Dimmed cozy bedroom located in East Williamsburg bordering Bushwick. The best part is the deluxe cushioned Memory Foam mattress (Clean, Fresh and Queen size) to rest after a long day walking in the city. Perfect for tourism. Besides that I have good advices to enjoy the city to the fullest. This is a two bedrooms railroad style of apartment, we share the common area, but as we’re always working we’re barely at the apartment and come back from work past midnight.
-You can cook/bake anything you’d like. I have high speed internet and access to Netflix, HBO etc. -Feel free to use the silverware and kitchen tools, as shampoo and body wash found in the bathroom.
This apartment is located 5 mins walk to the Train station, L train. Short walk to house of yes, restaurants like the famous pizza place “Roberta’s” or the syndicated. It’s surrounded by coffee shops, the beer garden, thrift stores, bikes stations in a artsy chill and creative environment. -There are other options of trains on the weekends as sometimes the subway system in NY breaks down. If this was the case then you’ll have to walk 12 mins to the J | M train. In that case you’ll have to take J/M to Delancey, this will be 5 stops = 13 mins.

Newly renovated New York apartment in the heart of Bushwick. 2 minute walk from the L train - and 10 minutes from M and J- our place has great links to the city (but you probably won’t want to go). Our neighborhood has bars, cafes, vintage shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Bushwick is hip whilst my room is comfortable, with lots of natural light, a couch and desk. Perfect for a couple in New York for the holidays on a budget (you’ll most likely have whole apartment to yourself)
The bedroom is huge, with queen bed, couch, desk and beautiful windows with lots of natural light. The view of Manhattan and streets below is also cool. Although the building is old school New York, Everything in the apartment is brand new, from bathroom to kitchen to floors. Just a very comfortable living space.
Cool and vibrant, the Morgan Avenue Stop is at the heart of the Bushwicks art community. Bunna- an Ethiopian vegan spot at the end of the road- is a must try. The world famous House of Yes is a ten minute walk away, whilst neighbourhood drinking spots like the Narrows and Pine Box are a stone’s throw away. Some of the best graffiti in the world, as well as vintage stores (L Train Vintage, beacons closet, Friends) and coffee shops (swallow and bagel shop) surround our building.

I LOVE that it is so close to the hospital, for those that work there. Literally, you can walk there in 2 minutes. I love that public transportation is nearby, as well (L train and many buses). I love Brooklyn, altogether, because of the variety of cuisines available, the diversity of the people, and the all-around convenience. This apartment is located in the heart of Bushwick with its many restaurants, bars, and live bands. It is a truly wonderful location.

Welcome to the heart of Bushwick--the Jefferson L train stop! Our lovely 3-bedroom apartment is close to Manhattan but far from the chaos of tourism. Unwind in our vibrant, genuine, and safe Brooklyn neighborhood that is full of great food, bars, and art! For Wyckoff Heights medical residents, we're a 5 minute walk.
Just steps away from the entrance to the L train, and two stops from the M, our comfortable home is a perfect base for explorations of the vibrant local culture or an easy trip to Manhattan. This sunny, 3-bedroom apartment is on the top floor of a restored building from the turn of the 20th century. Your host, a former chef, has a stacked gourmet kitchen with everything you need if you prefer a home-cooked meal over the amazing dining options the neighborhood offers. The apartment as a whole is of average size for NYC. The room itself is small, but not absurdly so. Two people fit comfortably in the room--three can fit if we add a fold-out bed, but it will be very close quarters for three. The bed itself is full-sized, and there's a dresser, TV (with live TV, HBO, Hulu, Netlfix, Showtime), closet, fold-out chair, and table available for your use. This apartment has steam heat with radiators in every room for cold months, ample blankets and warm bedding, space heaters for backup, and, in hotter months, window air conditioning units. This is one of three bedrooms in a shared apartment. Carrie-Anne lives in one room, and Carrie-Anne's dear friend Ryan and his cat Jones occupy the other bedroom. -Full-sized, comfortable bed and a folding bed available for a third guest -High-speed WiFi (avg 140 Mbps download, 12 upload) -TV in room as well as in common area -Fresh linens and towels -Gourmet kitchen with pots, pans, gadgets, salt, and pepper -Coffee, tea, cereal with milk for breakfast -Space heater for additional warmth in cold months Please note: this apartment is on the fourth floor of an apartment building without an elevator. This means that unfortunately, those with disabilities might not find it accessible.
This apartment is immediately above the Jefferson L train stop in a very hip, multi-cultural area. Less than a block away, you'll find a great 24-hour grocery store with all your needs, many coffee shops, and a nice wine store. The apartment is quiet, but the area is packed with cool bars and clubs. Just three blocks away is a 24-hour laundromat with well-priced drop-off service available. In the neighborhood, gourmands will find acclaimed restaurants of many cuisines, including Michelin-starred American dining, Sichuan, Central and South American, Caribbean, Vietnamese, Chinese, Indian, African, and more! For your recovery from all the good food and drink, there are also several yoga studios nearby. For residents at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, you'll find the hospital is a 10 minute walk away, or one train stop. Many years ago, this area was notorious for unpleasant reasons but is now very, very safe. We suggest--just as we would in any large city--being alert when you walk around and avoiding wearing headphones past dark.

