88/100 Walkscore! This apartment is located downtown and is within walking distance of coffee shops, dining, bars, nightlife, convenience stores, a laundromat, etc. There is also a bicycle rental station located just down the block. Catch a show at Albuquerque’s historic El Rey Theater, only two blocks to the east! Old Town is just a short drive away! There is quick freeway access to easily get around the city. On Saturdays (May-November) the park across the street comes to life. The Downtown Grower's Market is a local gem filled with fresh fruits/vegetables, tasty treats, and local artisan crafts. Just as with the downtown area of most major cities, Albuquerque's Downtown has a large population of eccentric, transient, and homeless people. This is something for you to be aware of but not alarmed by. I live in this neighborhood and feel comfortable walking alone or with my young children, though I do pay careful attention to my surroundings just as I would anywhere.
  • Awesome place yo stay !

    Ivan2019-09-12T00:00:00Z
  • Lacy's place was awesome! I'm an Albuquerque local and wanted to surprise my significant other for his birthday with a nice getaway close to downtown but not as expensive as a hotel room. Lacey's place was the perfect fit and came accommodated with everything you could possibly need. Very clean and nicely decorated. Also very close to downtown! Loved it! Would definitely stay again!

  • This was the perfect place to stay for a conference at the convention center. Lacy was so helpful and I knew I could reach out to her for any reason. The snack bar was much appreciated after long days at a conference and I slept soundly every night. The affordable price saved my organization money. I will definitely stay with Lacy the next time my conference is in Albuquerque.

  • Great host, located right in the heart of downtown, clean and lovely space

    Aislin2017-11-13T00:00:00Z
  • Spacious and stylish space and everything was as described. We were only in ABQ for a few days, but the studio would have worked well for a longer stay as well given the size and layout. Great place to stay and Lacy was a great host.

    Rache2018-06-13T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment was really cute and clean. Look thought the white binder gives you great ideas where to eat and what to do.

    Sabine2019-04-25T00:00:00Z
  • Thanks for a great stay!

    Nishanth2019-04-20T00:00:00Z
  • Lacy's property was very clean. Everything was exactly as she mentioned. The neighborhood is close to several things to do. We even got lucky and caught the Saturday Farmers market right across the street. As she mentioned you should be prepared for the hustle and bustle as well as the noise of the city, but for me it was well worth it to be within walking distance of so many things.

This cozy studio is nested in the heart of downtown Albuquerque! You'll enjoy a private backyard and easy access to Albuquerque's bars, restaurants and many coffee shops, in both downtown and Old Town. The apartment itself is equipped with a full bath, washer/dryer, queen bed and fold out floor mattress for a third person, wifi, and a kitchenette including a minifridge, microwave, french press, and water boiler.
The studio is in the back of the main house, which is also available through Air BnB! The studio and main house are separated by a locked door. The pictures show all of the amenities and furnishings of the space. If you don’t see something that you might need, just ask and we’ll see what we can do.
Downtown Albuquerque and Old Town are vibrant neighborhoods, both offering many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and opportunities for shopping. Route 66 is close (it's our Central Ave) and a 10-minute drive to I-40. The neighborhood itself, however, is tucked away keeping the noise volume at a pretty consistent low.
  • Clean and comfortable. A great value.

    Kent2018-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • Very clean and very close to the downtown center. I was within a mile of everything I personally wanted to do. Perfect for my short trip.

    Chandler2018-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • The studio was cozy, comfortable, and cool (it was 105 degrees outside) and had nice touches, such as coffee, cups, and a French press. I would DEFINITELY recommend it to a friend, and I will stay there again if I need a place in ABQ. The hosts were responsive and friendly. Five starts for sure!

  • Cute, comfy space located in a sweet neighborhood in Old Town. The kitchen setup was great for basic food and coffee prep. Check in was super easy and I loved not having to carry keys. The yard is private and lovely as well.

  • This is a clean mini-apartment in an older building. Location is great for downtown activities. It's quiet, too. The only downside is the parking, which is limited, thanks to Albuquerque parking regulations. On arrival we found good coffee and a good coffee-maker. Basic supermarket within walking distance. We were confused about the entry procedure but our host answered our phone call right away. Definitely recommend!

    Zea2019-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • Very spacious, great price. Especially appreciated the local beers and champagne. It was bright and cheery. Very comfortable bed. It’s quite large, like a one-bedroom apt. Very quiet and very private. Perfect size for a couple. We hope to come back soon! My boyfriend says....6 stars!

