This is a spacious, minimalist and modern basement suite with a private entrance in a quaint 1920s bungalow. The suite has a full bathroom, bedroom a walk in closet & a kicthen containing all necessary facilities for your convenience. Access to the laundry is also available! We are in a lovely old neighborhood is Edmonton & just a stone throw away from the Commonwealth stadium & a 2 minute walk from the LRT! We are minutes from downtown so this is a perfect central location for your stay!
This is a newly renovated space in a 1920's bungalow so I hope you can appreciate that due to age of the house there may be some creaking of the wood floor when people are walking upstairs :) In addition to the queen bed in the bedroom, a queen air mattress can be provided for reservations with more than two guests. The space is designed to be functional and minimalist in it's decor but it still provides all the comfort and amenities for your stay with us.
This is a lovely old neighborhood in Edmonton with beautiful and massive trees lining the street. This is definitely a transitioning neighbourhood so while it's very quaint and peaceful, the proximity of being in the inner city there can sometimes invite some 'interesting' people in some parts of the area. Other than that, we are about a 10 minute walk from Borden Park and only a 5 minute walk to a Save on Foods, medical centre and McDonalds (we all love those fries!) In addition, its right across from the Commonwealth stadium and the LRT!

If you're fussy DO NOT book my room. The outside of this house looks like a TOTAL slum house. Inside isn't that special either and don't expect clean. It's a SHARED HOUSE. I might have room for up to 4 people. The ONLY good thing is my location next to train station. My place is close to train station, gym, pool, jacuzzi, downtown, University (by train), restaurants, supermarket, pub. My place is good for U of A students (on train line). Check in is SUPER flexible. And pets are welcome.
This house is so close to the metro train so if you want REALLY convenient public transport THIS is the place. BUT it's an old UGLY house that's not super clean inside. And get your own toilet paper. Keep your expectations LOW and you might be happy. Honestly, this house looks more like a slum house.
This place is really close to everything. I think it's a GREAT place for someone who doesn't drive. Of course, if you drive there is free parking here too. The ONLY good thing about this house is the location. The rest of this house is not great. The yard looks like a mud pit and the outside looks totally ridiculous like a drug shack. Don't even THINK about booking this place if you're a fussy person.

The suite is very light and airy with huge south facing windows. It is a newly built, quiet and perfect for relaxing and unwinding at the end of a long day. With easy access off Yellowhead Trail and close to transit & LRT this suite is a perfect base for your Edmonton and area adventures, whether a ten minute walk to Northlands for Klondike days, or a bus or LRT ride to Whyte avenue for the many festivals held in the summer in Edmonton. Close to shopping and banks, its your home away from home!
The purpose built garage suite covers the entire upper floor above the newly built detached double garage located at the end of our garden, and gives guests access to off street, indoor, heated parking via an internal stairwell at no extra cost.
Eastwood is one of the older neighbourhoods in the city with development having started in 1906. The Coliseum LRT station gives good access to Commonwealth Stadium, the down town core with all of its attractions, and the University of Alberta area. Eastwood is benefitting from the revitalization of 118th Ave. between Northlands and 94th St. Since revitalization began, the city has invested in street upgrades, landscaping and sidewalk improvements, improved business facades as well as the staging of various festivals and community events. Crime has been reduced and new businesses have emerged as well as several arts and cultural organizations.

Beautiful newly renovated central Edmonton condo next to the river and park. The apartment fits five, located just 5 min from downtown and Rogers Arena. Enjoy a full kitchen, groceries down the street, and access to the LRT just 2 minutes away! Perfect location to catch all games, concerts, conferences, and exhibitions without worrying about the drive. Featured in NARCITY EDMONTON's list of 7 Romantic Airbnbs in Alberta!
What our guests love about our listing: - Our spa inspired bathroom with rain shower head. - The handcrafted decor and ambiance. - The easy access to transit that brings you within minutes to Edmonton's biggest venues and downtown core as well as groceries next door. What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing: - Being right next to a transit access point although handy does mean the traffic that runs by it might disturb some light sleepers. - The apartment is located in an older working class urban neighborhood and although very safe it may feel strange for some who are used to a rural or suburb setting. Located in a condominium 5 MINUTES FROM DOWNTOWN, this place is fully equipped with HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET, HD TV and it has recently been fully renovated to accommodate as many as 6 guests. The kitchen is up-to-date, fully equipped with appliances. The living room has a nice L-shape super comfy couch with a 55" Samsung HD screen. Attached, you'll find the bedroom, with a super comfy QUEEN TEMPURPEDIC MATTRESS with its own closet and plenty of space to put all your luggage. The couch in the living room also opens up to a DOUBLE MATTRESS to accommodate 2 more guests and a QUEEN AIR MATTRESS is also available to put up to sleep another 2 (so 5 people total).
If you want to work out, swim, play badminton, basketball, or soccer, you can walk (or borrow the bike and cycle) to Commonwealth Stadium, national soccer stadium and home of the Edmonton Eskimos CFL football team. During the summer close-by Borden Park is a great place for a picnic or to play soccer and tennis. (David holds a national tennis professional certification and may be available for private lessons upon request) To add to the coziness only a block away there's a Save On Foods supermarket (full of organic produce), two hair salons, a dry cleaning service, fast food (Panago Pizza, Subway, MacDonalds), and a medical center.

The Loft at the Blue Barn is located in the historic Highlands Neighbourhood. A former art studio, this above garage loft now acts as a well-appointed bachelor suite. The suite is located close to bus stops and there are several small businesses in the area that you can access by foot. You can also reach the river valley trails by foot to take in a bit of nature in the city. Access to downtown is a 7 to 15-minute drive, depending on what area of the core you are heading to.
The loft is a bachelor suite so there isn't a lot of space to host more than 2 people. We can provide a playpen for children under 2 but because of limited space and an open stairway, the space isn't suited for children that are moving around too much on their own. There is a desk/table available for those who need it. The table at the foot of the bed poops up to desk hight and the chairs next to the fireplace can be moved up to the desk to accommodate work or eating. The lofted ceilings in the suite make it feel roomy and the retro electric acron fireplace is perfect to take the edge off a cold Edmonton winter. The bathroom is well appointed with a shower, soaker tub, and double vanity. The toilet is probably not a type you've used before - it's a macerating toilet to accommodate drainage line size restrictions. It works similar to a regular toilet but has an electric motor so when you press the flush button it takes about 30 seconds for the motor to engage. Don't fear! It is not complicated to operate and you can treat it like a normal toilet. No metal bits should go down the drain though or it could damage the motor.
Annexed by Edmonton in 1912, the Highlands is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in the city. Driving downtown takes between 7 and 15 minutes where you can take some of the sights and great restaurants. If you want to do some activities on foot you can walk to Julie's Day Spa, Highlands Wellness for a facial or massage, take in some Tapas at the Bodega, get some coffee at the Mandolin Books & Coffee Company, or check out some of the other shops along the strip. You can also take in some nature by walking to the river valley trails or check out some the architecture on Ada Blouvard and other historic streets in the area.
