A mini chalet with a magnificent view of the village and the pond, where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

Our small stone house consists of two rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. There is a double bed in one room and a 1.20 wide bed in the other. All the ingredients, including the moka pot, where you can make your tea and coffee, Chado brand herbal tea varieties, black tea, filter coffee, Turkish coffee and water are complimentary.