You'll have your own private bedroom with a nice view on the Manhattan skyline. You can enjoy even further on our rooftop.
If you want coffee in the morning, La Cantine just around the corner is a favourite. If you're looking for a bite to eat, head to Wyckoff Av and choose your pick - Sea Wolf has some mean cocktails.

Come share our beautiful sun-drenched loft in artist-filled Bushwick, Brooklyn. The loft is surrounded by world class murals and street art and is surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and cafes. It is also just steps from the L train (most convenient train in NYC) that will take you to Manhattan in just 15 minutes.
**Before you reserve, please send us a inquiry by clicking "Contact Host"** Welcome to your home away from home. Our loft, which we have built out ourselves with reclaimed lumber, is located in the most charming area of Bushwick, Brooklyn. The loft is on the top floor of a converted sweater factory, and has a large open living space with giant windows that let in beautiful light throughout the day. The room available has a full size, double bed and a desk, shelves, and a clothing rack. Typical of converted lofts, the room itself doesn't have a window to outside, but it does have a panel that opens up to the living area for light and airflow. We have recently installed a brand new barn door style wooden sliding door that gives the room a more rustic feel to match the decor of the rest of the loft. The loft has a total of 2 bedrooms and one tree house. It is likely that you will be sharing the space with other guests who will be occupying the other rooms. We strive to provide a respectful yet fun community for our guests and hope you will find it pleasant and eye opening to meet others from around the world.
Bushwick is the artist hub of Brooklyn, filled to the brim with artist studios, galleries, and lofts housing artists of all kinds. It apparently has the highest concentration of artists in the world. The neighborhood is covered in beautiful graffiti from legitimately sought out artists, not just silly tags you may see elsewhere. There are great restaurants, cafes, underground clubs and bars popping up all the time, and our loft is in the center of it all. There are many art galleries in walking distance to explore during the weekends, and a number of opening parties happening each week. The best underground parties happen in this neighborhood too, if that's your thing. Block long buildings housing only artist studios dot the neighborhood. Many families also live in the area, bringing out the family-oriented side of Bushwick out in the open. A great park with a running track is near by also, providing a great place for a jog. The coolest parts of Bushwick are near the Jefferson Street stop (our stop) and the Morgan Avenue stop off the L train, which is just a short walk away. If you want the real Bushwick experience, you want to be here!

Straight off the Jefferson L stop, the location is great for someone who likes to go in and out of the madness and not be in the center of the chaos. Also great for commuters into the city. Bushwick is the one of the recent 'Must Stay' neighborhoods in Brooklyn area, where you can sleep in a safe space of cozy calm and warm welcome vibes.Bushwick is safe neighborhood with its eclectic mix of Spanish, American, Polish and international people. A home away from home. Streets with fresh graffiti arts, best coffee options from Twin Peaks inspirations to Nordick ways to wake up, pizza varieties for any tastes, best taco trucks, underground parties or burlesque parties, restaurants from famous chefs who offer new American - Chinese, experimental, French bistro, Vietnamese, Italian, Spanish and Japanese cuisines, bars and dive bars with very own American eclectic tastes, yoga studios, vintage and thrift stores and many more. It is 100% safe to come and go any time of the day or night, whoever you are. I have lived in this house already for 5 years, and I guarantee my word. It is sometimes loud during the hot NYC summer days, because its' outdoor car sounds that are parked on the streets that listen to different melodies, but is not this one of the exotic things one wants to see when staying in Bushwick and experience it ? We are two blocks from the L train in one direction (20 minute commute to Union Square) and two blocks from the grocery store, laundromat, and post office in the other direction. In addition, there are plenty of great coffee shops, restaurants and bars.

The apartment is in Bushwick (East Williamsburg), not far from Bedford Ave., less than 5 minutes from the train. Bushwick is the spot for cool bars and restaurants, graffiti and coffeeshops, vintage and music. This apartment is renovated allowing guests more than enough space for 2. Great for those NY's between permanent places, travelers exploring the city, or someone looking to transplant - this section of Brooklyn is a great jumping off point for any adventure, glad to host the experience!
The guests share the bathroom with the other rooms, however the living room and kitchen are great spaces to hang out in. Guests are welcome to use the living room and kitchen, which comes fully equipped with cookware, utensils, etc. Feel free to order in and take advantage of the great restaurants in the area.
Bushwick has many bars, restaurants, and lots of character to discover while exploring New York. While it’s gritty past still lingers Bushwick has transformed a great deal from its formidable and darker years. Graffiti and gentrifiers mix with families who’ve made it home for generations. Although controversy surrounds the developments that have taken place over the years- Bushwick is still an awesome, safe, and happening place to hangout and make home.

