Cute artsy house, not an apartment. Close to number 6 bus line. Street parking. Walk to cafes. 5-8 minute bus ride to convention center. The Location is perfect, you can be almost anywhere in the city within 5-20 minutes. The neighborhood is safe and there is plenty of street parking. NON SMOKERS only DO NOT REQUEST THIS ROOM IF YOU SMOKE CIGARETTES 1 person only Permit # 18-196798-000-00-HO
The room gets very dark with the curtain down. There is a fan in the room if you like to have white noise at night and there is also a space heater if you are cold. We turn the heat down while we sleep because it bothers my sinuses but I turn it back up as soon I wake up. My house is walking distance to my favorite bar, a sweet little coffee shop, good breakfast spot, pizza, whole foods, and a few restaurants on Fremont.
Neighborhood is safe. It's peaceful and there is a good breakfast spot down the street and a sweet cafe. Nike outlet store is a a couple blocks away. Parking is easy on our street. Don't leave visible valuables in your car. Car break ins are a thing throughout Portland.

This small studio is perfect for the solo traveler with everything one would need to stay for awhile. Extra cozy queen bed with fresh linens will be hard to leave in the morning. Big beautiful 4 square windows look down on an urban forest with century old homes framing the neighborhood. It features a kitchen, queen bed, walk in closet, with a spacious bathroom (shared) and clawfoot tub. Welcome!
My guests will feel welcomed and comfortable. The space is simple, but it will have everything a weary traveler needs after a long day of exploring beautiful Portland and beyond.
The Irvington neighborhood, now only a ten minute bike ride from downtown, was once a trolley-car suburb to the just-fully-developed West side. Designated a historic district by the National Register of Historic Places in 2010, Irvington is filled with early 20th century homes that have been preserved in their original states. Irvington has become a livable hub of Northeast Portland as a whole, with shops and restaurants of all kinds, within walking distance, surrounding the neighborhood. Irvington proper boasts more than a few community and culinary destinations of its own.

If you're a fan of great food, craft beer, pour-over coffee, this is your place. Our apartment is situated in the famous Buckman District - which neighbors many of Portland's top-rated restaurants and bars, vintage shops, and offers some of the best people-watching around. My place is great for solo-travelers, couples, and business travelers. It's a convenient home base within walking distance to the neighborhood hot spots, you can get an authentic taste of how the hipsters live in Stumptown.
My home is cozy and relaxed, the upstairs apartment is small but has a ton of natural light and a comfy mattresses to lay down on. Those rainy days are perfect for cuddling up and watching tv or Netflix. After spending the day walking, shopping, and eating, you'll love coming home to a super comfy queen-size bed. My apartment has e heating so you can stay warm in the winter and a portable A/C to keep cool in the summer. It is perfect for business or solo-travelers.
Commonly known as “Foodie Row,” the Hawthorne/Buckman District puts you within walking distance to a wide variety of top-notch local flavors (no chain restaurants here!) Make new friends over some vegan poutine fries and grilled PB&Js at the Cartopia food cart pod, get messy with some wings right around the corner at Fire on the Mountain, share a pie at Apizza Scholls (consistently voted Portland’s favorite pizza), or opt for a fancy night out at Castagna - all within a 1.5 mile stretch. Portland isn't just for foodies. There’s vibrant indie spirit in Hawthorne, with lots of made-in-Oregon shops and boutiques to explore here in hipster heaven. Or, catch a movie at Bagdad Theater and Pub, a revamped 1920s theater turned view-and-brew venue serving local McMenamins food and microbrews. If bar hopping through neighborhoods isn’t your idea of recreation, head up to Mt. Tabor, a 196-acre city park on top of a dormant volcano vent, where you’ll find miles of hiking trails and incredible panoramic views of the city.

