Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Étival-lès-le-Mans

Caroline’s apartment is spacious, clean and well maintained, with a full range of modern appliances. It’s in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the tram and an excellent Boulangerie (go there for breakfast) and just a few minutes more on to the Circuit de La Sarthe. Caroline was communicative and responsive throughout the booking process and welcoming during our stay. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend the apartment.

Very nice services for this accommodation in the city center. We had a pleasant stay at Adeline's. Carefully decorated, equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom, living room with very pleasant sleeping area, accommodation with all the essentials to feel at home. Very central, it allows you to discover Le Mans at its own pace. Adeline is very responsive and I thank her again for having us. I would happily recommend it without a second thought!

We had a lovely stay at this apartment which is very nice to live in. Everything was clean, tidy, and the place is warm and welcoming. As for Thomas, he is a thoughtful host who cares about our comfort! Thank you so much for a great weekend and looking forward to coming back

We stayed at Christine's apart to break up our journey to the Dordogne and we're so impressed that we had to book the apartment for the return journey, again we had a lovely stay and Christine was again so lovely, I would recommend anyone travelling to or through Le Mans to stay here.

The listing corresponded in every way to the description. Somewhat close to the city center within walking distance. Warm accommodation, because inhabited by Régis in normal times. Régis is a pleasant host, he was present at check-in at the accommodation. A plus while many hosts prefer key boxes that remain very impersonal although practical. I highly recommend.

Great apartment, our two dogs loved the huge enclosed garden. Apartment very clean and had everything we needed. Especially liked being able to park right outside and feel our belongings we left in car were safe, as we had a packed car. Secure coded gate to property was great. Look out for message when checking in for QR code as I missed that at first. Great stopover on our trip to Spain

We had the pleasure of staying with Stéphanie and Cyril. This is a nice farmhouse very well furnished. All the conditions are there for a great time. We were able to reunite as a family for the holiday season. Very well equipped and bright kitchen, very spacious living area and impeccable bathrooms. Spacious rooms. Everything is decorated tastefully. And the little plus the cats who lead their lives quietly by letting us enjoy their presence and some hugs. Don't hesitate because you'll feel right at home Stéphanie and Cyril.

Helpful friendly host

I stayed here for a night while on a long bike tour, and it was perfect for my needs... There was a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge and bed. Benoit was on site to give me a friendly welcome and it was quiet at night. Ideal!
