Welcome to our cozy home, conveniently located within walking distance from downtown Greenville (0.8 miles), the Swamp Rabbit Trail (0.2 miles) and Cleveland Park (0.3 miles). Gather with family and friends around our 10-seater dining table and lounge in our other spacious main living areas after a full day of exploring the city's natural, historic, and artistic features. There's something for everyone in Greenville, and we hope guests feel the same sense of comfort and hospitality in our home.
Our home features three comfortable bedrooms, all containing queen size beds and closets. Our spacious living room invites guests to gather around the fireplace and chat or enjoy a movie on Netflix. If guests should need to complete any work during their stay, our study is complete with a large antique desk and view of the front yard. Our favorite place to spend time together is around our massive dining table–the perfect spot for a good meal or fun board game, after which we enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee on the back porch while the sun sets. Amenities available in our home include laundry, kitchen supplies and cooking utensils, Netflix, wifi, breakfast snacks, coffee, shower supplies and a hair dryer. Upon arrival, guests can refer to the welcome binder on the shelf just inside the front door for more information.
Coffee: Joe's Place (0.6 miles; a historic home turned specialty shop that sells books, art, wine and coffee; very quiet and peaceful–a great place to get work done) Brunch: Tandem (10 miles; a bit more of a drive, but SO worth it; located in downtown Traveler's Rest, a picturesque town just outside of Greenville, specializing in delicious crepes) Lunch: Swamp Rabbit Cafe & Grocery (3.6 miles; easily accessible by bike as it's located on the Swamp Rabbit Trail; home of delicious, locally grown food and a dreamy outdoor space; check them out on Facebook–there's usually special events scheduled on the weekends) Dinner: Soby's (1.3 miles; located in the heart of downtown Greenville–amazing dinner with a beautiful view) Gifts: M. Judson Bookstore (1.3 miles; also located in the heart of downtown Greenville–we would be happy to hang out here for hours; houses Chocolate Moose Bakery) Sights: Falls Park on the Reedy (1.5 miles; the BEST thing about downtown Greenville is that there is beautiful nature complete with a gorgeous waterfall right in the middle of everything) Sports: Greenville Drive Game at Flour Field (2.1 miles; these baseball games are a blast, and the field is surrounded by delicious restaurants to pop into after the game is over) Kids: Greenville Zoo (0.7 miles; VERY reasonably priced and well maintained; the zoo is just the right size–big enough to keep you entertained, but not so big that little ones can't keep up; giant playground and (usually) an adorable ice cream truck right outside the zoo) Church: Downtown Presbyterian Church (1.5 miles; we would be thrilled to have guests at our church home!) There's SO much more–would could type for days about all there is to enjoy in downtown Greenville! Look online for more recommendations.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Malia's! Great location... just a 5min drive to downtown or 15 min walk. The place was cozy and the bed was super comfortable! We didn't partake but the mini cocktail bottles and mixers are added bonus. Also, glad there was a designated parking spot behind the house. Definitely will book again when in Greenville.

They were both fantastic people! We came in late and they were very accommodating. Daisy the wonder dog always made sure we felt at home and we had a great time during our trips into town. We are new to the area and they were really great about telling us about all the fun spots and things to do. I would highly recommend staying here. Great space as well - both the room (which had TV and WiFi, yessssssssss) and the bathroom were very clean and private. 10/10 would stay there again.