Places such as the world renown Doug Fir Lounge, Ron Toms, Century, Montage and Le Pigeon, Five minutes from Voodoo Donuts, Portland City Grill, Roseland Theater, Crystal Ballroom, Pioneer Square Mall, Pearl District, Hawthorne and Moda Center.
As you arrive to the heart of inner southeast Portland near downtown you will most likely pass The Momo a boutique hotel for business and leisure travelers. The location of The Momo is extremely convenient because it is nestled on a point between SE Sandy Blvd and Se 11th Ave both very popular and up and coming locations for amazing food as well as entertainment. The Momo is one of the only locations in the entire SE Portland area with its own free parking lot for guests. The parking lot also conveniently has two entrance/exits to make it even easier to navigate the parking lot. From the parking lot you will see what looks like a gigantic classic Victorian style home and on the left side of the building facing 11th Ave a small set of stairs leading to the front door entrance and a gorgeous concrete porch surrounded by beautiful antique style trim overlooking the bustling bicycle corridor. The front door is fitted with a pin code activated deadbolt with a auto-lock feature. Once inside the building you’ll be invited by a long entrance way and flight of well lit stairs leading to the rooms on the second story. The hallways are updated tile and the entire area has been all updated and renovated and will have surveillance equipment only in the public areas of the hallway stairs and porch. The entrance way and hallway will also feature possibly vending machines. The second room door numbered #202 will have another pin code to enter your room. The bathroom also has an amazing view of downtown Portland that you can see very well.
The Hotel Momo is located in Portland, Oregon, United States. Again, in a very central location that people are traveling all over the world to visit because of how pretty the area is and its surroundings. If you are interested in visiting Hawthorne, famous for its "Keep Portland Weird" slogan, then you aren't far away. This block has many great restaurants and bars, including Jam, which has been growing more and more over the years as one of the better breakfast spots in the country according to many critics. Well worth the wait on the weekend... And if you're into pizza, heck, who isn't (some could argue I'm sure), they have a great place on Hawthorne as well, called Oasis Café, which is located off of 37th. Plenty of fun shopping on Hawthorne as well. And again right down the street from the Hotel, four blocks to be exact is the Doug Fir Lounge on East 9th and Burnside, famous for its three wooden bars, full menu and romantic restaurant with dim lighting, world famous concert venue downstairs where some of the best of the best in the music business have performed at one point in their career to stardom. Very intimate setting and some of the best acoustics you will experience while at a concert and they pretty much have shows every single night. And if you want to keep the party going, just down the street headed towards the Burnside Bridge, which is in the direction of downtown Portland are bars such as Wurst Bar, B-Side, Sizzle Pie, Ron Tom and etc. Directly across the street from the Doug Fir Lounge is a popular club called Club Trio. Then directly across the Burnside Bridge is getting towards the heart of downtown. You have all of the foot carts down there, blocks of them actually, food from all over the globe and very affordable and quite the diverse experience. You're also close to famous spots such as Powell's Book Store, Crystal Ballroom and other areas in the hip Pearl District, which is full of bars, restaurants and shopping for all ages. In general it's a great place to walk around and get a feel for downtown and what it has to offer. You are also a close walk from Providence Park home of the Portland Timbers MLS team, which has become quite a big deal in Portland to attend games there, where they are famous for the "Timber Arm." Back on the other side of the river on the eastside is the home of the Portland Trail Blazers, the Moda Center. Always a fun spot to catch a game a big time concert or other different events. Everything named above is close to get around to it, plus many other hot spots depending on your thoughts of what a good time is. Portland, especially in this special area of southeast has so much to offer and the sights alone are amazing in and of itself. Be sure to check out the Montage under the Morrison Bridge, which is less then a mile away from the Hotel.

Clean & modern 1 bedroom private apartment in inner NE Portland. It has a private entrance, full kitchen, private bathroom (narrow shower stall), double bed, TV, internet & near grocery stores, dining, the Convention Center, transit and downtown.
Welcome! Bienvenida! 歓迎! Bienvenue! 欢迎!, We have an independent private one-bedroom apartment that is fully furnished. If you want an impression of what it would be like to live in Portland this is the spot for you. The apartment is small (500 sq. feet) and is about 25% of an older converted single family home. The bathroom is narrow and has a skinny standing shower stall (it is small). Our apartment has a lot of Ikea furniture, a full-sized firm bed on a wood frame, a desk, a 48" TV (with a HBO/cable package), WiFi and there is some original art in the space. The apartment has baseboard heating (it takes some back and forth to get the temp where you want it to be). It has seven windows in total, it does have an alarm clock, wine bottle opener, pots/pans, some cooking essentials, some tea, an electric kettle, coffee press, silverware, glassware, etc. It also has a small dining table in the kitchen (the kitchen is sort of roomy in relation to the rest of the apartment). It does not have microwave. There is no cleaning fee (hurray!), so we ask tenants to keep the place as clean as possible and to leave it as you found it. No need to strip the bed when done, just put your towels in the black laundry hamper and you'll be good. Thank you for looking and considering our apartment, we consider it an opportunity for a great experience and a value. No matter where you stay in Portland - have fun!
Close to everything! Located in the historic Irvington neighborhood, in inner NE Portland (so it's close to downtown Portland). One mile away from the Oregon Convention Center and two miles away from downtown. Lloyd Center mall is close as well as many dining options and the Moda Center (where the Blazers play). There is a post office about five blocks away and many banks near by. We love the neighborhood in part because we love city living. This is in a walkable, busy and dense tree-lined community. You will be living as the locals live in one of Portland's best neighborhoods.

