Newly renovated, great location, and super clean. Close to everything Nashville has to offer it's a great value. Good for any length stay(Long or Short). We are great hosts and proud of this place! Would love to have you as a guest!
Really nice space. Could crash here for a long or short stay and feel very comfortable. Good parking area. Good outdoor and indoor hangout spots. Ideal location for super short uber, scooter or bike rides however I wouldn't call it walkable. The upside of that is it's a tad quieter than some areas.
10 minutes to anywhere in town. Located near the Nashville fairgrounds you can see the downtown buildings from the deck. However, it's not walkable to any hot spots. Besides Santa's Pub. ;)

This is a private guest/studio house located just outside of the downtown Nashville area in a quiet residential/industrial area. A bike ride or cheap Uber ride away from anything Music City has to offer. The 12thSouth, Melrose, Edgehill, Music Row, Gulch, Downtown areas are super close. There's driveway parking. It's is a well thought out space thats perfect for a couple or business traveler to spend a weekend or a few months. It's a great value for the location. Any questions just ask!
Its a small but well layed out 400ish sqft place. I like mixing the modern industrial with the farmhouse look. Its got everything 2 people would need to hangout for a weekend or a couple months.
Great neighbors and neighborhood. Super quiet at night and during the day there's a workshop close by but it's not noisy and won't effect anything just thought I'd give a heads up.

(we had to fine a guest for this because my internet company flagged the illegal internet usage and fined me). ADDITIONAL TAXES: It’s written in our listing description and we remind you here again. Although Airbnb collects the State Sales & Use Tax, it doesn't not collect the required Hotel Occupancy Tax. As hosts in Nashville, we are required to collect (in addition to your total) a 6% Hotel Occupancy Tax plus $2.50/night. We will give you that tax total for your booking and will request that amount AFTER your confirmed booking via Airbnb payment request. Feel free to inquire about how much that tax will come out to prior to booking if you'd like. There are a few reasons why it isn't included in the nightly rate or in your booking total. One reason is because Airbnb changes the nightly rate every few days depending on the market therefore the tax total changes as well which we have to manually calculate because Airbnb doesn't feature the option for hosts to enter the Hotel Occupancy tax rate for our city, we have to collect it in addition to our nightly rate. Nashville hosts are required to collect taxes as imposed by Davidson County. Feel free to research online about Nashville's short term rental laws and taxes. We are just aiming to be in compliance with the city. Unfortunately, the Airbnbs in Nashville that aren't collecting the taxes are not in compliance and may not have a short term rental permit to do so. We try to communicate it as clear as possible in our listing in our description and broken down in the "House Rules" before guests book and agree to those terms. We try to be as upfront about it on our listing as much possible avoid surprises. There are several luggage handling services that would be able to store your luggage for you, and even deliver it to the house at check-in. RESERVATION CHANGE FEE (less than 30 days out): If you need to CHANGE your reservation dates to a later date, you can do so at no charge if the change is made 30 days or more in advance from your original reservation check-in date. If you need to move your reservation to a later date, less than 30 days from your original reservation check-in date, there will be a $100 Reservation Change Fee. Our goal is to also be the semi-private boutique “Go To" “Point of Sale" company by aligning international & domestic visiting artists with genre compatible producers at critically acclaimed Nashville recording facilities. Designed for producers, artists & songwriters to "Work it all out," this so called "Ultimate Band House" facility, was established as a support system for the 50 plus recording studios located in the Berry Hill, Nashville area.