    Jennifer2019-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • The accommodations were comfortable and afforded a short drive to nearby attractions in Albuquerque.

    Walter2019-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • Clean, quiet, and so cute it’s nearly unbelievable.

    Justin2019-06-09T00:00:00Z
  • Jeremy’s place is exactly as described. It is a lovely home from home - we stayed for four nights. It is in an old residential area 10 minutes walk from downtown and old-town. There was abundant linen and toiletries. The kitchen cupboard had all the basics and more. Our experience of Albuquerque and its people was wonderful and we hope to return sometime in the future. Hopefully Jeremy’s place will be free.

    Monica2019-03-31T00:00:00Z

Spacious and unique room in my downtown home (READ ENTIRE LISTING PLEASE). Fairly private space to sleep/shower/stopover. Shared bathroom if my other guest room is booked. Walk to popular places in ABQ! Near Old Town/University/Nob Hill/airport/train station/bus terminal. Park free on the streets surrounding complex. Great for cost-savvy travelers. *Only Verified Accounts with positive reviews can book this space. Newbies are welcome to book once they have some experience on the platform*
Located in a prime downtown location. Everything is walking distance! First floor includes the two rooms (two separate listings) I have available for guests and the bathroom. Must be able to climb stairs if accessing the kitchen on the second floor. My space is on the third floor (not open to guests) so guest spaces are fairly private. Note: This room is a garage that has been outfitted into a room space so no natural light (ie no window) and which means it is great for sleeping since it's like having blackout curtains! Also, the room has a sliding door which is a little bit smaller than a regular standard door (see photo). If this is possible issue please check with me...large equipment or extra large suitcases, etc. Please DO NOT book this room if you are not ok with the description. It is a great space, though! People who are adaptable, have experience staying in hostels, or have an adventure streak: you'll enjoy the space. This room has an a/c unit in the summer and a space heater in the winter. -Must have a verified account and a history of positive reviews to InstaBook. Serious and Kind of Silly Note: Adults who want "special time," it's really awkward for everyone in the house when we hear you, and we will, so if you're looking for that time together, please book a more private space. :)
Downtown. Located next to nightlife, theaters, government buildings, incredible breweries, cafes, a grocery store, The University of New Mexico, CNM, Amtrak/Greyhound/Airport, The ABQ Zoo/Botanical Gardens/Aquarium, and Old Town. There is a great gym a couple blocks away if you want to work on your fitness. Most of this is walking distance.
  • Great stay! Would definitely stay again

    Melecia2019-05-27T00:00:00Z
  • This is in a great location -- a five minute walk to a wonderful cafe with amazing baked goods and the best dirty chai I have had in a while (Java Joe's) in a sweet neighborhood. I was there only one night so I didn't get a chance to explore, but would do so if I went back. The space is pretty basic -- studio with a bathroom -- plus there is an outdoor space to hang if it's not too hot. In the bathroom there was what looked like homemade soap -- nice touch. Everything was clean; bed was comfy; there were tasty snacks and extra water, which I really needed. There was good communication so I knew exactly how to get in. It was a great value and I'd stay there again if I needed to be in ABQ for a single night.

    Karen2019-07-14T00:00:00Z
  • Latisha’s casita is wonderful! She went above and beyond to make it comfortable and cozy. The snacks and dog treats were an unexpected, but highly appreciated touch for my dogs and me. Great place, I hope to stay there again!

Simple, private room in Downtown Albuquerque. Great for walking to conferences, restaurants, bars. Bike share station right behind complex
My home is a cosy and casual space. The room has an eastward facing window and raised ceiling for a warm, joyful morning wake up experience. You’ll have your own sink in your room for getting ready to start the day in comfort and privacy. Use the hangers in the closet to keep your cloths wrinkle free during your stay. If you forgot a toothbrush or any basic essentials, no worries there are new travel items available in your vanity mirror. Albuquerque magazines and travel guides are on the coffee table for your perusal. If you need anything or have any questions, please let me know.
Great for easy going travelers in town to do business in Albuquerque. Walking distance to the government district, convention center, and night life. We live in the historic 4th ward district, and it's a lovely area to walk and look at homes with architecture that is not generally common to Albuquerque. The neighborhood is equidistant to both Old Town and Downtown, giving you quick access to some of the many charms Albuquerque has to offer. In addition, we have a good grocery store and a laundromat at either end of our street, so attending to basic needs is also convenient.
  • This was a really good place to stay in a great location! Mike and Shelbra offered really fun ideas for things to do in and out of Albuquerque. The casita was fully stocked with items you might need as well as creature comforts. We would recommend this, and stay here again!

