HOUSEKEEPING AND MANAGEMENT BY AIRCNM You couldn't ask for a better location in Southeast Portland. Places such as the world renown Doug Fir Lounge, Ron Toms, Club Trio and Le Pigeon, Five minutes from Voodoo Donuts, Portland City Grill, Roseland Theater, Crystal Ballroom, Pioneer Square Mall, Pearl District, Hawthorne and Moda Center.
As you arrive to the heart of inner southeast Portland near downtown you will most likely pass The Momo a boutique hotel for business and leisure travelers. The location of The Momo is extremely convenient because it is nestled on a point between SE Sandy Blvd and Se 11th Ave both very popular and up and coming locations for amazing food as well as entertainment. The Momo is one of the only locations in the entire SE Portland area with its own free parking lot for guests. The parking lot also conveniently has two entrance/exits to make it even easier to navigate the parking lot. From the parking lot you will see what looks like a gigantic classic Victorian style home and on the left side of the building facing 11th Ave a small set of stairs leading to the front door entrance and a gorgeous concrete porch surrounded by beautiful antique style trim overlooking the bustling bicycle corridor. The front door is fitted with a pin code activated deadbolt with a auto-lock feature. Once inside the building you’ll be invited by a long entrance way and flight of well lit stairs leading to the rooms on the second story. The hallways are updated tile and the entire area has been all updated and renovated and will have surveillance equipment only in the public areas of the hallway stairs and porch. The entrance way and hallway will also feature possibly vending machines. The first room door numbered #201 will have another pin code to enter your room. When you enter your room you will find a huge size room fully furnished with a king size bed, 43 inch tv, microwave, mini fridge, laptop work station, hair dryer, mirror, iron, ironing board, and hangars. The room has high ceilings and a big windows with amazing downtown Portland views. This room also has updated tile floor that looks amazing. The entire building is updated and renovated. Outside of your room to the right in the hallway you will find the bathroom that is shared by the three rooms. It is fitted with a public bathroom deadbolt that will show if the restroom is occupied or vacant. Inside the restroom you’ll see the updated shower with all new tile also a new sink and other amenities including a shower mat, disposable toilet seat covers, air purifier, air freshener, public restroom toilet paper dispenser, air hand dryer, and more. The bathroom also has an amazing view of downtown Portland that you can see very well.
The Hotel Momo is located in Portland, Oregon, United States. Again, in a very central location that people are traveling all over the world to visit because of how pretty the area is and its surroundings. If you are interested in visiting Hawthorne, famous for its "Keep Portland Weird" slogan, then you aren't far away. This block has many great restaurants and bars, including Jam, which has been growing more and more over the years as one of the better breakfast spots in the country according to many critics. Well worth the wait on the weekend... And if you're into pizza, heck, who isn't (some could argue I'm sure), they have a great place on Hawthorne as well, called Oasis Café, which is located off of 37th. Plenty of fun shopping on Hawthorne as well. And again right down the street from the Hotel, four blocks to be exact is the Doug Fir Lounge on East 9th and Burnside, famous for its three wooden bars, full menu and romantic restaurant with dim lighting, world famous concert venue downstairs where some of the best of the best in the music business have performed at one point in their career to stardom. Very intimate setting and some of the best acoustics you will experience while at a concert and they pretty much have shows every single night. And if you want to keep the party going, just down the street headed towards the Burnside Bridge, which is in the direction of downtown Portland are bars such as Wurst Bar, B-Side, Sizzle Pie, Ron Tom and etc. Directly across the street from the Doug Fir Lounge is a popular club called Club Trio. Then directly across the Burnside Bridge is getting towards the heart of downtown. You have all of the foot carts down there, blocks of them actually, food from all over the globe and very affordable and quite the diverse experience. You're also close to famous spots such as Powell's Book Store, Crystal Ballroom and other areas in the hip Pearl District, which is full of bars, restaurants and shopping for all ages. In general it's a great place to walk around and get a feel for downtown and what it has to offer. You are also a close walk from Providence Park home of the Portland Timbers MLS team, which has become quite a big deal in Portland to attend games there, where they are famous for the "Timber Arm." Back on the other side of the river on the eastside is the home of the Portland Trail Blazers, the Moda Center. Always a fun spot to catch a game a big time concert or other different events. Everything named above is close to get around to it, plus many other hot spots depending on your thoughts of what a good time is. Portland, especially in this special area of southeast has so much to offer and the sights alone are amazing in and of itself. Be sure to check out the Montage under the Morrison Bridge, which is less then a mile away from the Hotel.
  • Amazing location, clean facilities, super comfy beds/pillows. Would definitely recommend wholeheartedly

  • AlwYs a great spot to stay. Perfect if you want easy access to things around the city.

