More than comfortable enough for 2 people. Flat cleaning is done frequently which keeps the place in excellent condition.     My Loft Studio Garden is the perfect haven to relax in, situated amongst the lively, upbeat City of London. The studio is on the top floor of a Georgian Townhouse, serviced with full amenities; everything you need to recuperate after exploring our cities attractions, or spending the day working in the city.
    This third floor studio flat is ready to accommodate one or two guests. It's comfy, spacious and on the top floor. The studio consists of a double bed and a kitchenette; as well as a fully equipped and gorgeous bathroom with a bathtub. It's a beautiful studio, with lots of natural light and a beam ceiling to give it that extra bit of character, located on a busy and lively cobble-stone side street, 20 seconds walk from the station.
    My Studio Loft Garden is located perfectly between the corporate Bank of England, and the trendy Shorditch. The area has a diverse mix of city workers and holiday makers, you don't have to travel far to be amazed by local attractions, eateries or shops; there is never a dull moment with the restaurants and outdoor dining across the road! Liverpool Street is a great spot for you to have your London base at as you'll be able to get around super easily. Spitafields Market is a short walk away, as is Brick Lane and trendy East London, where you'll find a variety of quirky shops, cafes and bars, as well as pop up restaurants and many markets to explore. If you want to explore London's main attractions, you'll be within walking distance of the Tower of London, St Paul's Cathedral and many more. There are plenty of restaurants and places for you to have breakfast/brunch to start off the day!

Equipped with an Apple TV, a cosy kitchenette, and a very modern refurbished bathroom my newly renovated flat can accommodate up to 4 guests. There is a double-sized bed and a large sofa bed available for your stay. The studio consists of a double bed, a double sofa and a kitchenette; as well as a fully equipped and gorgeous bathroom with a copper bathtub. It's a beautiful studio, with lots of natural light.
    We live in a well-connected area of London. It is very simple to get everywhere. The flat is located right next to Shoreditch, one of the most vibrant and exciting areas of London. The Spitalfields market offers many shops, restaurants and market stalls and the area has become the place where new restaurants set up before expanding into the rest of London. The area has a variety of restaurants to dine out. There is a strong arts contingent, with some world-famous artists living in the neighbourhood (Tracy Enim, Gilbert and George). The neighbourhood is also well known for fashion and had a fashion university. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and bars in the area and you will be spoilt for choice! I'd be more than happy to share my favourites with you if you want recommendations!

  • My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights on our trip to London. The apartment is really stylish and exceeded our expectations, it had everything we could have needed. The location was perfect being so close to Liverpool street tube station, we found it really easy to get around and even walked to some of the main tourist attractions. The City of London is rich in history and cultural diversity and is a great choice for travellers interested in restaurants, food and history. Being only seven miles from London City Airport and walking distance to some of the most famous tourist attractions such as the Tower of London, London Bridge, St. Paul’s Cathedral and Old Spitalfields market.
  • Great property across the road from Liverpool St Station. I stayed for a week and was easy to get around on the Underground from here. There is a bit of traffic and bystander noise late at night (particularly on Friday and Saturday nights), not to mention you’re next door to a police station. So you will hear sirens from time to time, but it’s no big deal. Highly recommend the property.

  • You can’t go wrong with this apartment. We were in London for work and this location is perfect. The flat is the perfect size for 2 -loads of room and a great alternative to expensive tiny hotel rooms in the area. The kitchen was well outfitted-had everything we needed. The bathroom was big. the bedroom was excellent -comfy bed, near the back of the flat so a bit quieter than the front. Good value too. We will 100% book this place again. Felt like home and the host was excellent -good communication. The mgt office was very responsive and efficient and pleasant.

  • This flat is located in a great location on the east side of the London city center, in walking distance from the Tower of London and easy access to the Tube. The hosts gave excellent instructions on accessing the flat and were very responsive to communications. The flat has been nicely but simply upgraded with modern design touches. It's located above a busy bar, so noise was noticeable in the evenings, but it quieted down after 11pm (1am on the weekend). The weather during our stay in June was excellent, highs in the mid 60s, but for some reason the flat was excessively warm, even at night. Because of the noise and smoke from the bar, we were unable to leave the windows open, and of course there is no air conditioning, so nights were uncomfortably warm, even with a fan. The bedding and pillows are worn and in need of replacement, but the beds are generally comfortable. The couch was very firm and not very comfortable for sleeping on. The flat was generally clean, although the bathroom floors weren't as clean as they should have been (hair, dirty corners). All in all, it was a positive experience, and the pros definitely outweighed the cons.

