Forge a silver ring with Jewelers
Learn how to make a sterling silver ring from scratch, with our AWARD WINNING EXPERIENCE!
Start off by marking your silver to the length you require by choosing which finger you would like it on. Then, you'll use a handsaw to cut it to size, you'll learn how to form the ring, using a mallet to shape it to the ring mandrel. You'll watch as it is soldered in front of you by an expert tutor—all the time, she will explain exactly what she is doing. Then you'll learn to file it by using different hand files—this is fun, as it is when you get to individualize your ring, deciding what curve you would like it to have. This can make a great difference to the end result. Next, you'll choose from three very different textures. You get to use your creativity with the planishing hammer to achieve the texture you require. People love this part as it's when you make your ring truly individual. Finally you get to choose your polish. Some people like it polished only on the inside, to give it an artistic/rustic look. Others like the glittery sparkle of a fully polished ring. It's your decision. Then the best bit—you get to keep your ring! It's the ultimate souvenir for remembering your trip to Ireland. Enjoy!
Other things to note
We like to keep our classes small & intimate so our clients get the most out of the experience. Therefore, we kindly request if you are in a group, please book under the one person. If this isn't possible, please do message us, so we can ensure you are kept together for the experience! :)
Evening Walking Tour of Dublin
Some places only come alive after dark, or at least in the later hours of the day - and indeed that might be said of Dublin. At evening time the city's majestic architecture, its wrought-iron railings and bridges take on an eerie, almost Dickensian look. And yet this is Ireland, and the nearby pubs teem with banter and the strains of lively Irish music played on the fiddle and on the tin whistle. . .
The Evening Tour will show you what few visitors see - Dublin’s more romantic ‘after 6pm’ ambience - with neither an office worker nor another tourist in sight. A great end-of-day activity for couples, groups, team-building or just the individual flâneur, the tour starts from the iconic Spire in O'Connell Street and calls at the General Post Office and the city's haunted Ha'penny Bridge.
We briefly immerse ourselves in a more contemporary Dublin as we visit the lively Temple Bar district, and call in on The Project - the club where supergroup U2 were originally spotted in 1978 by talent scout Paul McGuinness.
We view the world’s first purpose-built parliament - the Old Irish Parliament in College Green - and pass through the genteel shopping thoroughfare of Grafton Street, before our evening stroll finally concludes at the elegant Mansion House - home to Dublin's Lord Mayor and the first dedicated mayoral residence in either Ireland or Great Britain.

Original Dublin Walking Tour
Our beloved Dublin may be small, but it is packed full of character, stories, history and culture.
From ancient viking origins to medieval warren, through the splendour of Georgian reform to the squalor of Victorian decay and all the way to modern European capital; the rise, fall and rise again of Dublin is a story of conflict and conquest, of romance and rebellion and of triumph over adversity.
During our time together, we will journey through the heart of the city, taking in some of Dublin' most famous and storied attractions as well as explore some of the city's lesser-known curiosities and oddities. We'll introduce you to some of the great heroes and villains that have shaped this unique city, as well as some of the great and good of Dublin's venerated street characters and their stories. We'll delve into some of the city's most fascinating tales, from the factual to the fanciful, the hilarious to the horrifying.
By the time we're finished, you'll be well acquainted with the city that we're glad we call home.
Some of the places we'll visit include:
- Dublin Castle
- City Hall
- Viking & Medieval Dublin
- Christchurch Cathedral
- Smock Alley Theatre
- Temple Bar
- The River Liffey
- The Ha'Penny Bridge
- O'Connell Bridge
- The GPO

Sunday afternoon Traditional Irish Music pub crawl
Irish traditional music (also known as Irish trad, Irish folk music, and other variants) is a genre of folk music that developed in Ireland. I want to show you the real players off the beaten track as opposed to the ones you will hear in the tourist-heavy Temple bar. You will discover hidden gems and also hear some of the best trad music players Dublin has to offer.
SOME OF THE PUBS CAN GET BUSY BUT I WILL DO MY BEST TO GET SEATS. The Sunday afternoon tour goes to more popular pubs like the oldest pub in the city and can be a little stuffed with locals but its fantastic. The Sunday night tour and the Tuesday and Wednesday nights explore more pubs off the beaten track and that's where the magic happens. I am constantly looking for new sessions and pubs to give the best experience I can! Its fantastic for single travellers who don't like going to pubs on their one. Its always a good group and friends are made!

Panoramic E-Bike Tour Howth
All the outdoor beauty of Dublin on a 3 hour Howth e-bike tour. We meet outside, to the right side of the main entrance to Howth Yacht Club, at the green double gates on the Middle Pier in Howth. Following a briefing & short practice to give everyone a chance to get the hang of the bikes, we cruise at a leisurely pace to discover Howth Harbour, hearing about Howth Castle (our very own Game of Thrones!). On back lanes and shortcuts that only locals know we explore the unknown & quiet south side of Howth Peninsula to Strand Road and Sutton Martello Tower overlooking the UN Biosphere of Dublin Bay.
Before you know it we will be at the top of Howth Head with panoramic views; North, South, East & West.
Along little known trails across the heath lands we find Baily Green and the epic cliff paths, to views over the Baily Lighthouse and beyond.
Our local insight brings these classic locations to life, weaving history, nature, legends and tales with modern times.
Freewheel back down to Howth Harbour where our guests can use their new found local knowledge to truly make themselves at home with memories of an Irish day that will last forever.
While the e-bikes do a lot of the work it is important you are able to ride a bike & have a good sense of balance. We ride on loose gravel paths and fields both on and off road and away from the busy trails.