  • This was a great place to stay during my brewery tour. It was clean, quiet, and centrally located.

  • The owner forgot to send the instructions for the apartment with codes, so we spent about 20 minutes outside, trying to contact him. But in the end he answered. He was very friendly and we got in. The room is small, but quite cozy, has everything you need. The minus is very thin walls, you can hear the neighbors cough. Very convenient location, very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. In general, I recommend it.

  • great place, especially for the price!

  • An absolutely sparkling gem in a super hip neighborhood. Scrupulously clean and well appointed. Walking distance to some Portland's best restaurants, bars, breweries and music and performance venues! The property managers are kind and helpful. The place is a stunning value as well.

  • Read the description carefully.. The title said private bath, however there is a shared bathroom and not a clean one.

    Maria2019-05-17T00:00:00Z
  • The location was amazing and we loved the room! We were a little hesitant about whether the shared bathroom would work out, but it turned out fine. Would stay here again!

  • Pretty cool spot centrally located in a fun area. Will definitely stay here again!

    Ileana2019-07-22T00:00:00Z
  • This place was pretty nice overall. Great location, good sized room, decent value, etc. The only negative was the preference for cool design over functionality... For instance, the bathroom walls were frosted glass (including the shower) and could be slightly see-through depending on which lights were on. The shower “wall” was shared with the bedroom, making it a little awkward and exposed. Due to this, I would caution users to consider their comfort level with that, especially if you’re traveling with other people.

This clean and comfortable, spacious two bedroom is well appointed and perfectly located in the Buckman neighborhood of SE Portland. The kitchen is large and great for cooking. Anyone, including families, are welcome to make themselves at home here.
Guests can feel free to use the front porch for breakfast or evening drinks. It's a great way to sit and relax while enjoying the neighborhood. There is Wifi in the apartment as well as a kitchen fully stocked for cooking I expect that most guests will want their privacy. I will have minimal interaction but of course am always available to answer questions or help out should anything come up. My apartment is within walking distance to some of the best that Portland has to offer. Voodoo Donuts, great bars, restaurants, breweries, food carts and music venues are all a part of this lively inner SE neighborhood. We are located on bus lines 70, 20, 19 and 12 as well as very close to the Portland Street Car and Max Light rail. Transportation should never be a problem from this location. There is free street parking as well for those traveling with a car. Guests will enjoy a private two bedroom with a large living and dining room area and big kitchen. The bathroom has a spacious claw-foot bathtub and bedrooms each have a queen bed. There is a front deck that is great for hanging out, eating, drinking and people watching on sunny days. Guests will check-in at their convenience (after 3pm) with the digital locks, location communicated in the house manual after booking. I am always available by text, airbnb message or phone call during a visit but will not be around unless I am asked. For any questions or requests, I’m available! This neighborhood is packed with tons to do, eat and drink. We are walking distance from downtown, the convention center and very convenient to many other neighborhoods. I recommend staying without a car but if you do bring one there is plenty of free parking all around. I am one block off of several bus lines and a few more blocks to the Portland Street car. The Max light rail is a short bus ride away and can be transferred to via the line 70. **Located above a legal operating Marijuana dispensary. There is no smoking on the property.

  • My husband and I and our two young boys had a wonderful week in Jonathan's place. The location was great and the space is huge and gave my kids plenty of room to play. We had everything we needed along with farm fresh eggs in the fridge. The house is old and a little creaky and we could hear the neighbors upstairs but it never really bothered us. It was nice to stay in a place with character.

    Brooke2016-06-12T00:00:00Z
  • Spacious 2nd floor apt. Great outside smoking area conveniently located above a retail pot dispensary. I plan on booking this space again on my next trip to Portland.

    Todd2016-06-05T00:00:00Z
  • Really spacious apartment, lovely comfy beds and settee. We had a lot of noise from upstairs (people walking on a wooden floor), so if you're a light sleeper take some ear plugs!