    A comfortable apartment located seconds from Liverpool Street station. The apartment is located on the second floor with lift access. This apartment is great for business visitors and travellers alike due to the great location.
    A new refurbished apartment located a few seconds walk from Liverpool Street station. The apartment has one double bedroom, a spacious living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen and one family bathroom with an overhead shower. There is a bed a bag which can be placed in the living area for the third guest. The area has a huge selection of shops and places to eat. Brick Lane, Spitalfields and Portobello Markets are a must when visiting as they all local. Central London including the West End are minutes away via the tube, Liverpool Street station has excellent connections to get around London.
  • This spacious flat is the perfect base from which to explore London. Across road from train station, bus stops outside the door and easy walk to many places of interest. Loads of restaurants and eating options nearby. Matt was a great host, organising an early check-in which was much appreciated after a 6am flight. We didn't do a lot of cooking, but the flat has all the essentials if you do want to self-cater. Plenty of cupboard space to unpack into, reliable wi-fi, and clean facilities. There is some night time street noise but this is to be expected from the inner city location and closing windows helps. No stairs to negotiate as there is a good lift, and good building security. Can recommend this location unreservedly.

  • This is a great flat for those wanting to tour London. My fiancé and I were visiting from the US for our first trip to London. It's a perfect location across the street from the Liverpool Station which is just a few tube stops from so many of the sites. There were also convenience and grocery stores very close by, along with some fun pubs. It was so nice that Matt allows earlier check-in than most places, so we were able to drop off our luggage mid-morning right after arriving at Heathrow. The flat is exactly as the pictures describe. It's a very comfortable place for 2 people, and could be ok adding a few kids. The bed has a very firm mattress, but is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need. And it's convenient that you can wash clothes if needed. The shower is a bit interesting as it's different than hotel or American showers, but once you get used to it, it's ok. Plus there's a tub as well. All in all, it's a great value in a wonderful location. We'd stay again. Thanks Matt!!

  • Enjoyed our stay in the Bishopsgate apartment. Location was fantastic! Lots of food and drink options outside the front door and huge Liverpool Street station literally across the road. Apartment had everything we needed and we found it very quiet despite the busy location (although we didn’t stay over a weekend so not sure if it gets noisier then).   • I stayed here for 5 nights during a business trip. Excellent location in a very lively area or London. A great pub is literally 10 steps from the flat's entrance. Even though the flat is so close to a lot of activity, it is very quiet inside when the windows are closed. If you have to have the windows open, a heating system right outside can be a bit noisy. We had a minor maintenance issue that was quickly addressed and resolved. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. The flat is very comfortable and the staff were extremely easy to work with. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time I'm in London.

Easy to get to, near lots of good restaurants, in an old and interesting neighborhood (Brick Lane, etc.). I happen to like this area; will mention that it is definitely urban and a little edgy, not many trees, busy because of Liverpool St. Station. It may not be to everyone's taste; I was looking for a place to stay in the Spitalfields/Whitechapel area. * Fantastic soundproofing; absolutely dead quiet in a busy neighborhood. Made my stay very peaceful. * Good layout, pleasant apartment. Wifi is working fine! * Very well-equipped kitchen, easy to cook in. Washer/dryer, dish washer, cooktop, oven. * Responsive host, fast responses to emailed questions or phone calls. You should be aware that it's up some stairs, where a second-floor US apartment would be. If you're not comfortable going up and down stairs (I am), this apartment would be difficult for you.

  • The apartment was painfully hot in the summer, making it impossible to sleep without opening the windows which then posed another issue- the noise from the alleyway below was ridiculously loud. There was literally a busker with a microphone below our window singing, at 3am. Absolutely crazy that the host doesn’t provide a fan to ensure guests can keep the windows closed. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE IN SUMMER, or on weekends. The apartment is extremely small, keep this in mind when booking. The photos on the listing did not all correspond with the apartment I had booked. I was expecting something far more spacious because of this. Responses from host were slow, and in some cases non existent. Over all, extremely expensive for what you get. Was very clean.

Views of The Gerkin (right outside if you stick your head out of the window) and most of the modern City towers. There is a lift in the building. Little things are provided in the flat such as spices, condiments, toiletries, a hairdryer, international plug adaptors and COFFEE!
    The City is the oldest part of London, originally enclosed within the Roman perimeter walls (The Square Mile). Here you will find some of the capital's oldest buildings, dating as far back as the post-fire 17th century. This old and historical architecture seamlessly integrates with the high and ultra-modern glass and steel towers downtown London is becoming more famous for.   • When I’d first stumbled upon this flat on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be some sort of catch, surely? As that was a last-minute booking (one day before to be precise), everything was as splendid as advertised online. Tony was the host and although I never got to meet him was my most considerate and polite in our communication. The flat was just perfect spacious, clean and tidy for what I needed! I was fortunate to stay in the master bedroom and the bed was comfortable, it was like sleeping in a five-star hotel. Waking up to sounds of seagulls (yes) may sound strange but to me, it was so soothing it was much better than listening to the sound of foxes (which I'm used to at home)!! The bathroom was a good size, especially the rain shower, it was amazing. The kitchen catered for my needs if I did want to cook and a good size living and dining area. Overall the flat itself, it’s quiet. The location is incredible, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to local amenities. There is so much, I was spoilt for choice! Tony also gave me recommendations of restaurants which was a great help! I had a great time and wished I could stay for longer... and would definitely stay here again and longer!!

