Welcome to the Lighthouse loft! This studio apartment has private access through the side door of our home, locked with a keypad lock. You will enter the door with a code, and to the right is the studio. Our part of the house is to the left, and we will not be in the hall space unless we need to get to the basement to do laundry. Street parking is available on either side street, Guilford or Winthrop, around us, or across from us on Winthrop.
Our cozy room has a simple design, with comfort being the goal. A private bathroom is attached, and the spiral staircase provides space downstairs, with the upstairs still being easily accessible. A queen size bed and a second sitting area are upstairs. Closet space is provided, as well as your morning coffee and tea. THERE IS NO FULL KITCHEN. If you are looking for a place to cook your own meals, this is not for you. There is a mini-fridge and microwave.
We are located in the heart of the South Broadripple neighborhood of Indianapolis. We are within walking distance of many great restaurants, including vegetarian and vegan friendly ones, shops, and a brewery. We are about one mile south of Broadripple Avenue, which also has many bars, pubs, restaurants, and shops, and is a weekend hotspot. There are many places within walking distance with live music, including The Jazz Kitchen. This area is very pedestrian friendly, with the Monon walking trail only a block away. We are a 15 minute drive from downtown Indianapolis, and less than 10 minutes to Butler University. We also have a rapid transit system called the red line, that stops two blocks west on College Ave. It is a quick and easy way to get downtown.
  • My first experience with air bnb, so I didnt really know what to expect and was kind of skeptical but Julie did an amazing job the the location and space is exactly what is in the description. 10/10 would definitely stay there again

  • Julie was a good host. This was our first Airbnb experience. I was really nervous and skeptical but, I was pleasantly surprised. We were there to see our youngest son play in a national baseball tournament The space was very unique and cozy and; the memory foam mattress was amazingly comfortable. The place was well stocked with personal amenities as well as, coffee, tea & water. . A small refrigerator would be a great addition. We would definitely consider staying there again. Thank you Julie!

  • This was the perfect place for my friend and I to crash for a night in Indianapolis! The apartment is small, with a queen size bed and sitting area (and books!) up in the loft, and a sofa, tv, microwave, coffee pot, and bathroom on the lower level. We didn't spend much time in the apartment as we were only in Indy for 24 hours, but I would absolutely recommend Julie's place for anyone else who is just looking for a comfortable and clean place to rest and shower when you're visiting. Would definitely stay again. :)

  • This place is beautiful and cozy. I recommend staying here. The neighborhood has all kinds of trendy restaurants, coffee shops and bars. It's a great location.

    Jeffrey2017-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • This is the second time staying here but it's great. It's the first Airbnb I've done and is the standard I'll measure others on. It's a cool location and just a cool space decorated very well! The recommendations are really spot on and helpful too. Thanks for the great experience!