Jupiter Hotel is a locally owned and operated renovated 1970's style motor lodge. Doug Fir Lounge is on site, with great food and beverage options and a music venue with performances most nights. Night owl? Early riser? You’ll feel at home here. Request the bar side for a lively environment with the Doug Fir patio just outside. Or chill side rooms are a quieter retreat away from the action.
Rooms feature: unique local art, mid-century modern style furnishings, free wifi, flat screen tv, complimentary coffee in the lobby and chalkboard doors to unleash your inner genius.
In the heart of the inner east side cultural district, Jupiter is surrounded by great places to eat, drink, shop and explore. We are a few blocks from the Burnside Bridge which can take you in to downtown or the waterfront with the Saturday Market. On site, in addition to Doug Fir Lounge, we also have Hey Love, which is an all-encompassing bar/restaurant/lounge/indoor jungle/neighborhood escape/all day hangout spot with hours from 7am-2am. Our neighborhood has locally owned boutiques, great food and beverage, as well as multiple theaters for live performances. We are also a short jaunt form the Moda Center and the Convention center.
  • My first time staying in the place-and it was fun! The room was clean and highly-styled for being a classic motel! This was a first floor room so foot traffic occasionally felt close, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d recommend the second level rooms for a bit more privacy. This is not a place for families unless the kids are pretty advanced urban travelers but the cool digs might appeal to teens! The adjacent ‘Next’ hotel (part of the operation) is a new design landmark in the neighborhood and instantly one of the places to be seen. I liked the Jupiter and will probably stay again on another urban adventure.

    Mike2019-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Talk about such a fun location! The room was great and really comfortable! Love the chalkboard door and the linens were fresh! Will most definitely return again if in the area!

  • Great place to stay. Convenient location. Can be noisy at night but not a problem when we played white noise from our phone.

  • The staff was awesome and very kind! The room was stylish and clean. We brought our dog and he loved being able to be with us in the room!

    Sydney2019-06-30T00:00:00Z
  • Jupiter is great to stay at as long as you plan to be out late, as the loud music goes on until early AM. Other than that, you cannot really beat the location, comfort, people, friendly reception, and value. Thanks for everything Jupiter!

    Jake2019-04-28T00:00:00Z
  • The room was clean and comfortable. The location was pretty good. They also offered free coffee in the morning which was nice/convenient

  • I was in Portland for work for one night and the Jupiter was perfect and in a convenient location. There are a bunch of cafes and bars and restaurants nearby. It can get loud at night since it is close to the Doug Fir Lounge but they do have quiet hours and it seemed to be respected

This studio unit has hardwood floors, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and granite counter tops. Bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The built in standard FULL SIZE wall-bed provides for a comfortable living space. Walking distance to the Convention Center. Great hotel alternative.
  • Much nicer than staying in a hotel - I could make my own food and do laundry! Easy walk to the convention center but also close to public transit. Extremely quiet neighbors.

  • Absolutely fantastic place to stay! So cute, so convenient, and impeccably clean. Eric was extremely accommodating of my inconvenient check-out times and was a pleasure to meet. Next time I am in Portland I will be staying with him again. Thanks so much Eric!!!!

    Briea2017-04-28T00:00:00Z
  • Great secure building, very comfortable space, convenient to the train.

    Diane2017-11-28T00:00:00Z
  • The studio is great. Only struggle was I was here for a convention with tons of stuff and had to lug it all up and down stairs. The first floor has quite a strong, off-putting smell but it has nothing to do with the studio and once you're on the second floor it's gone. The floors are a bit creaky but the place overall has a lot of charm! Very efficient use of space and I enjoyed my stay there for sure! Walkable to the convention center with lots of coffee shops etc along the route.

    Tj2019-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • Really great place to stay. Like having a really nice hotel room for half the price. Everything is as the ad says it would be. Eric was great and accommodating. Highly recommend!

You won't find a better nightly rental deal in the Central City. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with 2 twins. There are 2 sofa beds, one in the living room, one in the sun room. For large groups, there is also a full sized hidden bed in the dining room. There is a large table in the dining room, so you can cook, share a meal together, and then go out on the town or stay in and watch a movie on one of the 2 Roku TV's with Netflix, Amazon Prime, & Hulu subscriptions. We have custom blinds, the upper units have great views of the city and the building has all of the charm and character you would expect from a custom built turn of the century Old Pdx fourplex.
Portland has a growing reputation for local breweries, excellent restaurants, and exquisite coffee shops. Other local attractions nearby include the Moda Center, Lan Su Chinese Garden, the Grotto, the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry, and more.
  • With a conference at the Coliseum, the location was perfect for us. The flat is clean and well lit and had all the amenities we needed. Parking right outside was amply available at night. During the day, you might have to walk a block or two if you want free parking.

