Great home. Very clean. Accurate listing. Convenient location. There was a light out over the steps/entrance that I thought created a potentially hazardous situation. Messaged Trent. He responded within minutes and had an electrician out the next day to resolve the situation. Great response. Will definitely consider staying there again next time we are in Houston.

Ms. Lystra’s home was amazing just like her personality! The property was just as explained and even more. Ms Lystra was very accommodating by letting my group check-in early and staying an extra hour over before our flight back to Baltimore. Great location, with about a 20 minute drive to Downtown Houston and about 25 min from the airport.

Everyone on our trip enjoyed their stay, and if we are in the area again we would come back!

I can’t say enough about our stay and the hosts! They made a very special trip extraordinary!! The home is beautiful, safe, and a Shangri-La to me!! Placement of rooms are wonderful and afforded privacy with other guests. The saltwater pool was wonderful and with shade from trees made it very comfortable on hot, summer days! Communications with hosts felt personal and was much appreciated. This was my first VRBO / Airbnb experience and what a wonderful one it was!! Had to leave a day early due to the hurricane, yet again, the host expressed genuine concern for us. Very clean and comfortable! It was hard to leave!

I loved this home, everything I thought I needed was there. It was easy to get in, easy to find instructions. The house was beautiful online but way more beautiful in person. My host was amazing and very responsive and accommodating. This home made my birthday vacation way more wonderful.! I’m so appreciative.!

The apartment itself is very nice . Very well decorated and comfortable. It is located in a very large apartment complex, but very quiet. I would definitely rent it again if I come back to that area. Franklin is very responsive to any needs or questions you might have. He is a pleasure to work with.

We had a great stay overall during our time at this Airbnb. The townhome is on a quiet street and close to everything from grocery stores to restaurants and bars. The place is safe and we had no problems during our two months at the property. The kitchen is small but whatever was lacking Vic addressed quickly and without hesitation. Vic was an excellent host and I would recommend staying with him. The place is a great value when looking to stay in Houston.

This is a large space for the price and includes two bedrooms (one of which is really the size of two rooms), full living room, dining area, full kitchen, washer & dryer, all with basic amenities included. It's an older building and a second-story walk-up, so you should know what you're getting--steep stairs, slightly creaky floors, a little wear and tear on the walls and floors--but it's well-maintained, clean, and has modern conveniences like central heat & air, new appliances, and comfortable seating. It's also in an excellent location for easy access to Montrose, Museum District, Rice U., Med Center, and Upper Kirby. Lots of great restaurants, bars, and shopping within walking distance or a short Uber ride.

We were coming in town for my grandfathers funeral. We found this home after we had issues with another host. This host was very kind and responsive. Great response time and always caring about our stay. Any questions were addressed immediately. Here are a few noticeable things about the house. 1. You never run out of hot water. We had 9 people staying there, and we were constantly running showers and washing dishes. 🙂 2. The beds were supers comfortable. Never underestimate the power of a good mattress in times of stress. 3. The closet space was fantastic. We had 5 suits and 3 dresses to hang among other things and we had room plus more. 4. Surprisingly good selection of pots, pans, and seasonings. (We are a New Orleans family. Every one of us checked the seasonings, lol.) 5. Living area is huge. It was great for all of us to congregate and play games and just talk. 6. All appliances were clean and well kept. The Spittler, Maurice, Martin Family. 😊😊😊

Amazing house! Was large enough for my family of 14 and plenty of areas to escape away to be alone when needed. Walking distance to the boardwalk and other shops and restaurants while still having a kitchen large enough to cook meals for everyone with basic dishes and cooking utensils available. Walmart and Target both less than a mile away. Fun fishing off the pier and relaxing on the deck with great views. Would definitely recommend!

Loved that each room had it's own private bathroom. Nice gathering space and very clean. Host was very responsive to questions and made the stay so easy. We were able to Uber to the convention center easily and only a short distance.

This was a great spot for our trip. Located near a lot of the restaurants we wanted to try and with coffee and bars in walkable distances

I am a medical student who was doing a month long away rotation / subinternship at Baylor. This was the perfect place for this. The apartment is very safe and walkable to the medical center (10-12 min from St. Luke’s and MD Anderson) in the early hours of the morning and late hours of the night. Parking was included. Kitchen had needed amenities and apartment was very clean. Notably I was there during the hurricane, and didn’t lose power as the apartment building is on the medical center grid which was a great perk - other folks lost power for a week! I strongly recommend this to anyone else who will be rotating at the hospitals.

This place is a gem! The apartment has all the little things that makes it home. From body soap to laundry soap, you can walk in and start living. There are several pots and pans and a full service for 4 people. The amenities are stay-cation perfect with 2 pools, grills, relaxing social areas, gym, billiards and a basketball court! Kobe was very quick to respond to any questions. He is a great host!

Had a wonderful stay at the Phoenician. Alan was so helpful and accommodating. He responded immediately to any requests or questions I had and could not have been kinder. The apartment is in a very busy area called the Galleria-around the corner from all the best shops and restaurant with easy access to major thoroughfares. The apartment is small, clean and quiet. The apartment is located in a great area with food and restaurants. The neighborhood is full of nice trees over the streets. Good parking, great gym and pool area. The kitchen is well equipped to cook. The lobby has coffee and the staff is very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Daniel's rental was just as described. I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. Hot water, cold air, very clean apartment, peaceful, and safe surroundings, would definitely recommend and stay here again.!