Hello & Welcome! This home is in a safe and central part of Bushwick - the hippest neighborhood in all of NYC, known for its street art, restaurants, and nightlife. You can also take the L & JMZ subway lines to easily get anywhere in the city. Please read the full description below before booking. I look forward to hosting you!
Welcome to my home! This is a private room in a newly renovated ground floor apartment. I live here full-time, and enjoy hosting guests from around the world! This room is lockable from the inside/outside. It has TWO full-sized beds (and can host up to 4 guests). This is a great area with countless bars and restaurants within walking distance of the apt. I’ll leave a list of some of my favorite local spots in your room, and am happy to give you personal recommendations. There's another room in this apartment that I occasionally rent on Airbnb, so please note that there may be other guests present during your stay.
From NYC GO: "Bushwick has become synonymous with new music and buzz-worthy eateries, cutting-edge artists, and mercurial fashion trends. Once-decrepit warehouses have been remade into studios, galleries, and venues, often serving as canvases for street artists; meanwhile, diamond-in-the-rough restaurants draw crowds from all over. The nighttime allure is especially strong, with a mix of dive bars and cocktail lounges, rock clubs and hard-to-define performance spaces."

Overall Bushwick: "This is an old story: Starting in the 1970s, with New York in bankruptcy, artists got to run wild in abandoned spaces on Manhattan’s West Side waterfront and colonize the cast-iron buildings of Tribeca and SoHo (which was so down-and-out in the late ’60s it very nearly had a highway on stilts built over it). From there artists moved into the East Village, with its old walk-up buildings, then eventually hopped the river to Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and then further along the L subway line to...where we are now, Bushwick, a sort of truckscape of sweatshops and garages and few charming brownstones. Since 2000, according to a survey by the Center for the Urban Future, Bushwick has seen a 1,116 percent increase in its artist population—the biggest increase in any New York City neighborhood." - DEPARTURES Magazine, Carl Swanson, 2017.

Welcome to the Bushwick Biodome! Home to a wide variety of lifeforms and located in the heart of bustling Bushwick, our spacious apartment is full of character and we would love to have one of you in it! 3 blocks from the convenient "L" train, short commute into Manhattan or Williamsburg, surrounded by great bars and restaurants. We have a private room available for you to engage in some real Brooklyn living!
A spacious and comfortable apartment shared between me, my fiancé Abbey, her little dog, our roommate Jineane and you! ....with plenty of common space to hang out in, lounge in, or get some work done in. We have a big collection of books, board games, and plenty of movies to watch projected on a big wall. I built the apartment from scratch and am constantly making improvements! Currently working on....something, though slowing down as I run out of space. The decorations have even grown and evolved since the pictures for this listing were taken. There is tons of natural sunlight from 45feet of windows facing the Manhattan skyline. There is also a large (for NYC) and well-stocked kitchen, which is great for cooking! The guest bedroom comes with a twin bed that sleeps one person, a dresser for clothes, a computer desk with 27" imac for internet and streaming netflix/amazon., A TV that is mirrored to the computer, a clothes rack, and some other stuff. Please be sure to look at the picture of the room! Your room will be set up when you arrive with clean linens on the bed and an extra set in case you ever wish you change them. We will also initially provide a towell and a washcloth. There is a self-service laundry in the building if you require refreshing any of these things. We consider you our roommate, not a hotel guest, with the privileges and responsibilities that implies. You have access to everything except our two bedrooms and should feel more than welcome to plop down on any couch, chair, or stool. It's one big open loft as you can see in the pictures. We are around some of the time / not at all, depending on our work schedules, which change constantly. During your stay you may see a lot of us or none of us, impossible to predict. We both do freelance work in the film business. I do cinematography/camera stuff and she is an assistant director. We own a house upstate we spend most of our free time between jobs, so confusingly the more free we are the less we are around. But we love to hang out and talk about things to do, see what's going on out there, but other than that it's entirely up to you! Jineane is also a wonderful roommate, she's a female graphic designer in her 30's, super friendly and loves to talk. Very close to every kind of great food you could imagine. Good bars all over the place, happening night life, live music, art galleries, quick trip to everything else in the city. Right nearby underneath us is little hipster mini-mall full of boutique shops including an excellent cafe. Laundry in the building. Full-size grocery store 4 blocks away. Very convenient subway 3 blocks away (Morgan ave stop on the L train), buses out front. Usually available street parking.
Lots of good bars, restaurants, and things to do. Too many to write, Just ask when you get here!
