It's nice and spacious apartment with lovely views and a direct private pathway onto Victoria park. Opposite is the rowing club and Kingsway bridge. Not the cultural epicenter of the universe, but if you need to visit or there's an event nearby, I can be at your disposal and it WILL be tidier than the pictures :D
Own parking and lots of visitor parking. Key card access pathway to Victoria Park and beyond. Opposite Warrington rowing club (I also launch kayak from there and go to feed the ducks and swans). Close to (walkable from) Cheshire village of Stockton Heath. 5 mins drive to both train stations with excellent regular services to Manchester and Liverpool Key card lock up for bikes where the bins live also
It’s in westy Estate in latchford village which like many similar places, once was a little rough around the edges but is now mainly young families and young professionals and the odd eccentric. Never had any trouble here.

Our house is within walking distance of bustling Stockton Heath and has easy access to the surrounding Cheshire countryside, Manchester and Liverpool. A study is available for visitors who need to work during the evening. Help yourself to cereal, porridge, toast, home made marmalade and an assortment of jams for breakfast.
Our double room is very spacious with plenty of room for one or two guests and a large screen TV if you want to spend time in peace upstairs. The private bathroom is also large with both a bath and power shower. We have a study available adjacent to the bedroom that all visitors are welcome to use in the evening. Downstairs, guests are free to use a large open plan kitchen and dining room, and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook for yourself. Downstairs is a social area for chatting or you can always make use of the dining room table if you need to sit down and do some work! The garden is a key part of the house with plenty of space to enjoy a drink in the sunshine during the warmer months
Stockton Heath is an extremely popular area where people visit from all around to enjoy the many bars and restaurants in the village. It is approximately 15 minutes walk from our house but if we are around we are happy to drop guests off by car and there are always plenty of taxis around if you don’t want to walk home. The house is only eight minutes drive from the M6 and M56 so it has very easy access to Manchester and Liverpool either by car or rail. Manchester Airport is only 20 minutes away by car and there is plenty of countryside to enjoy either in Cheshire or further afield via the motorways. Cheshire is a great county for cyclists and I have plenty of routes and cafes to recommend those who enjoy a ride out.

Want to stay in a cottage that feels like your staying in the movie The Holiday then look no further. Relax with three bedrooms, two sitting rooms, a log fire and a fully loaded kitchen all nestled on a peaceful canal while close to Stockton Heath
Relax in the lounge with the log fire burning while you overlook the swans on the canal. Or cook in a modern kitchen whilst chatting with friends as they sit at the kitchen diner or on the comfortable leather reclining couches with music on the bose or a programme on the B&O TV. My country cottage is a place where I am proud to say friends and family enjoy coming round to relax and unwind. It has all the mod cons you could ask for and has a cosy feeling wherever you are, yet is spacious and modern making it a great mix of quaint and functional for hosting friends, big family meals, movie nights in or just time to recharge your batteries. You wouldn't know it as all you can hear are the birds but, it is 10 minutes form M56/M6 and 5 minutes form A49 making it very easy to find and commute from. It is also 15 minutes from Manchester Airport, 30 minutes from Liverpool Airport, 30 minutes from the Trafford Centre and 30 minutes from Old Trafford Football and City's stadium, making it a great location for making the most of your get away. The cottage comprises of: Covered front entrance leading to an entrance hallway and stairs, with a coat and shoe cupboard under the stairs. To the left you have a large lounge with log burning fire place, big comfortable sofas for 6 and views of the canal. Through the lounge you have an office and sitting space with large desk to work at and double doors leading to the garden. A modern toilet and basin and a separate room with washing machine and dryer and sink to wash any boots after a days walking is also here. To the right of the front door you enter the open plan modern kitchen diner with another lounge and then an orangery attached with large dining table to comfortably seat 8. The kitchen has all a cook could ask for. Two large fan assisted ovens, a large gas hob, a microwave and huge fridge freezer with built in separate glass fronted wine chiller. There are three bar stools if you need to grab a quick bite and one three seater leather sofa and one two seater leather sofa that both recline. The orangery is a glass ceiling, large glass windowed room that has garden views all around. There is a big dining table and reclining chair, a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning. Upstairs to the left you have: Master Bedroom has a king size bed with vanity mirror and dressing table leading to an ensuite that has a toilet, basin and walk in shower. There is a large balcony to look at the garden and the canal. There is a main bathroom with a deep bath tub, toilet, basin and separate shower. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed large vanity mirror and dressing table with hanging space and views of the front garden. Bedroom three has plenty of garden views with two single beds and hanging space, perfect for two children or can be pushed together for a couple to share. There is a large drive way for three or four cars and the road that the Cottage is on is not a through road therefore you are not overlooked in any direction and there aren't any cars driving by at any time of the day, just plenty of dog walkers and runners.
The cottage is 15 minute walk to Stockton Heath, or less than five minute drive. Stockton Heath is bursting full of coffee shops, restaurants, nice bars and cute shops for homeware and for clothing and little bits, there are also plenty of day spas and hairdressers as well as supermarkets. You are 10 minutes from the M56/M6 and 5 minutes from the A49 meaning it is also great for people needing to commute to work but wanted somewhere to stay that wasn't a hotel. Warrington town centre and station is also 10 minutes away.

My motorhome has been converted by professional converters #appycampers in Crewe, we wanted a very high spec with all the luxury mod cons! We have 4 traveling legal seats which are all captain seats with pump lumber supports. A large bed to the rear which makes up in seconds. Fridge with small freezer, tv with built in freeview. Thermal window privacy blinds or if you didn’t want to use them we have a curtain which draws across. Sink/gas burners, large over head cab storage. Led lighting etc
Luxury motorhome ideal for a family of 4 vacation, 2 plus 1 can sleep at a push in the rear bed but perfectly comfortable for a couple wanting that break away & to leave behind everything and relax. Extra bed hire on request which go across the width of the motorhome over the front seats not ideal but it works or you can simply take a tent with you on your adventure! We can provide Tent hire at a small additional cost. Cosy comfort mood lighting for at night when the camp sites go to sleep sit back and relax by putting the tv on, and to make it that bit more cosy why not put the blow air heating on which runs really efficiently and very quiet unlike some heaters. 1 large roof lantern at the front to watch the stars at night which also has a black out blind, small roof lantern to the rear for a little bit of ventilation during the warm summer nights. The van is a dream to drive which is why the fiat Ducato LWB is used in many applications including the NHS where you’ll see this vehicle used all over the uk but mainly the vehicles are used in the leisure industry, the van is a 6 speed manual gearbox and has cruise control which is great when driving long distances. We also have a rear View reversing camera which kicks in once reverse gear has been engaged. We have safe parking to hand on our enclosed driveway if you need to leave your traveling vehicles