    Miles2018-10-01T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed our stay at this airbnb. Great location for the moda center and easy access to the rest of the east side of portland!

    Paul2018-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • Tiffany was an excellent host, and the place was great--very clean. We lucked out with weather, and so the sun room added an awesome touch.

    Jack2018-04-01T00:00:00Z
  • A really nice place in a pretty cool neighborhood. Comfortable, spacious, and served us well. (Two of us even found the "hidden" pull-out bed, which made for a pretty fun game when the rest of our party arrived.) Check out Frank's Noodle House next door - the best handmade noodles I've ever had!

    Daniel2016-06-13T00:00:00Z
  • Great location and great space! Would definately recommend staying here.

    Cherise2017-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • The rental was well appointed and was well stocked with amenities.

    Colleen2018-10-18T00:00:00Z
  • Our host made us feel welcome by providing a booklet with not only the house rules, but a list of local places to eat/drink/socialize. The house was decorated with charm and care. The kitchen and bathroom had everything labeled so it was easy to find what you were looking for and the bedrooms were comfortable and well laid out. We were in Portland for our first or second time and the location is very central to both going downtown and to the surrounding suburbs where some of our events where held during the weekend. We would love to come back and stay again!

    Kate2016-05-17T00:00:00Z
  • Great vibrant street! Amazing restaurants within walking distance. There is a grocery store in the next block. Parking is free from 6pm to 8am. Such a busy street that you can walk alone late at night. (Such a great location means a little louder than your normal residencial area). However since we went here for a girls weekend I rather be safe than in a quiet street. Uber rides to downtown will be less than $8 each way.

Renovated 1898 Neo-Classical Victorian 800 sq ft. large view loft studio apartment. Restaurant row featuring award winning LePigeon is five minute walk away. Near Convention Center, Lloyd Center shopping mall, movie theater. Streetcar 3 blocks away, Max Train 10 minute walk, buses to downtown 2 blocks, or walk across Burnside Bridge. Easy access to I-84, route to airport. Located in urban Central Industrial area, neighbors are businesses in smaller buildings. Urban noises. City and tree views.
Built in 1898, this house was a Sears and Roebuck catalog house that came by train in a "kit", and then by horse drawn wagon to the building site. It has been renovated by owners and has had recent updating.
This 1898 home is one of the few remaining houses in what used to be a residential neighborhood. We have lovingly restored her to more modern living but many details remain true to the period. Home is located in an urban area with the attendant urban noises associated with adjacent businesses that occur throughout the day and night including trains, car and truck and traffic noises. A nearby bakery sometimes has the smell of baking bread. Many restaurants within walking distance. Recent apartment construction nearby has brought in more coffee shops and restaurants to explore. House is located in area with light foot and car traffic during the day. After business hours the traffic and parked cars are greatly reduced.
  • Beautifull loft with all facilities present. Paulla was very kind and responsive. Not the best neighborhood, but conveniently close to the convention center. Great value for this price!

    Loes2019-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • We loved Paulla's place and would recommend it to anyone who's interested in exploring the eclectic and cool side of East Portland! The restaurants in the area where some of the best my wife and I have ever experienced!

  • Great place!! I’d stay here again !

    John2019-07-19T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely lovely place and convenient location !!

    Joseph2019-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • This was an awesome place to stay! Very accessible to the city. The place was very clean and true to the pictures. The host Paulla was nice enough to let us check in a bit early, which was a life saver!! Two things to mention for those thinking of staying here. If you are sensitive to light when you are sleeping you are going to have a hard time. There are skylights that you can’t cover, so it gets bright very early. Also, for those with accessibility problems or the elderly, the tub/shower is a bit hard to get in and out of. It is very high and is raised. I could see people having a tough time with that.

    Kandice2019-07-22T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful place to stay; I could have comfortably stayed for weeks. Clean, expansive, and with all the amenities I could want.

    Tyler2019-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • Very clean, bright and airy space. The location was convenient, and quiet. I'd stay here again on a future visit to Portland.

    Jonathan2018-08-05T00:00:00Z
  • A jem of a place! Unique design with personal touches. Would happily stay here again. My favorite part was the gorgeous decor.

