Highly recommend! A spacious, comfortable home with a beautiful view from the terrace. You have the best of both worlds, Spain and Portugal. Will return in the future.

This is the most beautiful airbnb, maybe one of the best I’ve stayed in. It’s better than the photos and when does that ever happen? The house is amazingly decorated with 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, with a small plunge pool which was perfect for us in the extreme August heat. You definitely need a car as it’s 10 minutes drive from Mertola which has all the shops, coffee shops, restaurants, castle etc. We did a big food shop before we came as the host advised us to with it being quite remote. The kitchen has everything you need to cook in and we had the most fun just relaxing. It was the perfect break on our road trip. We didn’t do much in the area as wanted to relax but they gave lots of recos. You must go here! Thanks to the host and her mum for being so helpful, they were lovely letting us in 3 hours early, and for the welcome wine

Lovely and peaceful stay and a perfect location to explore the amazing area in and around Tavira, a truly underrated part of the Algarve. The house is perfect for a small family. Very chilled, off the beaten path. Great stay and super easy!

Sandra’s place is absolutely gorgeous!! It’s in a wonderful location and in walking distance to everything including a great beach with restaurants. I was scared the house would not live up to my picky standards as many look better in the pictures, but this did not disappoint… it was better! Thank you Sandra and team for being so responsive and thoughtful. We truly appreciated the cake and champagne you personally brought us to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary. We appreciated all the extras your home provides… we truly felt at home. We can’t wait to return. Thank you for your 5+ star service!!

Beautiful place on the edge of a small village (with only a single bar) It’s a wonderful spot to unwind. Great local recommendations- thanks for the restaurant advice in Almodovar - we had a wonderful home-cooked meal there. Loved this place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Casa Pequena. The casa was very comfortable, extremely clean and provided everything for a relaxing few days. We especially enjoyed the peace and quiet and the opportunity to go for walks right outside our doorsteps. Thank you, Antje and Reiner. We look forward to our next stay at Casa Pequena.

We stayed in the very nice house for two weeks and felt very comfortable. We especially liked the well and high-quality equipped kitchen and the large pool with the comfortable loungers, but also everything else was just as beautiful as we had imagined and it was described. Everything was thought of, we really appreciated the mosquito screens on the windows! The sea view from the deck is so beautiful. Tavira is easily accessible by car. We tried two of the restaurant tips given in the house folder - both were very good. The contact with the landlords was pleasantly straightforward and friendly. Would love to come again.

This selection of AirBnb was probably one of the best decisions I have taken in 2024 😊 It was breathtakingly beautiful in every corner of the property. The garden is exquisite and simply stunning. The house itself was quite charming and rightly described as “romantic”. The host and the property manager were always seconds away via messaging and provided useful information throughout the stay. I can recommend this property 100% and I am sure I will be back soon as 1 week was not enough!