Newly renovated basement mother-in-law suite with private entrance. We are centrally located with easy access to downtown, just blocks from the Moda Center, and very close to many attractions including breweries, local eats and more! A #4/#44 bus stop is right out front and the MAX and Streetcar are nearby as well. Good for couples, solo adventurers, or business travelers.
Copers Jr. Hideaway is a studio apartment or mother-in-law suite in the basement of our home. It has its own private entrance on the side of our house and guests will be provided a unique code for self check in. The apartment was recently renovated. It feels brand new, is nice and clean, and furnished with everything you may need during your stay. We live in the main home upstairs and we are active during the day so this space is best suited for people who plan to be out and about during the day or for people who do not mind the sounds of people living above.
We are centrally located in inner N/NE Portland, in the Eliot neighborhood. Our area is a commercial residential mix and it is very conveniently located to everything really. We are just a couple of blocks away from the Moda Center, and about a mile away from the convention center. The Mississippi Ave District, N. Williams district, the Pearl District and Downtown are also about a mile away. We have a great local grocery store nearby, New Seasons Market, and many fantastic restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and local retail shops all within a mile radius. Please read entire listing before booking ;o} It's my hope that you'll feel like a princess (or prince) sleeping in a jewelry box, in this sweet little jewel of a room. Perfect if you're traveling alone and plan to enjoy this great city.
Cozy little room in our home that was built in 1909 is on the second floor, has a single bed, and a big window overlooking the chickens in the back yard. The bathroom is right next door and is shared.
You will be in the historic Sullivan's Gulch neighborhood where birds sing and trees line the streets but downtown is just ten minutes away and on Saturday night you'll find salsa dancing just 4 blocks away. We are centrally located right in between some of Portland's most popular neighborhoods, Hawthorn, Division, Alberta arts, Mississippi arts, the Pearl and if you want to venture out a little further, an hour and a half to the east is Mt Hood and an hour and a half to the west is the beautiful Oregon coast.

Welcome! Let my home be your home while you're away. You'll have your own private bedroom and bathroom in a shared unit. NON-SMOKERS ONLY. This is the closest that you can stay to downtown Portland and be on the river. Gay friendly.
My condo looks out on the Willamette River, which is only about 100 feet from my back door. The bedroom itself faces the city where you'll be able to see trees and the highest skyscrapers in town. It's a very comfortable king sized bed and the black out curtains will ensure you will sleep well. The shared area of the condo has a nice table for eating and a coffee table in the living room that overlooks the river. When I am home, I spend the majority of my time in my bedroom; you will generally have all the common areas to yourself and it will feel like you have rented the entire place.
My condo is less than a 15 minute walk to these destinations: Most of Downtown, the Pearl District, Moda Center, Memorial Coliseum, and the Oregon Convention Center. There is a pizza pub on site called the Rusty Nail if you want to stay nearby.

HOUSEKEEPING AND MANAGEMENT BY AIRCNM You couldn't ask for a better location in Southeast Portland. Places such as the world renown Doug Fir Lounge, Ron Toms, Club Trio and Le Pigeon, Five minutes from Voodoo Donuts, Portland City Grill, Roseland Theater, Crystal Ballroom, Pioneer Square Mall, Pearl District, Hawthorne and Moda Center.
The last room door numbered #203 will have another pin code to enter your room. When you enter your room you will find a huge size room fully furnished with a king size bed, 43 inch tv, microwave, mini fridge, laptop work station, hair dryer, mirror, iron, ironing board, and hangars. The room has high ceilings and a big windows with amazing SE Portland views of the bustling biking corridor. This room also has updated wood tile floor that looks amazing. The entire building is updated and renovated. Outside of your room down the hallway you will find the bathroom that is shared by the three rooms. It is fitted with a public bathroom deadbolt that will show if the restroom is occupied or vacant. Inside the restroom you’ll see the updated shower with all new tile also a new sink and other amenities including a shower mat, disposable toilet seat covers, air purifier, air freshener, public restroom toilet paper dispenser, air hand dryer, and more.

