Space was super nice! It was very clean and looked just like the pictures that were on the listing. Perfect location as it was close enough for us to walk to Beale St. and the FedEx forum. Veronica the host was friendly, and got back to us very quickly if we had any questions or concerns. 5/5 experience all around and would definitely choose to stay here again!

Amazing location! Felt safe walking to Beale and The Peabody. It was awesome to have the garage parking and courtyard. It was everything as described and would love to stay here again!

Great stay! Loved this cozy spot in such a great area of Memphis. Both were so accommodating and made sure my car was parked correctly to ensure I didn't get a ticket. Will be staying here again!

Julie’s place was absolutely incredible. It was even better than the photos. The house was spotless, unique and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the spacious porch and being able to gaze at all the beautiful, historic homes in the neighborhood. Julie was such a thoughtful and accommodating host. I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved the loft unit. The manager sent very thorough instructions, and access was easy. Other residents were friendly and helpful. Parking out front was convenient. The unit was extremely comfortable, spacious and well appointed. On a map, it looks like it would be an easy walk down to Beale Street, but we didn't really feel comfortable doing so. Parking near Beale was plentiful. $14 for 4 hours. Recommend this place...

One of my favorite Airbnb experiences. The location was perfect with being at the end of Cooper-Young district along with being close to downtown (15 minutes/$10 Uber ride). The place was clean, updated & cozy along with a very comfortable bed. There was plenty of street parking but being able to park in a driveway was also a benefit.

We enjoyed the privacy and location as it was close to family that live in the area. Very happy with the communication from Charlie regarding check-in, access, and check-out process. The front and back porches were great for relaxing before and after the start of the day. The home is definitely great for a couple to spend a few days in the Mid Town Memphis area.

My mother & I stayed here with my 2 dogs and we would definitely recommend! The yard is fully fenced & the neighborhood streets are nice for walking. The house is well decorated & kitchen/bathroom were well equipped.

We had a great experience at Americana Memphis. The house was just as pictured. We rented the air bnb because we were having some renovations done on our home. As a local who has lived in many neighborhoods in Memphis, this is THE best neighborhood to stay in if you are visiting. It’s safe, quiet, family friendly, and centrally located. There is a small grocery store and a few restaurants walking distance. You have access to the green line where you can walk or bike. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. The beds were super comfy as well. I would definitely recommend!

We were welcomed to this beautiful & fun space with a note & complimentary wine bottles. I loved the updated “old house” feel and the comfortable rooms. It was perfect for our family as we visited other family in the area. I imagine it would be great for St Jude marathon or visiting Rhodes students etc.

We had the best stay in east memphis! The home looked exactly as pictured, was incredibly clean, safe sweet neighborhood to walk in, and the most amazing back yard for our pups! We had a wonderful stay and hope to visit again.

I have stayed in quite a few houses. Most places I have stayed don’t “live up” to the pictures available when making a decision. This house is exactly the opposite! The house is even nicer, cleaner, and newer than reflected in the pictures. We stayed in this house over the Thanksgiving holiday. We had 8 people in from out of town — my family of 4 (including 2 teens) and two young couples. The house was PERFECT and easily accommodated all 8 of us. The location was great for us. The house, again, was modern, clean and well decorated. Jasmine was a GREAT host. Super responsive and quick to help. For example, we noticed late on the first night at 11pm that the hot water was off. Jasmine responded within 5 minutes (at 11pm) and helped us get the hot water restored immediately. I was very impressed! I have been burned in the past with houses that just don’t live up to the pictures. So much so, that my family usually makes fun of me! Well, not this time! We all LOVED this house.

This place was beautiful and had plenty of amenities and activities to do during downtime. Beautiful area to stay in, close to many of Memphis’s activity’s.

We enjoyed our stay! Perfect for 2 couples. The Bed was so comfortable. Parking was a little challenging sometimes due to individuals parking in no parking zones. Other than that it was a great! Definitely hope this place is available the next time I visit Memphis TN.

Absolutely fantastic place. Great location 9 min walk at most from Beal. Great communication and such a nice place to stay. Andrew was great at communicating and would absolutely stay in one of his places again.

This Airbnb property was comfortable and spacious. It is the cleanest Airbnb I have ever rented. It was spotless. The decor gives you a cozy feel and the space is welcoming. I wish I had time to hang out on the oversized porch. I love a porch. The house had everything we needed. Mattresses are important to us. The rooms with 2 beds had a medium to firm mattress and the room with the one bed mattress was soft. The Airbnb is walking distance (about 1 block) to a lot of things to do and see on Madison Avenue (live music, places to eat, bars, etc.). I needed a place that was going to please my husband because he likes staying at hotels. He liked it and complimented the Airbb. That's a win. Jon and Shaun was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I definitely would stay here again and again.