Built in 2018, our 1,915 square foot contemporary home is a perfect getaway for your stay in Nashville. Our home is thoughtfully decorated and set up with all the amenities you would find in a hotel but better :) (Please see our complete amenities list on the listing). Although we don't serve breakfast, there is complimentary coffee, tea and light snacks. LAYOUT: 3 Levels (see photos for description as well) FIRST LEVEL: Entrance through front door or back garage. -Bedroom 1 (The Master Room) is located downstairs and is furnished with a King bed, television, closet and an en suite full bathroom with shower. Built in 2018, our 1,915 square foot contemporary home is a perfect getaway for your stay in Nashville. Our home has been thoughtfully decorated and set up with all the amenities you would find in a hotel .. but better :) (Please see our complete amenities list on the listing). Our home will offer you a beautiful place to start your day and a comfortable retreat at the end of the day. There are plenty of sleeping options throughout the house so everyone us sure to find a nice comfy spot. Bedroom 1 (level 1): King bed, closet and ensuite with shower; Bedroom 2 (level 3): King bed, twin sleeper chair, closet and ensuite with tub/shower combo; Bedroom 3: King bed, twin sleeper chair, closet and ensuite with shower. PLUS, the living room offers a Queen Sleeper sofa with a half bath. Although we don't serve breakfast, there is complimentary coffee, tea and light snacks. -Super comfy brand new 12 inch memory foam mattresses -Central Heating, Cooling, and Ventilation system. -Kitchen fully equipped with cookware, dishware, some spices, etc. Drip coffee maker with some beans and a coffee grinder to get you started. -Laundry room with full size, brand new washer and dryer available for guest use! -Parking for 2 cars ONLY. Parking is allowed in front of our garage doors marked “E”. Please respect our neighbors and do not park in front of their garages. -Dining table for 8 plus a counter height island with stools in kitchen area to gather for meals, games, or to serve as a work desk. -Comfortable and stylish living room to hang out in and watch TV on a 55 inch flat screen Smart TV. Provided is approximately 50 channels from our digital antennas, Netflix, Hulu and other apps can be accessed. ( we also have a TV in the master as well as the bonus room! ) -We provide some coffee beans, creamer, sugar, light snacks, some water bottles and sparkling water to get you started. -Fresh bed linens provided. We layout towels, wash cloths, travel size shampoo and shower gel on each bed. 3 hair dryers, one iron & ironing board, *initial round* of toilet paper, paper towels, & coffee provided, if you need more, you can stock up from the nearby Kroger grocery store 2 miles away. ***HOUSE RULES/AGREEMENT MADE UPON BOOKING*** A great deal of passion went into decorating our Nashville home so that it would be both beautiful to behold and beautiful to experience for ALL. We assume all of our guests will be respectful and excellent, but we still want to make sure you understand our rules and expectations so we're all on the same page. Please help us preserve our house for yours and others' future stays by accepting these rules before you book: -There is NO smoking allowed inside the property. If smoking outdoors, please keep doors and windows closed so the smell does not enter the house. - Absolutely NO pets whatsoever allowed ON or IN the property. We and other guests have severe pet allergies and we want to keep this property pet free. -Absolutely NO major parties. If you're looking to book our place to throw a party, this is not the home for you. We're ok with small celebrations with the allotted amount of guests allowed/booked for (no more than 12). -Guests may not sit on or lean over balcony railing. -Guests must use provided handrails when using stairs. -Decorations: Absolutely NO GLITTER and NO CONFETTI. Any decorations you put up must all be taken down including any tape residue. Any tape residue or damage found on walls do to your decorations may result in being charged. -Please leave the house in the condition you entered it in. THE CLEANING FEE DOES NOT COVER EXCESSIVE MESS. The $220 fee is to cover the expense hiring our awesome cleaner to clean all linens, kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, dusting, and up-keeping the house. It does not include her cleaning up after any disrespectful messes left behind. Please follow easy check-out instructions we'll have provided you. If you follow those, you’ll be in good shape. -Please communicate with us about anything that has been broken during your stay. Any excessive mess or damaged items MAY result in withholding of deposit. We are reasonable people and will understand if accidents happen, but please do not try to "hide" it from us as we want to make sure everything is taken care of or fixed before our next guests come to enjoy our property. -RESPECTING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. Remember, you're not renting a hotel room, you're renting a house in a neighborhood where people live. We ask that you respect our neighborhood and neighbors by keeping your exterior noise level down at ALL times during the day. ANY complaints received from our neighbors (whether noise or just being a disturbance in any way) will result in withholding of deposit. -Internet Use: NO illegal downloading of any sort, no p2p file sharing. (we had to fine a guest for this because my internet company flagged the illegal internet usage and fined me). EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS: Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask on day before or the day of arrival as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit. The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price. LUGGAGE DROP OFF: While we would love to be able to accommodate luggage drop off requests, there simply isn’t a ‘holding area” in our home that wouldn’t interfere with our cleaners ability to move freely during their clean. We recommend you contact Stow Station at (615) 571-9071 or you can visit their website at www.stowstation.com CANCELLATIONS: 100% Refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking if check-in is at least 14 days away. 50% Refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in. No refund if cancelled within 7 days of check-in. RESERVATION CHANGE FEE (less than 30 days out): If you need to CHANGE your reservation dates to a later date, you can do so at no charge if the change is made 30 days or more in advance from your original reservation check-in date. If you need to move your reservation to a later date, less than 30 days from your original reservation check-in date, there will be a $100 Reservation Change Fee. You must also acknowledge: Must climb stairs - 2 flights of stairs inside home to reach 2nd and 3rd floors. Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500