There is not a better location of you want to enjoy Broad Ripple and Indy. This cozy studio is located 2 blocks from BR ave. My dedicated Airbnb has a Queen sized bed, queen futon, wifi, fully stocked kitchen, fresh linens and rave reviews. All of my guests love it.
There is wifi! It is super clean! And the location is spectacular. We loved putting this space together for you. A good amount of color, simple decor and great linens make this a real gem. It's perfect for 1-2 people but can accommodate up to four. There is a fully stocked kitchen in case you'd like to cook. However, you have crazy good places right out the door. You can literally eat any kind of cuisine and hang out in any kind of spot without ever driving and barely walking. The space is small (550 sq ft) and the building is older and lacks some panache (tho we are getting it painted and decorated in early 2018) You have a brand new wall unit air conditioner/heater that does blow. The good thing is that it works! The building does have some smokers who are supposed to smoke outside. Unfortunately, the building does have some smoke related smells. The apt, however, is fresh and clean as you should expect and deserve. My guests have loved the proximity to Broad Ripple Village, the VOGUE, the Monon walk (a rail to trail which will connect you from Carmel to DT), fantastic restaurants, Marrot park and whatever else they have needed. They have adored the cozy space with the bed, futon, TV trays, small but workable kitchen and clean bathroom. So many guests have come here while on business. They have been amazed by how quiet the area is and the convenience to the city. You will certainly enjoy this trip vs the last one when you stayed at the comfort inn off the highway out in the suburbs. Trust me on this one. For breakfast, Be sure to check out Biscuits (on the Monon) and/or 3 sisters. There are loads of great shops, restaurants and bars just 2 blocks away. This is a dedicated Airbnb. I do not live here. It is a space made for you. The owner of the apt building is aware of this being an Airbnb. In fact, he loves having you as his guest as well. Lastly, we truly appreciate your interest in our apt. This is my work and my joy. This also helps me provide for my teenaged kids. They are driving and college bound. Believe it or not, you help me make things happen for my family. And for that, I am immensely grateful to have you as a guest. Thank you for considering this space for your stay in Indy.
You are located in the heart of Broad Ripple. This is an amazing location. You will have the monon at your backyard and the BR strip a blk away. There are so many great places to eat, shop, explore and simply enjoy. You are one block from chipotle, a bunch of cool restaurants, 3 wise men brewery, Biscuits!, thai cafe (best in the city), and countless others. The bar scene here is rich, yet the area is really quiet. You'll be amazed. You should check out the new Burger Fuel. It a chain from New Zealand. Apparently, Indy is its first american restaurant. The menu is incredible! My two favorite breakfast places are Three sisters just a block away and Biscuits. Yummy at both. Then there is a Starbucks around the corner. You might want to check out Monon coffee on Westfield and guilford. It's cool and independent. Great music venues are nearby as well. The Vogue headlines everything. Then there is the Monkey Tail. Lots going on in the area. You should plan on walking around. It's rich!!!
  • I was here for work & some personal business. Catherine was super accomodating & responsive. I had to first extend my stay, then shorten it due to a family emergency. So grateful for her understanding & flexibility. The place was totally perfect, clean & well equipped, great location, easy walking access to everything! Thanks a mil Catherine!

    Lisa2017-06-08T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment is perfect location for exploring broad ripple and $10 uber ride into downtown if you don't have a car. It was very clean and Catherine was very friendly and communicative. Easy check-in/out and easy parking if you did have a car.

    Hannah2016-10-05T00:00:00Z
  • It was perfect!! I will definitely use this Airbnb again

    Morgan2018-03-18T00:00:00Z
  • Checking in was extremely easy, with a code to get into the apartment building and another code for the individual unit (there is also a deadbolt for added safety). Building and neighborhood felt extremely safe, and the location was definitely the biggest perk. The Monon Trail was 10 steps from the dedicated parking lot, and it was a quarter mile walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. The apartment was exactly as advertised, a clean, comfy, and functional studio. I didn't need to communicate much with Catherine since everything went smoothly. She was traveling herself and I appreciated that she arranged for someone to be "on call" for her renters.

    Kerri2017-08-10T00:00:00Z
  • Great location! Very clean and convenient.

    Kevin2017-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • The condo was exactly as described, and in an excellent location. It was very easy to get to, lots of great places nearby, and Catherine is very easy to get a hold of. I would definitely stay here again.

  • First time staying at a tiny house, and I loved it. I stayed with 3 other people and we all fit perfectly and were able to enjoy the monon trail and places nearby. There’s nothing bad I can say about this place and will definitely be returning when I get the chance.

    Christian2019-09-02T00:00:00Z

  • Two friends (a married couple) and I stayed at Tanner’s tiny home for one night for a local wedding. We were a little nervous about the size of the place before arriving, but found it to be a great place to crash for the night. We slept comfortably and never felt cramped during our stay. Tanner provided everything you could need for a great stay, and was very responsive during the whole process. The house is also very close to some great bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Would highly recommend!