  • Just as the title of this listing says: location, location location! I didn't even know if was possible to stay this central into the Financial District, let alone with so much space and at this price point... We have used Airbnb several times and were taken aback by how comfortable and convenient this Airbnb was. The beds and furniture were all new, it looked freshly renovated, had all we needed including a good sized kitchen with brand new appliances (which we sadly didn't have the chance to use as we were on a quick visit)... Even the wooden floor had just been put down! It was very easy to find the place, no more than 3 min walk from the Aldgate underground. We had a night stroll to Tower Bridge, the Tower of London and St Katherine's Dock as the host recommended and it was magical. We felt very safe the whole time, which isn't often the case in a big city. There were a late night supermarket and cafe for breakfast right by the flat, which we particularly appreciated because of our tight schedule. As described in the listing, there is the normal hustle and bustle consistent with a central location in a big city but this didn't bother us at all, in fact if anything it made us feel like we were in the real London and not remote suburbia. Full 5 stars and we will be back for sure!

  • Location is great right out side of liver pool station (can see it from the living room). Entrance is in a small alley which at first seemed a bit worrisome but this alley despite first impressions was actually quite nice with a variety of pubs and restaurants which we enjoyed very much. Most important to me though was the immediate accommodation they were able to give us. Our originally booked BNB turned out to be fraudulent upon arrival and we were able to book this one and literally check in on the drive over and the room was ready when we arrived within 20 minutes. The views from the window are also great! And there is a police station literally a couple doors over. So again, if the alley sketches you out upon arrival, please know you are safe and this is a great location!

  • My wife and I spent a few days in London for our 5 year anniversary. Angela’s place was so amazing and it was even better than the pictures! The location is in a perfect spot and the access in and out of the building was super easy! There were grocery stores, bars, coffee shops and many main sight seeing attractions within minutes! The tube was also within a 4-5 minute walk which we loved as well. In addition, check in is usually at 3 but she allowed us to check in around noon since our flight got in early that day. Angela made our trip wonderful and we would definitely stay again!

Fortunately, the bedroom is in the back of the building.The flat is quite new and clearly done as a short term rental. The rooms are good sized and the bathroom is quite nice. If you are looking for a stay in someone's warm cozy home, this isnt it. A few pods for the coffee machine, a couple of packets of restaurant salt and pepper and that is it. We had to buy powder to use the washing machine. The check in is by door codes. The only person we saw was a housekeeper who walked in without knocking during our first afternoon. Fortunately, it was just before we took our post transcontinental flight nap. Also, make sure you confirm the wifi code. Both the information in the "check in email" and in the flat "book" are wrong. Once we had the code, the wifi worked great. On balance, the place is good, unless you are planning to cook, in which case, be prepared to purchase everything. Good news is there is a 24 hour tesco across from liverpool street station.

  • This is lovely and chic apartment. It is furnished well and has upgraded appliances. It’s perfect for work trips if you work in the city. The apartment is quiet and in a safe location. Communications was easy with the host who was responsive. The only recommendation I had is that the host adds a few more amenities like paper towels etc in the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again. I come to London often for work so I hope this place is available again.

  • Booking an Air Bnb I do not expect to rent a serviced appartment that is run like a hotel. I wasn't accomodated in the apartment I've originally booked but in a different one in the same block. Than I was asked to sign their terms of business and leave my creditcard and passport details otherwise I couldn't stay. The apartment itsself is in the firstfloor just above a noisy bar playing musik until late. Even with the windows shut (some of them haven't been cleaned in years) there is no chance to sleep without ear plugs. The rest of the apartment is ok. I guess it's all about what you expect, but for me this exactly not the friendly and open experience I have experienced booking with air bnb so many times before.

James is very friendly and was really making us very quick comfortable in the apartment which was clean and contains "everything you need" for a city break.   • Angela's place was as advertised: spotless, lots of room, great cleaning service, and a washer and drier in the apartment which is a big bonus when travelling with kids! It has all the mod-cons and is in a great spot in the heart of the City; nothing is hard to get to. Groceries and pharmacies are at your doorstep and it's just a short walk to a couple of tube stations. Some have mentioned the street (three floors below) can be noisy at times, and that is true, but only if you use the sofa bed; the main bedroom is at the back and very quiet. The entry is coded so no need to meet up with anyone, and it worked easily first time and every time. There are a total of four solid locking doors and an elevator between the road and the apartment so we felt very safe and secure. The elevator opens onto a small private landing that only has your apartment door on it, so in fact we never once saw another person in the building in the two weeks we stayed there. Connections are great since Hammersmith circle and central line go via Liverpool station. James's place is everything it promises. we had a little problem with hot water but when we called to to get some help we got good instructions and problem was solved in 5 minutes. Check in was the easiest that I have ever had with Airbnb. I would definitely stay here again.