The second room door numbered #202 will have another pin code to enter your room. When you enter your room you will find a large size room fully furnished with a king size bed, 43 inch tv, microwave, mini fridge, laptop work station, hair dryer, mirror, iron, ironing board, and hangars. The room has high ceilings and a huge bay window wall with great city views. This room also has its own walk in closet for storage and updated wood tile floor that looks amazing.

Whatever your reason may be for visiting Portland, my place is in an ideal geographical location and in close proximity to many of Portland's top destination spots. The apartment has great views of the city and overlooks the Burnside Bridge and Willamitte River. I like to keep my place clean with all the modern essentials of an apartment such as a Chemex, All-Clad cookware, linen sheets, and a fridge full of all sorts of hot sauces to name a few.
This studio apartment has exposed concrete in which a wall separates the living and bedroom space. There is a queen bed in the bedroom area and a futon couch in the living room area, which is surrounded by plants and terrariums. The kitchen is equipped with All-Clad cookware, Bodum french press, Bodum tea press, Chemex, Hario manual coffee grinder, cookbooks, and other items for your culinary needs. I have a water filter and drinks in the fridge that you are welcome to as well as a free range use of everything in the kitchen, including teas and Yerba Mate in the drawers. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment that you have access to. In the bathroom, I have available Kiehl's shampoo and face wash as well as local favorite from Portland's very own Maak Lab multi-use wet soap, which can be used on body, hand, face, and hair.
The apartment has great views of the city and overlooks the Burnside Bridge and Willamitte River. It is blocks away from Portland favorites like Olympia Provisions (best eggs benedicts), Ristretto Roasters, Water Avenue Coffee, Sizzle Pie, Le Pigeon, and Nong’s Khao Man Gai and Voodoo Donuts and Stumptown Coffee are just across the bridge.
  • Great location, very convenient! We biked everywhere via the Nike BIKETOWN bikes that are throughout Portland (there’s a hub right next to the building this place is in- can’t get much better than that). V provided a lot of good recommendations for food that we tried- so much good food! The place was quaint, centrally located, and perfect for our weekend getaway.

    Anne2018-02-11T00:00:00Z
  • Really cool little apartment with an amazing view. I appreciated all the tasteful furniture and technology. Being close to the spa is a big plus.

    Rob2017-06-02T00:00:00Z
  • V's place was very nice with great building amenities. Would absolutely stay here again!

    Matt2018-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at the apartment was, unexpected. The pictures and reviews were great upon booking but our experience was sadly not similar. Overall, cleanliness was not to standard. After all, we did pay a cleaning fee during the booking process. Upon arrival there were no towels in the bathroom, dirty tissues and q-tip on the bathroom floor, dirty laundry in the washer, and moldy carrots in the fridge. Small things such as limited toilet paper, empty soap bottles, no detergent, and no coffee added to the frustration. It was also a real struggle trying to communicate with the host. Very slow response time.

    Corey 2019-08-28T00:00:00Z
  • Apartment was perfect! Lots of good coffee shops and cafés close by. V was great and gave us a ton of recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

    Sarah2017-08-31T00:00:00Z
  • Great location! I had spent time at the spa in this building before and knew I wanted to return. The parking garage closes at 10pm. The building is very secure - fob is needed to get to the upper levels of the building. Apartment had everything I needed.

  • Loved this place! Great recommendations from the host too!

    Albert2018-06-10T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful stay at V's place! The apartment was in a great location, within walking distance to my office, so it was perfect for me. The bed is so comfy and having access to products I would use myself at home (but am not always able to pack) was a real treat. Will definitely stay again! Thanks so much, V!

  • Stayed here for a night to avoid extensive driving after a wedding. We were on the top floor with a great view of the city, and it was surprisingly quiet, despite the noise in the lobby and for being across from the elevator. There is a bar downstairs, so the lobby can be a bit crazy on a Saturday night. Had a less-than-fun experience with a drunk party in the elevator, but that's the risk you take with a hotel in the city.

  • Stylish hotel with great views from our 6th floor room. The bed was luxuriously large and comfy. Great location, within walking distance of many of Portland’s best restaurants off Burnside. There was ample street parking and we had no issues there. Would definitely stay again!

The original bay-windowed parlor consist of one large room encompassing the living area with couch, coffee table, chairs and desk and a sleeping area highlighted with queen bed. A separate kitchen has frig, gas range, microwave, sink, table and 2 chairs plus all items for preparing a meal. New vintage style bathroom has claw foot tub shower combo.