    Ryan2019-09-23T00:00:00Z
  • Tanner's place was the perfect little spot for our overnight in Indy. The neighborhood was cute and seemed safe, with lots residents walking dogs and tending their yards. There were also shops, bars and restaurants very close. It was incredibly clean with lots of extra towels and blankets provided. Due to food allergies, we were not able to enjoy the complimentary jumbo cookies provided but appreciated the gesture! We utilized the small efficient kitchen to cook both dinner and breakfast and truly enjoyed the tiny house experience!

    Kristin2019-04-07T00:00:00Z
  • Very nice, considerate hosts, that are very good on responding when messaged or called.

    Osama2019-04-27T00:00:00Z
  • Loved staying in the tiny house! Had everything we needed and more. Tanner was extremely helpful and check in was easy. Great little stay for couples or a family of 3. Would definitely stay again!

Park your car in front of the house and forget about it....5 min walk to Broad Ripple Ave, The Vogue and The Monon walking trail...... 1 comfy new queen size bed and sleeper sofa. Retro styled kitchen with modern cooking supplies. Most of my guest say this is best location in Indianapolis, and I have to agree with them
This double which was built in 1920 is perfect whether you are traveling for business or pleasure.Centered between downtown and North side suburbs will help with any commute. Work Stations, WiFi, plush mattress and 4 coffee shops help you stay on the grind. Walking distance to local hip shops, restaurants and nightlife if you want to cut loose. All the comforts of home in one of most unique neighborhoods in Indianapolis..
Broad Ripple Village is a fusion of old and new, commercial and creative – a vibrant center of restaurants, shops, and nighttime hotspots, surrounded by long-established neighborhoods and shaped by nearby parks, the Central Canal and the winding White River. Broad Ripple Village is one of six Indianapolis Cultural Districts, the only district located outside of downtown.
  • Perfect space with an excellent location. Anthony could not have made things easier for my quick work trip.

    Seth2016-10-25T00:00:00Z

  • Great accommodation and location! Perfect for getting the local experience.

    Andrew2016-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • Cute home close to Broad Ripple Avenue, with lots of nightlife. Even so, it does not feel close to a busy street as it is very quiet. The apartment is tidy with most everything you need. Anthony is a great host, very attentive to questions!

    Alice2016-09-04T00:00:00Z
  • Anthony was a great host. A nice short meeting and showing me around the place helped make my first airbnb experience a great one.

    Alex2016-08-02T00:00:00Z
  • Anthony's place is a great little house in a cute area. We didn't get a chance to walk around too much since we were out and about with family during our stay. We stayed in the house with our young children and we were comfortable. The bathroom does not have a bathtub which was a little tough with a baby, but it was fine. The front porch is very nice to sit in the morning. Wish we could have walked to all the local bars and restaurants but that will have to wait until the next visit.

    Sarah2017-10-02T00:00:00Z
  • Had another wonderful stay at Tony's place. Walkable to all kinds of things, with a Kroger just 2 blocks away. Hope to return again soon.