My apartment building is located in the heart of the heart of the eclectic Hawthorne District, walking distance to some of Portland's best restaurants, cafes, bookstores, brew-pubs, distilleries, craftspeople, and all services from banks to massage therapists, and just over a mile from downtown via bike, walking, or frequent bus service. Interiors have been designed to create a sleek, soothing European feel, and incorporate the highest-grade surfaces and finishes.
The exterior of the building promises to be unlike any of the giant boxes popping up throughout the city: rusted metal siding will blend with painted stucco panels and black, burned Japanese Shou Sugi Bon wood to create a signature look that will be visible to anyone traveling Hawthorne Boulevard. The building sits between the vibrant commercial sector of Hawthorne and leafy side streets full of residential architectural masterpieces from the past 120 years. Interiors have been designed to create a sleek, soothing European feel, and incorporate the highest-grade surfaces and finishes including mini-split heating and cooling, stainless appliances, 9-ft ceilings, huge windows, gorgeous cabinetry with glittering quartz countertops, and more.

This small studio is perfect for the solo traveler with everything one would need to stay for awhile. Big beautiful 4 square windows look down on an urban forest with century old homes framing the neighborhood. It features a kitchen, full bed, walk in closet, with a spacious bathroom (shared) and clawfoot tub. Welcome!
My guests will feel welcomed and comfortable. The space is simple, but it will have everything a weary traveler needs after a long day of exploring beautiful Portland and beyond.
The Irvington neighborhood, now only a 15 minute bike ride from downtown, was once a trolley-car suburb to the just-fully-developed West side.

Gorgeous bedroom for one, with shared bathroom in a restored Victorian home in SE Buckman neighborhood. On the edge of the SE Industrial area- close to downtown and many of Portland's best restaurants and bars. 1 mile from Convention Center. Great for business travelers. Please note, there is no kitchen access, but you do have an electric kettle and a mini fridge in the room.
This is a beautiful bedroom on the second floor of my remodeled Victorian home. As you can see from the pictures, it is very feminine! The custom designed shared bathroom is just a few steps away. The room shares a wall with the other guest room and is situated above my work space, which is typically used between 1pm-9pm (but sometimes as late as 10pm). Please note that as this room faces the street, it does get the road noise. Particularly in the summertime when it's hot and people are out late. There is a window AC and a fan for the summer, which help with white noise. I also provide ear plugs. But if you are a delicate sleeper, this might not be the room for you. Also, this room is strictly for one guest only, no visitors. This is because I need to limit the amount of traffic in my house and only have enough hot water for a certain amount of people. Please respect this rule and do not bring unauthorized people onto the property as this is my home and sanctuary.
On the edge of the SE Industrial neighborhood, we are just blocks from some of the best venues, cafes, bars and restaurants. 1.5 miles to downtown (Portland Saturday Market, Chinese Gardens, Shanghai Tunnels, Voodoo Donuts....); 1 mile from the Convention Center.

Spacious sophisticated quiet and comfortable studio basement apartment with private entrance. Safe residential neighborhood. Short walk from public transportation and Belmont and Hawthorne restaurants, 20 min walk across the bridge to downtown Portland.
The house is a Dutch Colonial, built in 1905, with some Craftsman remodeling in the 1920s. Our basement Airbnb apartment was completed in 2009 and is very contemporary. It became our residence when Karen retired and we started traveling seven years ago.
We live in a beautiful residential neighborhood with many large, old homes and also young families. You would probably enjoy an evening stroll through the neighborhood, which never fails to please. Or, you might also head downtown, crossing one of our many bridges. One of our favorite walks takes you around what I humorously call "Willamette Lake." which consists of a walk down SE Taylor St to the Willamette River, turning right at the Eastbank Esplanade and strolling down to the Steel Bridge where you cross the river and then head south through Governor Tom McCall Waterfront Park to the Hawthorne Bridge, which you cross to wend your way back home, after possibly stopping to wet your whistle at the Lucky Labrador Brew Pub, at 915 SE Hawthorne Blvd.