    Lara2019-04-28T00:00:00Z
  • Where to begin....the hosts are lovely, kind, and personable. During our two week stay, I felt as though we were visiting family! As a travel nurse with three furry companions, it is often challenging to find long-term accommodations. Shelbra and Mike welcomed us with open arms. While respecting our privacy, they responded timely to questions and offered assistance with any issues, e.g. ac/heating unit and wifi router reset. My pups loved having a yard in which to run and play. I appreciated the hosts providing tools to pick up waste and a bin as well. The casita interior is just beautiful and a very comfortable space indeed. Being able to park my vehicle behind a locked gate was an added bonus. Mike and Shelbra provide everything a traveler might need and I look forward to our next stay with these wonderful hosts!

  • Excellent Airbnb experience. We will book again if we are in the ABQ area. We parked in their drive way, and they had a gate that closed behind our vehicle - making us feel very safe. They were able to accommodate a late check-in with a key pas code. Lots of little amenities like shampoo, lotion, dish soap and coffee. Although, we never met them in person their notes and welcome letter was very hospitable and we appreciated the privacy. Their home is within close driving distance to all the maim attractions. Again, excellent host with a central location.

I lived in this neighborhood for about a year and a half. What I love most about this area is it's close proximity to restaurants and local breweries in the downtown area. At the same time I love how peaceful it is and how many friendly people you see out walking at various times in the day.

  • Pleasant, clean, well situated apartment. Close to downtown in a neighborhood undergoing some revitalization. Quiet and a great value. Super nice hosts.

  • Mandy and Jason are very warm hosts -- being in an unfamiliar area and city, they took great care of us and responded immediately to all our questions. The apartment has the basics and is a little on the small size but worked just fine for our family. Close walk to downtown; immediate area is not super touristy, just a regular neighborhood. Zoo is not too far and everything accessible by car/foot.

Walking distance to Albuquerque Convention Center, Old Town, Natural History Museum, Explora, Art Museum, lovely parks, Farmers Markets, theaters, eateries and brew pubs. Ample free parking on quiet streets. For $10/day, there is an offstreet, enclosed carport available.
Utterly private and quiet with nice backyard/patio to enjoy. Outdoor grill on site.

  • This was my very first Airbnb and I have a feeling that Mary's place set the bar pretty high. If you ask your self, why Airbnb instead of a hotel, I will tell you why. My experience felt personal, which I love, not another number on a sheet. I enjoyed all the little details in the "tiny house". You can tell that she takes pride in the space and makes sure that everything you need is at your finger tips. I felt very at home, even while my husband was out doing his thing, I chilled in the room and watched Netflix, which is provided. Because of the little kitchen we spent very little on food. I rented the carport, not because of the neighborhood, but because I just enjoy my car being inside than on a street. We felt very safe and enjoyed the option of having the carport. My husband and I enjoyed how secluded the little house was, and enjoyed the landscape and fountains. Overall I couldn't imagine trying my first Airbnb with anyone else. This was a home away from home and if I return to NM, I will for sure return.

  • Such a winner. Awesome location right near downtown, walking distance to Old Town, on a quiet street. Super cute little private cottage, perfect for two people who like each other. Tons of thoughtful touches like tea and coffee, all the desk stuff you need , fun books and movies. Comfortable bed. And on top of all that, Mary was a perfect host.

This was a model home for a developer of Albuquerque Contemporary Living. Every detail was thought out to give the experience of living in the city the maximum amount of pleasure. The kitchen is wide and open to the living space so no one misses out on the conversation. The bathroom is bright with natural light and has plenty of counter and storage space. A unique spa like design and feel. The location is ideal to take advantage of walking to the fun of Downtown or Old Town, yet the advantage of sleeping in a residential neighborhood.
Reynolds Neighborhood is one of the oldest in the City of Albuquerque. It has enjoyed a renaissance of building activity with young city dwellers finding it to be their place to call home.
  • Awesome location, beautiful home, spacious, very comfortable , it was hard to get out of the comfortable bed and go sightseeing some days.