New construction 2019, fully furnished carriage house apartment in downtown Indy. Light and airy with a Mid-Century Modern design aesthetic. All the latest tech in a comfortable home within walking distance or cheap ride share to the hippest restaurants and watering holes Indy offers. Come for a weekend to explore the culinary scene, or stay for a week when you’re in town for work or a convention. Let us show you some modern, urban Hoosier Hospitality we’re famous for here. Longer stays welcome!
The King Park Outback is a brand new construction 700 square foot carriage house apartment built above our garage in the Kennedy-King neighborhood. All of the conveniences of home, including a full kitchen with full-sized appliances with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal; open living/dining/kitchen area with a separate bedroom; and a full bath with stackable washer & dryer for your use. Furnishings from our extensive collection of mid-century modern decor (including an Eero Saarinen Executive Chair by Knoll), blended with a clean modern aesthetic to create a cozy spot to settle in for as long as you’d like. The bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam & coil mattress and plenty of storage in the walk-in closet. The living area includes a queen air mattress, to accommodate up to 4 people maximum. We also have repurposed a mid-century hi-fi cabinet with new high quality speakers and a Bluetooth receiver, so you can play your tunes in style! Convenient dining table doubles as a work/desk area if you travel to Indy for business. We offer high speed Wi-fi for all of the work or ignoring-your-travel-companion-by-staring-at-your-devices activities. That same Wi-fi also powers the 50” Roku TV where you can stream from all the services or broadcast your favorite vacation photos and videos. On top of the awesome space is its proximity to all that Indy's globally recognized downtown has to offer: - Walkable access to top Indy restaurants & watering holes: Provider Coffee, Cannon Ball Brewing Company, West Fork Whiskey, Tinker Street restaurant (nationally renowned local & seasonal fusion), Festiva (Mexican fusion), Greeks Pizza, and Kountry Kitchen Soul Food Kitchen (also nationally renowned soul food spot hyped by President #44) - Get to the heart of downtown with a $5-6 Lyft ride - Walk to Mass Ave Arts District on the Monon Trail right across the street - Walkable to Kennedy King Park Landmark For Peace, the site where Robert Kennedy delivered his immortal words on the night of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr’s assassination About our name: We are located in the Kennedy-King neighborhood which includes King Park; it's a landing spot for you on your travels to Indy; and the unit is in our backyard, thus it's "out back" from our home. Plus, we plan to bring in a king's crown motif by way of Basquiat's crown designs over time. So there you have it. Come chill like royalty!
PROXIMITY TO MAJOR ATTRACTIONS: - Indiana Convention Center 2.8 miles (11 min drive) - IND Indianapolis International Airport 16.5 miles (20 min drive) - Bankers Life Fieldhouse 2.5 miles (10 min drive) - Lucas Oil Stadium 3.2 miles (12 min drive) - Children's Museum of Indianapolis 2.4 miles (7 min drive) - Indiana State Fairgrounds 3.2 miles (8 min drive) - Indianapolis Motor Speedway 5 miles (14 min drive) The best feature of the King Park Outback is the neighborhood. The Kennedy-King neighborhood sits at the northeast corner of downtown Indy and hosts a rich cultural history (jazz greats Wes Montgomery and Freddie Hubbard grew up one block away), a plethora of local hotspots, and a laid back, diverse residential vibe. Kennedy-King is a beautiful tight-knit, friendly neighborhood in the heart of Indianapolis. Kennedy-King is in an urban area of Indianapolis, so you may come across or encounter all types of people and walks of life or hear the occasional street noise. We want to make sure you enjoy your stay and know what to expect when you arrive. We love the neighborhood and feel completely safe in it along with the surrounding community, but we encourage you to use common sense by not leaving valuables in plain sight in your vehicle and being cognizant of your surroundings. Just a half block from your door is West Fork Whiskey, a popular local distillery that serves incredibly creative craft cocktails, and Cannon Ball Brewing Company which not only pours some of their excellent and thoughtful beers, but they also serve high concept bar food crafted in front of you by the chef co-owner. Both places have quickly become hot spots for the neighborhood, and are a great way to feel like a local. Besides that, Provider, the hottest coffee shop in Indy and nationally-recognized, is 1 block away and serves rotating special coffee drinks (including the Coat Check Cola and a Pistachio latte spritzed with rose water), the best biscuit breakfast sandwiches anywhere, as well as lunch and beer and craft cocktails until late evening. If you plan to do some cooking, there's a Kroger just a 5-minute walk or 2-minute away, or we have a Whole Foods and Needler's Fresh Market available via a quick drive downtown. Not only are these and other spots walkable within 5 minutes, but we are located right on the Monon Trail, our longest local greenway that extends from just south of our home where it meets the tip of the Mass Ave cultural district and the world famous Cultural Trail to the farthest stretches of the northern suburbs. The Monon is popular with joggers, bikers and casual strollers. Brand new in September 2019 is a station for the Pacers Bike Share a half block from our place, which gives you access to cheap bike rental to head downtown to explore the cultural trail or head north to the village of Broad Ripple, or if you’re adventurous, up to the cultural district in Carmel! Or pick up a Bird or Lime scooter and zip over to the Downtown Canal to take in museums and gondola rides. From October through April is an excellent Saturday Farmer’s Market just a half mile away at the Circle City Industrial Complex, which is the current artists’ hot spot with dozens of galleries (always packed for First Friday art tours), a brewery, a distillery, and craft makers all under the same roof as farm fresh produce and other goods. During the summer months, the farmer's market is every Wednesday from 9:30 to 1:00 at City Market, just two blocks east of the Circle downtown.
  • The property exceeded my expectations. Rob had had useful labels all around the homes, and a handy instruction guide to all the amenities. The places is new, sparkling clean and all around stylish. The communication was responsive and helpful. About as close to a perfect stay that I can imagine. Wonderful AirBnB-er, would definitely stay again in the future if I had the opportunity.

