Great location for arrival (we came via Asturias airport and used the bus from there to the town centre with a 10-15mins walk to the flat,alternatively,taxis available as well). Everything is walkable:beach,supermarkets,shops,cafes,restaurants. People are very friendly,please try some basic Spanish - it will get you far. Lifestyle is very relaxed. Can recommend the beach (right across the street) for swimming,surfing (local surf schools and shops available), walking incl.taking a dog (if you have one),and the park down the street for walks and playground for kids. Town is very beautiful and lovely,you will never run out of food options.Raul has been the most responsive,proactive and friendly host we have ever encountered.Helped us turn on the heating when it was cold the first two days and had a minor leak fixed within 24hrs.Property has fantastic views and great space for a family or even 2/different couples.can totally recommend.

The place exceeded the expectations with beautiful and stunning views to the ocean, the cliffs and the beach. The most peaceful, quiet and very private house I ever rented in Spain so far. The pictures of the listing are underrated..in reality the house is stunningly beautiful. It comes even with two bathrooms, each with a shower. Had a perfect time there and would always love to come back to this house. Muchas gracias Pilar.

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful and peaceful cozy home. The view of the mountains from the house and the nature surroundings are unbeatable. Very comfortable and beautifully designed place. Also, Ruben was a very welcoming and detailed host. Can't recommend it enough!

We stayed in Ethel’s house for a couple of days. Everything was perfect, the house is very cosy, the surrounding and the garden next to the river are beautiful and its perfectly located close to hiking areas. Ethel was the best host, kind, helpful, absolutely sweetest. I can fully recommend Ethel’s house for a lovely and memorable stay in the nature.

We enjoyed our stay at Emilio's house. It is wonderfully quiet and idyllic in the middle of nature and offers a wonderful view of the Monsacro (mountain with religious significance). In the afternoon we enjoyed the autumn sun on the terrace in front of the house. The typical Asturian stone house is lovingly decorated with lots of beautiful details. We didn't miss anything, and Emilio was always quick to respond to our questions. All around there are some other typical Asturian stone houses with friendly residents and their equally friendly animals. We felt like we were being transported to another time, away from the hustle and bustle of the world. Nevertheless, the paths are short: you can drive to Oviedo in only 20 minutes, and the beaches and the colorful coastal villages are also easily accessible via the highway. Already, barely 24 hours at home, we yearn back and miss the reputation of the owl at night. In short: Thank you Emilio, we would like to come back!

We really liked it, very quiet and cozy place, spectacular for a few days of relaxation. For putting any sticks if I lost a bit of intimacy to know that the hostess lives next door and sometimes we would catch our attention if we played music while you cook (obviously without speaker, music that just came out of the tablet but you can see that she was still listening to it) . But otherwise it was a very good stay, the place was easily on maps and in addition the house was well equipped and visually pleasant, the terrace for breakfast was very top!