  • Douglas was more than accommodating for my stay here after driving in from a long trip. The place was spotless- everything seemed almost brand new, and all the amenities it had to offer were very convenient. The space was private and comfortable but still close to so many fun things to see in the city. Book your stay here if you’re in Albuquerque! 🌶

  • My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay at Douglas's house. We enjoyed the easy walk to the zoo, the cleanliness of the space, and the two televisions. I highly recommend staying here when in ABQ. It is in a safe area and an easy drive to restaurants and bars.

    Lindsey/Hesh2017-09-19T00:00:00Z
  • Doug's place was awesome! Perfect location close to the zoo and museums, quiet neighborhood, spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was perfect and stocked with everything we needed to cook (super important for us since we have food allergies and can't eat out at many places). We would definitely stay here again.

    Katrina2018-06-20T00:00:00Z
  • I used Douglas's place while I was in town for an exam, so I really needed a spot that was quiet and comfortable. Douglas's place was exactly what I needed. The location was easily accessible to all the major freeways, and close to where I needed to be downtown. Having a washer and dryer on site was perfect. It was also very clean and I recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable option in Albuquerque.

    Carlos2017-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment had everything one could wish for when they are travelling. All the mod cons, super clean, wi-Fi, laundry facilities etc. Great access to town if one is on foot. Great host who gave fantastic recommendations for places to eat and drink and things to do. An excellent stay.

    Alice 2016-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • Douglas was excellent at communicating and answering my questions. This is an outstanding location for exploring all of what Albuquerque has to offer a single person or one couple. He even has a washer & dryer to help you stay on top of traveling light and having clean clothes Very quiet and safe neighborhood. The kitchen is set up beautifully for doing you own cooking. Clean and esthetically layers out lodging. Terrance

An historic home nestled right between Old Town and Downtown on a quiet tree-lined street. The home is a ten minute walk to either Old Town or Downtown, and is also within walking distance to the Bosque, Zoo, and Bio Park. Built in 1914, it still has its original hardwood floors, carpentry, hardware, and adobe. This home has a perfect location with its proximity to many restaurants, cafes, breweries, and entertainment venues in the heart of the city. Pet friendly and baby friendly.
The home has also been newly furnished, with brand new beds, matresses, and couches and newer appliances. Washer and dryer are in the home and there is free off-street covered parking space on the property. The home also has its original fireplace in the living room and host will furnish guest with a complimentary bundle of firewood. There is also an outdoor patio with outdoor furniture and grill.
The home is located in the historically-protected 4th Ward neighborhood. This neighborhood largely dates to the turn of the 20th Century and has a very eclectic mix of styles of homes ranging from bungalows to adobes to stone mansions. The neighborhood is shady and quiet. The home is also right by the charming Mary Fox Park, which is ideal for a stroll or picnic. Central Avenue (Route 66) is just a couple of blocks away, and the Interstate is about a five minute drive from the home for easy access to the entire city.
  • Great location with off street parking. We didn’t stay in Albuquerque too long, but enjoyed every minute in this house. Easy check-in & out, everything as expected, tidy, and surprisingly spacious for the era of home! Ample closet space so you’re not tripping over bags, and the bathroom only got crowded when all four of us were in primping. I might suggest a slightly bigger coffee pot, but that’s coming from a group that really can’t function until halfway through our first cup. Really a great find, and I’d love to stay again!

Comfortable and bright one bedroom townhouse with two sleeping areas, awesome backyard with deck and ping pong table, ample parking, private garage, and interesting collection of art, in the heart of Downtown Albuquerque. Private backyard with trees, pingpong table and ample seating . Two cable TVs and internet. Fully stocked kitchen with all the tools to cook and entertain. Bluetooth speaker, two full baths. PRIVATE GARAGE
This little spot is a few blocks from Central Avenue restaurants and nightlife, close to the river, zoo, airport and highway. High fences make the green backyard very private. I am an art collector, and have stuffed the place with art. The sleeper sofa downstairs is very comfortable an easy to set up, with all bedding inside.
This is the urban core. I am a block from two courthouses, and two blocks to the fabulously hip coffee shop Zendo and the brewery Sidetrack. One block to family restaurant La Mexicana. ten minutes to the airport, four minutes to I-25 and I-40.
  • Spacious townhouse with private patio/backyard in great location. John was quick to respond with access instructions. Easy with keyless entry: download the August lock app and it syncs to your air BnB reservation to unlock door from smartphone. Having an upstairs and downstairs bathroom was nice if you have multiple guests. I arrived late and slept in close to check out time so didn’t use the kitchen or TV, but all the basics are available to use. Being able to park in the driveway was an upgrade from street parking. Short walk to Zendo coffee shop was a nice treat. I love coffee and the ambiance of local shops— tried the iced Turkish latte with cardamom, honey and oat milk—my new favorite! Plenty to see & do in this fun town. Enjoy!