  • Really cute and stylish place! Very clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The mattress is a HUGE plus!

    Siera2019-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • What a fantastic spot! Brand new, sparkling clean, roomy and private, and filled with personal touches that made my stay incredible. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. Great location in walking distance to popular restaurants and coffee shops. I will be back again!

  • Great modern and trendy spot at a great value

    Rico2019-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment is pristine! Everything is top of the line: sheets, towels, light fixtures, finishings...you name it! Rob was a helpful host who even asked if we had a wine preference, which was chilled in the fridge when we arrived. I highly recommend staying here!

    Karlea2019-05-19T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment is great and easy to get to. Rob really thought of everything to include in the apartment. Super clean and super nice.

    Zoie2019-09-19T00:00:00Z
  • We were lucky enough to find Rob’s place. This was by far our best stay ever! Rob communicated to us a week prior to us arriving to see if we needed an extra bed. He kindly set it up and had the bed made when we arrived. There were drinks in the refrigerator condiments the kitchen was stocked with plates and utensils soap, actually the entire house was stocked with all sorts of amenities. I have never experienced so many great personal touches. I am super particular and was excited to see that even the dressers were lined and ready to be immediately start with clothes. And, the staging and decoration of the place makes my own house look boring. The place is so quiet. And I always felt safe and comfortable. I have nothing but great things to say about Rob and his place. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

    Jennifer2019-07-15T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to stay if you're visiting the Indy area. Almost don't want others to know since it is a good value and I want it available to me next time. We loved that this area of town is becoming revitalized.

  • We had a wonderful girls weekend at Ryan’s place. The place was super stylish and very clean. We were impressed with all the little things that were available and ready to use if needed (Q-tips, makeup wipes, travel toothbrushes, shampoo and soap, etc). The shower was large and the water stayed hot for a good length of time. The beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. We especially loved all that the kitchen had to offer! The location was not the best, but we still felt safe at night. The roads in that area definitely could use some improvement, but obviously not something the host can control. Overall, we would definitely recommend staying here. Easy check-in, great communication, and an awesome place to stay! Hopefully we will be back!

  • I had never been to Indiana before, and I came into town to visit a friend. Brandon and Tyler made me feel completely welcomed and greeted me with the most delicious pumpkin chocolate muffin I’ve ever had in my life. their Airbnb space is completely breathtaking, stylish, cozy and just all-around a wonderful environment. Brandon was so good at communicating with me and answered all the questions I had about Indiana and what the state had to offer. I’m definitely going to recommend this super stylish space to anyone I know traveling out there. If you’re looking for a nice, fashionable, and easy stay this is definitely the spot for you.

