Great private balcony, sole use of kitchen! Perfectly situation next to Business Design Centre, and London Hilton Hotel. The whole studio space is accessed by you only, with a key locked door. There is a frequently cleaned (see picture) bathroom which is shared by a maximum 2 other guests. The bathroom is on 1st floor and the studio on 2nd up a short flight of stairs. There are approx 12 stair steps only between the 1st and 2nd floors - so everything is very easy & accessible. No other visitors are permitted to enter our property at all. Sorry. If this is not suitable for your requirements, we respectfully ask you not to book this room. Angel is a wonderful mix of antique shops, designer & high street stores, cafés & restaurants, delis & food stores. 3 massive supermarkets are just a 3 minute walk away. The apartment is fantastically situated being in zone 1 & only a 6 minute stroll to underground. 24/7 buses, bikes to hire and everything in walkable distance makes it very easy to get around.
Angel is a wonderful mix of antique shops, designer & high street stores, cafés & restaurants, delis & food stores. 3 massive supermarkets are just a 3 minute walk away.

The building itself have an interesting history behind it. It is a re-builded 1800's hospital which has now been divided into flats, a very well kept and truly beautiful Georgian style architecture. The room is furnished with a king size bed, a small fridge, a plain desk/chair, a wall clothing rail, (and other small settings appearing on the images).

Please be aware we have a five month old Boston Terrier puppy who will likely be in the flat during your stay. Peggy sleeps in the shared living space away from the guest room. Stylish flat centrally located with great transport links. Just a stone’s throw away from London’s nightlife, theatre and restaurants, and minutes away from London’s best attractions. Clean, comfortable and equipped with all the amenities you need, the apartment is ideal for families, leisure or business travellers.
The flat is located on bustling Upper Street above a jewellery shop (so very safe) with the living space, kitchen and toilet on the first floor and 2 bedrooms + shared bathroom with shower on the top floor. The flat has a comfortably-sized open space kitchen-living room with a large TV, two stylish & comfortable sofas and a convenient fold-out dining table. Our puppy, Peggy, has a caged off area in the kitchen and sleeps in this space in her cage at night so we ask for minimum disruption in the living space between midnight and 7am. The bedroom is of excellent size and equipped with a double bed, desk, chair, clothes rail, hairdryer and bedside table. A large, easterly-facing window overlooks the pretty back garden. The bedroom is at the back of the building and therefore the quietest room on a busy road. The flat is professionally cleaned and fresh cotton linen and towels are provided.
