da subito che alla fine imparerai a fare dei veri cioccolatini (i più buoni che hai mai mangiato), per cui hai subito chiaro l'obiettivo e la cosa bella è che alla fine saprai veramente fare degli ottimi cioccolatini anche se non sei un cuoco provetto (sì, i più buoni mai assaggiati). Nicola da maitre chocolatier ti guida passo-passo facendoti vedere come si fa, regalandoti alcuni trucchi del mestiere per ottenere un risultato eccellente e poi, soprattutto, facendoti eseguire in autonomia le varie fasi, supervisionandoti e, quando serve, correggendoti (bonariamente) se esegui qualcosa in modo non idoneo. Sì, perché abbiamo capito che Nicola è un perfezionista (ad esempio nella presentazione finale del ns lavoro o perché arricchisce l’attività con le curiosità sulla città o sul cioccolato). Esperienza da fare e anche da rifare.

Nicola è stato davvero esaustivo e preparato nello spiegare e mostrare la lavorazione del cioccolato. Il risultato ottenuto è stato fantastico! Davvero una bella esperienza.