  • Great condo, host was easy to work with and responsive

    Brittney2017-07-03T00:00:00Z
  • The condo looks and seems as described. Great central location and easy to walk to several bars, restaurants, and stores. The only thing was the smoke smell that lingers on clothes.

    Molly2017-11-11T00:00:00Z
  • Alicia was very accommodating and helpful when it came to check in. The space was perfect for a couple to get away for the week. Would definitely stay again!

    William2018-07-02T00:00:00Z
  • Alicia was a wonderful and attentive host! The condo was perfectly located near downtown and had everything we needed for a reasonable price. Parking was not too bad as the lot across the street was only $6 for 12 hours, and if you are willing to walk a little, I'm sure there was free parking not too far away. My only issue was that there was a lingering, light cigarette smoke smell, but it could be somewhat alleviated by opening the door and spaying a bit of air freshener. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

    Shelby2017-04-02T00:00:00Z
  • Loved how close Alicia's place was to many eateries and bars. The apt was spacious and quaint. The only tough part was the distinct smell of smoke every time you walked in to the unit.

    Eric2017-05-16T00:00:00Z
  • We loved Alicia's place! The location was great and the decor was dope (she knows how to use red, the look is slick😉). Not to mention that we had so many issues with our flight and arrived much later than expected, but she worked around it and still made sure we were set up. She even had music waiting for us when we came in! Easy five stars, nothin but love.

    Kevin2018-05-01T00:00:00Z
  • The condo was clean, and had a good amount of amenities. I was so happy to find a keurig, coffee pods and creamer! It’s right above a delicious bistro and in walking distance to a movie theater, breweries, restaurants, and much more. Great value!

  • A very clean, updated guest house. Directly across the street from the zoo, which is perfect for families. This house fit me and my husband and my 2 kids on the pull-out couch perfectly. We received a nice welcome from Brian, with restaurant recommendations that were perfect. He was very patient and laid-back with my children as well, who enjoyed running around the yard area.

Roadrunner Studio welcomes you to explore Albuquerque! Easy walking access to restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, art galleries and more in a friendly neighborhood. Simple, sweet studio space for your Abq. visit.
Rest well in the queen size bed and start your day with homemade granola. Take a stroll around the neighborhood or to walking paths near the river.
Walking distance to all the food, culture & entertainment that urban living has to offer and historic Albuquerque, yet provides the comfort and ease of neighborhood living. Walk to get your morning coffee or evening beer and catch a movie or a show just a few minutes away.
  • Very comfortable and wonderfully located studio with a lot of nice touches. The kitchen was great to have for breakfasts and snacks, and there are many great restaurants in the area. The Rio Grande is within walking distance with wonderful trails, and Old Town is also nearby. My only challenge was the early morning construction noise next door.

    Liz2018-11-02T00:00:00Z
  • Good location and charming casita filled with fun decor and lots of thoughtful touches.

    Catie2018-05-21T00:00:00Z

Located in the heart of Albuquerque’s historic downtown neighborhood, this luxury loft offers quick and convenient access to the best markets, restaurants and shops in Albuquerque. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Sandia Mountains and indulge in infused posh and elegance with sleek lines, and high-end finishes. You will feel like you are in a five start hotel!
  • A beautifully decorated and wonderful little loft. The pictures don't do it justice! Everything was clean and Adriana was a wonderful host! She responds very quickly to any questions I had prior to my stay. Great location within walking distance from the downtown area. Do keep in mind this loft is 4 levels though. There's a decent amount of steps so if you have any problems climbing stairs it may be a little difficult. For myself though, I did get a nice little work out for my legs and glutes! Overall 5 out 5 stars! Loved my stay here and would love to come back.

    Christina2018-05-02T00:00:00Z
  • Adriana’s place is beautiful and matches exactly to what you see in the pictures. It’s very stylish, relaxing, and clean. The house is also located in a great area for coffee shops. It ultimately made for a great stay-cation. I was very happy with my stay here and would definitely stay here again.