  • Kristen was an outstanding host! She communicated with me from the few days before our check-in, all the way through check-out. She reached out throughout the stay to ask how things went, and was willing to make local recommendations. The home was clean, well decorated, and smelled AMAZING! The beds were very comfy. Spin classic vinyl at this one-of-a-kind restored retreat built in 1908, then take a stroll to the brewery on the corner for a leisurely evening. Exposed ceiling beams, industrial lighting, ductwork, and cedar windows make for a characterful space.
The beautiful, sun-soaked downstairs living space features an open kitchen & living layout, ideal for keeping everyone close and involved in the conversation, even for the cooks working in the kitchen. Custom details such as the wood-beam exposed ceiling, industrial style lighting & ductwork, and the natural cedar window and door trim make you feel like you're kicking back in a West Elm catalogue. The living room space is fully equipped with a 52inch Samsung TV w/ Roku (amazon prime video, Netflix, Hulu), as well as a rich Sonos wireless audio system to stream music from your devices or spin classic vinyls on the provided U-turn Audio record player. Feel free to strum out some tunes on the cabin's provided Yamaha acoustic guitar! Relax and catch some privacy in either of the two bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen and the other with a full bed. The first floor has a back den space with a futon pullout sleeping option; this room opens up to the private, fenced back yard and private courtyard. The downstairs bathroom features mosaic tile floor, and a floor-to-ceiling tiled shower with an extra-wide shower head. If you'd like to take a bath, the full upstairs bathroom has a tiled shower/tub. *This is a dedicated Airbnb rental owned by a local Realtor.
The Kennedy King/Monon 16 neighborhood lies just northeast of the Indy skyline with a rich history, an exciting roster of local hotspots, and a laid back, diverse residential vibe. Walk to coffee, breakfast, breweries, distilleries, and fine dining.
  • Matt & Jess's home is beautifully decorated with a spacious layout, plenty of natural light, and private porch. In addition, they provided snacks, plenty of recommendations of places to visit and plenty of literature about the city. The location is just north of city center, minutes away from Mass Ave and great places to eat. I would highly recommend this place for families and small groups.

  • Matt & Jess’ place was the perfect spot to stay near downtown! There was plenty of restaurants & coffee shops close by—all within walking distance or a quick scooter or Uber ride downtown. Not to mention that the house is gorgeously styled and has everything you could possibly need—you may not even want to go out!

    Melody2019-05-06T00:00:00Z

  • We had a fantastic time! It was perfectly located and the house had everything we could have needed! Right down to a sewing kit for a wardrobe malfunction. Jeanne created a space that was welcoming, homey, and enjoyable. She thought of everything!

  • Fantastic little house tucked away on a a river minutes from shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Amazing bed!!!

  • The home itself is beautiful and is equipped with everything you will need. Outdoor areas need a lot of work.

    Cynthia2019-08-27T00:00:00Z
  • This house is simply fantastic. The design is an eclectic mix of new stylish furniture and standout antique items, which all work together to create a warm, sophisticated and comfortable space. The extra touches make it that much better - fresh flowers, bedside mints, counter cookie, etc. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and well-stocked. Unfortunately, it rained our entire visit so we couldn't enjoy the backyard/river, but we'll be back in better weather for sure!

  • This is a delightful River Cottage that is very clean and has many unique antiques. The bedrooms are all upstairs, so this will not work for anyone with mobility issues. It is comfortable for 6-8 people with a large dining room. The kitchen is adequate.

    Colleen2019-07-16T00:00:00Z
  • The river cottage is great all times of the year but especially during the summer. If it’s open during the spring or summer, then consider yourself lucky and book it. The home has incredible garden spaces both in front and in the back. We would sit on the Adirondack chairs in the front with tea in the morning and then move to the back for the afternoon and sunset on the river. The home is spacious and welcoming. The beds are super comfortable and the towels are plentiful and fluffy. It’s half the price of nearby hotels and 5x the space. You will love this home!