  • Appartement conforme à la description et confortable. 3ème étage sans ascenseur, sans voisins au dessus. Très bien situé pour les transports publics (en face de la gare de Liverpool street) , un peu bruyant de ce fait mais comme partout dès que l'on réside en centre ville. A noter le canapé lit du séjour est très inconfortable ( matelas à ressorts). Quartiers de la City et de Brick Lane à quelques pas. Nous avons connu quelques petits problèmes en arrivant et durant le séjour mais qui ont été très rapidement résolus par l'équipe de Urban Stay, très bon niveau de communication et très bonne réactivité.

  • Ben's place was beautiful and exactly as it looked in the photos. It's in a great, central area right across from Liverpool Street Station which makes it perfect to get anywhere necessary in London. He was extremely accommodating with meeting me at the apartment to give me a walk through, as well as with bringing a second set of keys a couple of days later. It can get a tad bit loud outside if there's a football game on during the weekend, but overall I have no complaints.

  • I really enjoyed my time staying at the flat, it is centrally located within a 5 minute walk of multiple tube stations, restaurants, pubs and shops. The flat's amenities are modern and very nice. Angela has thought of everything to make this feel like a true home away from home. Not only does the flat have a dishwasher, washer dryer, full stove, microwave, it also has nice touches like a tea kettle, french press and another coffee maker. It is also well stocked with snacks and different types of coffee's and tea. The only issue I encountered during my weeks stay was the front door after hours. The lock can be tricky, but was fine after I got the hang of it. I travel to London often for business and I will be staying at Angela's flat again!

  • The apartment is extremely well located in the heart of the City of London. It is extremely accurate to how it’s being advertised. Very spacious and with all necessarily amenities whether you are here for a short or long trip, on holiday or on business. Generally clean and tidy however would’ve liked for a 9-nights stay to have a bit of a more thorough cleaning service. Communication with Angela was fast, efficient and reliable. Check-in and check-out were both extremely effective. The tips regarding the surrounding area prior to arrival we’re very much appreciated. Angela was extremely responsive to all of our questions and queries. I would highly recommend Angela’s apartment and I myself might book it again next time I’m in London.

  • This is my first airbnb stay and it is a very positive experience. The apartment is in a very convenient location. Less than 5 min walk to liverpool street station and there are plenty of restaurant nearby. There is also grocery store, Tesco, across the station. The area feels safe to walk at night. The apartment itself is clean. wifi is good. The water of the shower is strong and hot which is very comfortable. However, it takes me a while to figure out how it works. Washing machine is quiet so I can do laundry at late night. The kitchen has everything I need. There are several pubs on the street so there are some noise at night and I have to pass groups of people to get in the apartment. But it became quiet after 10 pm so it is not a problem for me. I wish the bed is harder though since I prefer hard bed. Andy's team is very professional. They always respond my question quickly. Check in and out is very smooth. Overall, I have a very pleasant stay in Andy's apartment.

  • The service provided by Andy and his team was excellent. They allowed us to check in early which was most appreciated after an overnight flight. They responded very quickly to a few minor issues (Fuze tripped). The apartment is spacious with an excellent bathroom and shower. The bed was comfortable. The location was great. The pub next door provides advantages and disadvantages (people hanging by the front door at night and a few cigarette butts on the ground). Overall a good apartment to stay at with excellent service by the hosts.

  • Andy's flat was perfectly situated near my business office in London and close to the Liverpool tube station when needed. Very clean and spacious I would definitely recommend to others seeking clean convenience in London. He uses a service that you interact with on check in and for anything needed. Only hick-up was when I left the keys in the flat but they dropped off a new set. Extra set of towels was appreciated. It was unseasonably hot in London but the place has many windows and he kindly provided a fan so it was cool. Can't think of anything else they could of done. Look forward to staying there again when in London. Cheers!

  • Matthews’s place is better than advertised! I had to travel to London for work and I decided to bring my family. Matthew provides the crib and the high chair so we didn’t have to bring them. The beds were comfy, everything was clean and all of the necessary kitchen items were there. Really appreciated the signs on how to work the shower/tub faucets as it can be rather complicated. The location was perfect! So much is walking distance we went to a different restaurant every night and had easy access to the tube and bus lines. We also noticed there’s a walking tour in the neighborhood at night and it took as a few nights to figure out why but there is a bit of history to the street! Matthew gave us all the info we needed so we never needed to contact him but he did stop by to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.