  • Nice place

    Michael2018-10-06T00:00:00Z
  • Sweet spot, only complaint is that bright outside lights came on at night that made it feel like the sun was shining on us. If you're sensitive to that sort of thing, it makes it hard to sleep,

    Lena2017-08-05T00:00:00Z
  • The location could not be any closer to the convention center which was my main destination. It was so nice to be able to walk over in just a couple of minutes. The unit itself was also great with way more room than I expected. The amenities were perfect!

    Will2017-09-10T00:00:00Z
  • It was easy checking in and just as advertised! There are a number of warehouses nearby so it can be a bit noisy in the morning.

    Jason2017-09-27T00:00:00Z
  • Paulla's home is a spacious yet cozy stay perfect for anyone who needs a quick commute to the convention center. The home is beautifully furnished with a pacific-northwestern cabin-like atmosphere and is both a picturesque place for vacationers and a good getaway for people in Portland on business. Would come again!

    Jonathan2019-03-20T00:00:00Z
  • Paulla and her husband were incredibly responsive and the place was perfect for us!! Walking distance to downtown Portland and had everything we needed for myself, my husband, and our 8 week old!

    Sarah2018-05-27T00:00:00Z
  • Paula's place is very clean and super quaint. The place was perfect and fully stocked with everything needed. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone. The location is close to so much. I would certainly stay here again!

  • Paulla’s home is lovely- beautiful architecture, very clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking to be in a neighborhood, keep in mind this home is located in a mixed use/industrial area. I had no issues staying here as a single female.

  • I came here with a friend and my dog. It was a very nice stay - everything worked as it should, and the place definitely excels in style. The restaurant/bar downstairs was amazing, too. Valet was really convenient and nice. My only complaint is that the bathroom situation in the room did not allow for much privacy. I wish there was a little more separation from the bathing area and the sleeping area. I also wish that there were doggy relief areas on the property - maybe I missed them?

  • The condo was clean, close to public transport and, despite just one bathroom, was very comfortable for our family of five. However, we were very unsettled after a shooting in front of the pot dispensary across the street. Until that point, it seemed like a fairly safe Portland neighborhood...

  • Great place, looks exactly like the photos. Great location Katherine was great at keeping in contact. The neighborhood was great close to everything. Would defiantly stay here again.

  • Katherine and her team were amazing to work with! We had 9 girls travel in from all over the states and she was overly accommodating; we were able to check in early and late! We were even able to leave our bags in a vacant unit on the day of departure while we explored on our last day. There are always pro's and cons when you're not staying in your own home. The pros definitely outweighed the cons and I would be happy to recommend Katherine to future guests. I hope to come back as well! Thanks, Amanda Cabal

  • Great Stay!

    Ben2018-10-05T00:00:00Z
  • Great location, stylish place. Only downside is that the sound from the other units carry very easily and it can be a bit disruptive. All in all, I would highly recommend staying here!

    Caitlin2018-06-03T00:00:00Z
  • We definitely enjoyed our stay at the apartment! The WIFI had no issues and the keyless keypad door entry was super convenient. Never felt unsafe in the neighbourhood and there is a Safeway grocery and delicious Eb & Bean frozen yogurt less than 10 min walk. A cab to downtown is less that 10 min. Only complaint some of my friends had about about the shower. It is a bit claustrophobic and you are always touching the shower curtain since it's an old style bathtub.

    Ray2016-10-10T00:00:00Z
  • Great place with a great location. We had a large group and the accommodations were perfect.

    Cole2019-05-19T00:00:00Z
  • Great unit with plenty of options in walking distance and short rides. Appreciated their responsiveness as well! One thing to consider however is this is the lower unit and if people are staying in the upper, you will hear every step they take!

Each one of our vacation units are custom themed and fully furnished with large living room, formal dining room, full size kitchen, large bedrooms and large sun rooms. You won't find a better nightly rental deal in the Central City. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with 2 twins (which can be converted to a King upon request.) There are 2 sofa beds, one in the living room, one in the sun room.

  • The apartment is conveniently located close to downtown and a great value. It is bright and spacious, and the accommodations were very comfortable. There is a grocery store one block away and the kitchen is equipped with all of the utensils we needed. The only downside for large parties is that there is only one bathroom.