  • Honestly SOOOO obsessed with this location! Everything was as described and i loved it. All the rooms were nice and clean which is something not even most hotels offer. Had a little bit of trouble with connecting to internet at one point but it fixed itself right away! Would most definitely recommend this loft!

  • My family and I were on a cross country road trip and we stopped at Ken and Lisa's casita for two night. We had a great time- the space was cozy and artistically decorated, it had all the amenities we needed to be comfortable, and it was in a great location with easy access to both down town, old town, and hiking. Our hosts were very kind and attentive, Ken answered all my questions quickly and gave us great advice of where to go and eat- don't miss Cocina Azul for delicious Mexican. The ladder to the loft wasn't for the faint of heart but overall we loved our time there and will definitely stay again if we come back to Albuquerque.

Old Town is just a short drive away! There is quick freeway access to easily get around the city. On Saturdays (May-November) a nearby park comes to life.
  • The casita on 11th street is very charming--dog, chickens, fountain, shady, lots of trees and plants and many birds which is not a hallmark of ABQ. I really enjoyed my stay and it was the perfect respite at the end of a couple long days. Also, great water pressure and hot water!

  • Very cozy and comfortable casita in a well located location. Lacy communicates well and is responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

  • The location of the casita is great for exploring the great food, beer, and coffee that Albuquerque has to offer. As mentioned the weekend mornings are bustling with things to do in the area. The neighborhood was beautiful and very quiet at night. It is in the backyard of a house, but we felt like we had more than enough privacy during our stay (and company if that's what you want as well). The interior of the casita was very clean and beautifully constructed. Kitchen was well stocked, and bathroom was nice. The bedroom was comfortable, and spacious. Communication with Lacy was flawless, and check in and out was very easy. Overall I think it is a great option for long or short stays when visiting Albuquerque!

  • Lacy’s place was perfect! The space was so inviting, cosy, and comfortable. Lacy provided everything we could have needed... in addition to having created a mini book for guests, she has brochures, magazines, etc. of local cafes and points of interest. The casita is adorable and the garden/fountain in front made it a magical place for my four year old daughter. She would happily stayed there all day playing in the fountain and with the neighbor’s dog... fortunately for us, the zoo, aquarium, several parks and cafes were all within easy walking distance. We had such a fantastic time in large part because Lacy’s place was the perfect retreat. We would happily stay there again!

  • This place is a perfect New Mexico gem! We looked out our window in the morning and saw a hot air balloon that looked like we could touch it! Unbelievable! Clean, helpful & comfortable!! We’d definitely stay again! Thank you!

  • This is a great place to stay. It even had extra hygiene amenities Incase you forgot anything. And the living conditions were super comfortable and cozy.

  • Our stay at Lacy’s was thoroughly enjoyable. It was close to many amenities, but was also well-equipped for cooking meals. The best of both worlds!

  • We truly enjoyed Lacy’s loft! It was perfectly located and had a great neighbor who greeted us several times! The view was lovely and the bed was comfy which is two combos that I appreciate and need! Also, she had great little extras like plenty of linens and plenty of wine glasses! 👍🏻👍🏻😉. We definitely would come here again and always enjoy our trips to Albuquerque!

  • A 5-star flat. Everything works, everything is cool, everything is convenient. This is the place to stay in downtown Albuquerque.

  • Lacy was very helpful, and the place was very thoughtfully prepared with most anything you’d need for your stay. I’d recommend it.

  • Thanks again Lacy. We had a wonderful week in Albuquerque, feeling at home returning to our loft each evening. The coffee shop, with adjacent brewery, a ½ block away was an unexpected nicety. Thank you for your hospitality. Daniel & Rachel

  • We stayed a night in Lacy's place in Albuquerque on our long drive from Houston to San Fransisco. We were quite pleased with a comfortable, clean, and stylish place Lacy has provided. The location is very close to Central Ave and downtown area where the nightlife hustle and bustle is. Also notable was Lacy through instruction and quick responses. We had a pleasant stay and a comfortable night sleep thanks to Lacy. Well done!

  • Great place. Very clean and had everything you needed. Bed comfy and the shower was wonderful after a long day. There was some street noise since the window was opened but was not disrupted to sleep for us. The large windows are great but it does get bright early in the morning. Convenient location, would stay again if in ABQ.
