Lovely comfortable double bed in a beautiful high floor apartment. The bedroom is a good size and has stunning views from the balcony which can be accessed directly from your room. The apartment has underfloor heating and all glass is triple glazed to stop any loud noise from the airport nearby. If it gets too warm I have placed a tower fan in the room also. The bathroom is large and comes with a shower and bathtub. Heated towel rails and some toiletries if you need them. The living room has panoramic city views with a wrap around balcony! Absolutely stunning views of the city night and day. There is a lift in the building to access the apartment. There is also a coffee shop next door and numerous restaurants a short walk away, including Thai , Italian , Indian , Lebanese and cafes for breakfast. You can also catch the river taxi which takes you on a scenic route on the river Thames to great tourist spots in London including Tower bridge , Big Ben and the London eye. The Emirates cable car river crossing is just outside that takes you to Greenwich with views of the whole city when you travel on this. Great location overall.

My flat is situated in the heart of the Royal Docks, the last to close from the complex of Docks from the Thames River. It is an historical part of the support to the trade for the British empire with ships coming from all over the world. It's such a great part of British history here. Today, this has of course ceased but the place had been reinventing itself into a very well put urban development where the main pool of attraction is The Excel Centre, the only cable car of London and the proximity of the airport makes it very desirable. The area is mainly animated during day time but is rather quite at night. There is few bars restaurant and breakfast places ( British, libanese, Thai, Italian ect ) a stone away from my flat. A grocery shop is open every single day from 7am until 11 pm just next door. Very convenient! Royal Victoria Dock station is just by my building. 30 second walk! This place is wonderfully linked: - The ExCel Exhibition Center ( 2 min walk) - London City Airport ( 15 min on the DLR ) - Canary Wharf ( 10min on the Tube ) - Oxford Circus / Bond Street ( 25 min on the Tube ) Activities: The cable car that goes straight to the O2 is right downstairs, by the flat Water sport activities are plenty on the dock itself

Open plan layout is perfect for family vacation with a sofa-bed in the lounge that turns into a really comfortable double bed. A generous balcony that overlooks a private, communal area can be used as a designated smoking area. Royal Docklands area is in zone 3 bordering with zone 2 (London is divided in radial zones from 1 (central) to 6, so the area is well located given how big and spread out the city is).
LOCATION: The apartment is located in a residential area of Canning Town and Royal Victoria. The area is mostly filled with families and young professionals working in Canary Wharf and the City. There are few local groceries 2, 3 minutes away. Royal Docklands filled with local bars, restaurants and Excel are 10 minutes walk. Barking High Street is also 10 minutes away. You can find there many local shops, breakfast places and cafes. AREA: The Royal Victoria Dock is the largest of three docks in the Royal Docks of east London, now part of the redeveloped Docklands. Royal Docklands area is in zone 3 bordering with zone 2 (London is divided in radial zones from 1 (central) to 6, so the area is well located given how big and spread out the city is). GOING OUT/ EATING OUT IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD FOOD SHOPS & SUPERMARKETS: 'The Cooperative' and Tesco supermarkets are 10 minutes away. There are few more small local food markets (Off-Licence shops) and take away restaurants round the corner form the apartment (2 min away). EXCEL: Excel Exhibition Center is a walking distance away (10 minutes) with many shops, restaurants, bars and pubs to enjoy during a day and at night. DRINK: The Oiler - Just the opposite of Nakhon Thai restaurant there is a great little local boat pub called The Oiler. The bar is small but there is a good selection. Staff is chatty and friendly. I like this bar because I love the feel of a boat in the middle of a city with a beach view. It is located in a good location near the Emirates Sky Line. FOOD & DRINK: Docklands Bar and Grill - It is a stylish, Modern European Brasserie open until late night and with a great variety of foods both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. I went there few times and was more than impressed veggie main dishes. Despite the lack of organisation in the service, I always leave satisfied. FOOD & DRINK: The Fox at Excel - With plenty of comfortable sitting spaces, relaxing atmosphere and good low background music The Fox may be just what you need. Conveniently located next to the Excel Exhibition Centre this a really nice pub built within an old warehouse. It has high ceilings and old brick walls. Great selection of drinks and food. Beware, lunch times it can get quite packed as conference attendees arrive to partake in liquid refreshment. Pleasant environment, nice food and good selection of drinks. Cheesecake is superb! OTHER ATTRACTIONS: Emirates Air Line - Royal Docks - Superb views and inexpensive using Oyster card. The cable car is fun, and a good bird's eye view of East part of London/Docklands at cheap price equal to a tube ticket.

Beautiful, cozy, warm and comfortable lodge room in my back garden, in a private closed square 10 min walking from Royal Victoria station on DLR, 14 min. walking to West entrance of London Excel and 12 min. to Emirates Cable Car where one can cross the Thames towards O2 Arena. From my house you walk towards Royal Victoria Station, cross the station bridge to the other side and there will be the Royal Docks busy life. Only hosting business people over 25+ of age. This room is in my back garden, entrance from the main door house. Shared bath room and toilet room. You will be able to use the kitchen EVEN NOT offering breakfast you can store your meals in my fridge. Also you can enjoy my open area in my back garden, where smokers can use as they please. Royal Victoria Docks is 10 minutes walking from my house and is a live place with many restaurants and beautiful view to the river and docks. We have a friendly dog a Pomeranian called Teddy, so if you are allergic or afraid of dogs here is not a good place as he is very affectionate.

A fantastic apartment with a view! Light, fresh and very quiet. Just 2 minutes walk to Royal Victoria Docks DLR station with direct links to central London just 30 minutes away and London City airport 15 minutes. For couples, friends, families with small children and business travellers, this apartment is perfect. Located just below the apartment block is a Tesco supermarket and great coffee shops with restaurants hotels and gym/pool facilities 3 minutes walk away. Excel is just 7 minutes walk.
This is a large 1 bedroom apartment on the 6th floor with access via lift or stairs. The apartment block was built 7 years ago. Ideal for up to 2 adults. The bedroom is large with a double bed and ample space to hang your clothes in. I also have a large inflatable mattress that is really comfortable. There is an electric pump which inflates it in under a minute. All the amenities you will need including Wi-Fi, large cable TV, washing machine, dishwasher and Nespresso machine! One major advantage is that it is a quiet apartment, lovely neighbors, a fabulous location close to central London. All towels and basic toiletries’ and hairdryer are included. Also Tea/coffee. I travel a lot and always stay in Airbnb accommodation so I know what makes a great stay and try and make my apartment as comfortable as possible and absolutely spotlessly clean.
The neighbourhood is unique. Just outside the apartment block you have the emirates cable car taking you across to Greenwich. Just the ride is worth doing. Views across to Canary Wharf. There are two hotels next to the apartment and a great selection or restaurants just a few minutes away. Gym facilities and pool are available in the hotel. There is a water sports centre where you can try Wakeboarding and open water swimming, just 5 minutes walk. During the summer months there is small sandy beach. You will be just 20 minutes away from the Olympic park, a must see with its impressive facilities that you can use, including the velodrome. One of the best in the world. Stratford is just 10 minutes away with Westfield, one of Europe’s best shopping malls. It is a very safe area and a very relaxing place to stay. The hotel opposite called Good Hotel does a buffet breakfast for about £11 or you can grab a coffee and croissant there for about £4. You also have a café next to Tesco.

There are many local amenities around the dockland too: bars, cafes, and restaurants. Water sports is also quite an unique feature here if you’d like to give a try. Local convenient store is 3 minutes walk away, but if you want to have more options, Tesco Express and Sainsbury/s Local are both available within 10 minutes walk.
