A magical canopy of Spanish Oak trees line the entrance. Hear the waves crashing faintly in the background & smell the sea air from the beach, just a short walk down the private path from Amelia Landings. Our impeccably appointed, 2nd floor-approx 3 short sets of stairs (no elevator), 2 bedrm, 2 bath, newly remodeled villa is centrally located on the island & within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, beach shops, mini golf, salon & spa, specialty shops & the spectacular beach.
Our condo was completely remodeled from sub-floor to ceiling in early 2013. Even the things you don't see like the HVAC system and hot water heater are over-sized and new. You will not find a nicer 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo so close to the beach anywhere near this price, so come and enjoy a fantastic vacation in an impeccably appointed recently remodeled villa at an amazing destination.
Our villa is a bit over 800 square feet with an open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining and living areas. It is on the second floor of a three-story building closest to the pool, tennis courts and picnic/grill area. Unfortunately, there is not an elevator in the building, so our place is not considered handicap accessible. Amelia Landings is a pet-free community so no pets are allowed on the premises. Smoking is not allowed indoors or on the screened in porch.

Amelia Island is consistently rated in the top 10 island vacation destinations in the US. TripAdvisor’s Travelers Choice 2013 Winner (#9), “Amelia Island loves a (family-friendly) party! The small Sea Island is particularly well known for two annual festivals: the Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance and the Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival. But there’s plenty to do year-round. Hit the beach for some water sports, explore the island on horseback, take in a show at a community theater or just wander around the charming historic district. The Amelia Island Museum of History offers educational walking tours, including a spooky Ghost Tour that will give you delicious chills.” The Family Vacation Critic (#8), “Nestled off the coast of northeastern Florida, just over the border from Georgia, [Amelia Island] is the last of the southern barrier islands that are made up of pristine, dune-filled beaches. Four major state parks and a national park are within reach of this quiet, preserved stretch of land where hiking, biking, horseback riding and camping helps your family escape our technology-filled world. There's history here, as well, with Fort Clinch reminding of Florida's place in the Civil and Spanish-American Wars. Moss-draped, centuries-old oaks pave the way into Fernandina Beach, a historic town filled with boutiques and homes. Amelia Island has a mild climate throughout most of the year, growing hot and humid in the summer months, which makes ideal weather for canoeing, kayaking, and sailing.”