  • This place was in the perfect location and was very nice and new. It's setup for only AirBnB, so there is not a lot of unnecessary clutter. You can see the Kroger from the front window, however the rest of Broad Ripple is at your doorstep. Walk out the front door, grab a scooter and you can be anywhere in a minute or two. Beds were comfy and David was incredibly responsive. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

Welcome to The SoBro Bungalow! Located a block from the Monon Trail in the South Broad Ripple neighborhood, you can walk or bike your way to many of Indy's best restaurants and nightlife! This is the perfect location for whatever brings you to Indy :) This is a cool old home, with squeaky floors, 1940’s bungalow character and all the updates you'd expect from a quality Airbnb. Nothing shy about this bold home. You’ll certainly love the play of colors and ease of furnishings!
I have a fully stocked kitchen for you to use. This includes all pots, pans, plates, utensils and basic supplies. Because of the small space and the nature of the house, I eliminated the dishwasher. The good news is that there are a bunch of wonderful restaurants nearby so you may never need to prepare a meal. The house is a one story with a basement in one of the friendliest areas on the Northside of Indy. You will love walking to the stores, restaurants and shops. There isn’t much better than having such easy access to some marvelous local restaurants and stores in Indy. My guests have loved simply walking out the front door and immersing into the community. I have a full basement with a large TV and 2 awesome pullout sofas. There is also a full bath off the bedroom. I also have a large fridge washer and dryer down there which you are welcome to use. Additionally, the garage at the rear of the driveway has been converted to a Tiny House. It is used as another Airbnb. We recommend renting both spaces for large groups. https://abnb.me/McRMG30S7V Details: MAIN FLOOR + Full bath + 2 beds / 2 sleeper sofas Orange bedroom: - Queen bed for 1-2 Blue bedroom: - Full bed for 1-2 Living room: - Red pull-out sofa for 1-2 - Futon sofa for 1-2 (Linens are under red sofa closet) BASEMENT + Full bath + 1 bed / 2 sleeper sofas Main space: - Queen bed for 1-2 Space behind curtain: - Futon sofa for 1-2 - Sleeper sofa for 1-2

We definitely recommend the Liter house down the street. The heat went out while we were there but Tanner had it fixed within and hour of us telling him. There is plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was accommodating for cooking while we were there. We will definitely be back!

  • This is my first time staying at an Airbnb and I was so impressed. The house was adorable. Very cozy and comfortable and everything was clean. The Monon was literally behind the backyard, so it gave us a quick and direct route straight to broad ripple. She responded very quickly to all my messages. It was perfect. Would definitely stay here again

  • Emily's house is super cute, and in a PERFECT location to the Broad Ripple Restaurants , the Monan trail, and shopping, and close to the Indianapolis Art museum as well. Three separate bedrooms, and two bathroom was a bonus!

    Kathleen2019-09-28T00:00:00Z
  • Emily is an outstanding host with a cute and comfy home right off the Monon trail on a quiet and private street. The home is clean and modern, and the fresh waters in the fridge were a welcome touch! Having the extra half bath was very helpful and the access to Broad Ripple shops a convenient 15 minute stroll down the bike path.

    Julia2019-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • Emily’s place was perfect for our stop in Indy! We were only there for one brief night with our two little kids, the space and location we perfect. There was plenty of space in the bedrooms and living area and a great private outdoor space as well. Emily was courteous and very responsive to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We only wished were could have stayed longer to explode nearby Broad Ripple and the Monon Trail! We will definitely stay again when passing through!

  • Janelle was very accommodating in anything I needed. I lost my keys in her house and she offered to let me keep my car there and then found my keys and offered to mail them for me! Couldn’t ask for a more pleasant host!

    Kisha2019-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic place! We will definitely return for our next company trip.

    Andreas2019-08-03T00:00:00Z
  • Janelle is a very great host. She responded promptly to questions, and her house was very nice inside. We enjoyed our time there.

    Vancen2019-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • Good location. Worked very well for us. If you have any allergies to pets staying here could be an issue, as there was pet fur on furniture/bed.

    Laura2019-08-18T00:00:00Z
  • This Air BnB fit our needs for the time we were in Indy! The neighbor was super quite and the house was very clean. The beds are SUPER comfy. Literally felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. The upstairs did get a little hot, but with the ceiling fans, it was comfortable to sleep in. Janelle was an amazing host. Whenever I had questions, I would message her and she would respond within the hour. The check-in/check-out was super easy also. I would highly recommend Janelle’s location again, especially if you aren’t there much and exploring Indy.

  • Dale is a fantastic host. He had quick, clear communication throughout our stay. I really felt like his guest. His house was exactly as described...but nicer. Dale has given thought to every aspect of his home. He didn't renovate this home on the cheap. It's evident each of the items was specifically chosen for their quality and contribution to the space... The appliances, the bath towels, the furniture, even the toilet paper... it's all high quality and makes you feel welcomed and even a bit pampered. Can't recommend him enough! A great guy; a great rental! Thanks, Dale!

  • Sean's place was large enough to accommodate our three combined families. Some of the rooms were a bit cramped, but we all had a bed to sleep in. The place was clean and the price was good. Could have used more furnishings in the kitchen.

    William2019-07-16T00:00:00Z
  • Good location for our needs. Walked to SoBro and Broad Ripple neighborhoods. Enough room for big group. Rocky checkin where cleaner was still in house after check in should have been available. A number of issues around the house that, if given attention, will improve the experience of future guests.

    Brett2019-07-07T00:00:00Z
  • Photos are a bit deceptive. The place isn't bad just is not as nice as the photos make it look. Not suitable for business travelers when the internet does not work and outlets are 2 prong. Beds are crammed into a few odd places. Overall not a terrible stay just not at all what was expected or as listed.

    Sarah2019-07-12T00:00:00Z
  • A great space for big groups! We had five adults and five kids, and could have had a couple more in the house comfortably. The house backs up to a great walking trail, and is within an easy distance for things to do. We had planned a trip to the Children's Museum and this location was perfect. The house was clean and stocked with basics like towels and dishes. Great value for the location!

  • Had a great stay, very nice and great location.

    Susan2019-08-18T00:00:00Z
  • Location - Broad Ripple has a lot of young people that like to party until the early morning hours. We had someone puke on our car, we watched a fight in the front yard, and almost had to call the police for a young lady that was drunk and unresponsive right across the road from us. Also, my in-laws vehicle was cleaned out in the private parking out back, luckily they only took about $60 cash. Noise - The townhouse is incredibly cheap and poorly built. You could hear actual conversations of folks passing by on the sidewalk and also of the 4-5 guys in the unit to our north. Those guys didn't go to bed on Friday night/Saturday morning until about 4-5am. Dishwasher - no hot water to clean the dishes. Any dirty dishes were still dirty after they wash. Ended up washing by hand. Dryer - Half of the time the dryer would just stop and leave very damp clothes. This happened 4-5 times during our stay Stool - When we arrived we noted two good sized bolts/screws on the counter by the coffeemaker. We had no idea what these belonged to at the time. When our 5yr old son fell out of the stool after a third screw fell out we figured it out. How incredibly unsafe for the "cleaner/inspector" to not have recognized and fixed this. SmartTV - Each morning, the SmartTV could not connect to the internet. We'd move the entertainment console, and power cycle by pulling the power cable on the TV to resolve. Ants - You have a ton of ants coming in the back door and making their way to the trash can. I killed ants for 3 days. Upstairs Hallway bathroom - Door sticks and hand towel hanger was barely affixed to the wall. I couldn't fix the door, but I did repair the hand towel hanger so that it no longer falls off the wall. Professionalism - Was charged $28 for new sheets that we are not even sure how we could have stained. After sharing our experience with the items above, and asking the owner to be negotiable, we were told that we should have alerted them during our stay and they could have fixed these issues. They stood by the $28 charge which I thought was very tacky on a $2500 bill given that we dealt with way more than $28 worth of inconvenience. It's a decent place in a fun area. If you want to sleep on a Thurs/Fri/Sat this might not be the place for you. I expect they'll fix the issues called out above. Be sure to bug the owners about any issue you come across and ask for immediate remediation, because they will certainly ask the same of you should something small happen.
