Vacation rentals with a home theater in Dallas Downtown Historic District

Everything about this stay was amazing! The views from the loft are gorgeous (especially looking down on the park at night with the Xmas tree lit up). The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is big enough for 3 women to put make up on at the same time (vital for a girls' trip!), and the loft is big and spacious enough that it never felt crowded. Please note (as it says and shows in the listing) that it is a ONE bedroom, with a queen bed, a twin, and a trundle at the opposite end of the loft in the LIVING ROOM. It does have divider drapes, but it is NOT a separate space! (Again, this is in the listing but it bears repeating.) The only note is that when it says 4:00 check in that means the door unlocks at 4:00 sharp and not one minute before!

This was a great location and the apartment was as described in photos and details. It was very clean and organized. I’d stay again if needed. Thanks so much for your responsiveness and making sure that we were comfortable.

Wonderful little place within walking distance of downtown Dallas. Clean. Easy valet parking. In suit gym and theater room was a plus. Enjoyed the stay.

Great place in downtown Dallas, close to city attractions. The photos were spot on and the apartment was beautiful and clean. The host, Kevin, was proactive and attentive with everything that would make check-in seamless. He communicated very well and made sure we felt comfortable for the duration of our stay. It is a downtown location so parking is in a garage with free valet service. There are a few metered spaces in front of the building. There is a bit of a homeless population but we never felt unsafe (typical of city life). The apartment building has a secured entrance and guests have access to amenities like the pool and gym. Overall this was a positive experience and I would stay again. Great place. Great host.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to freeways and close to neighborhood restaurants.

We are Dallas residents and unfortunately experienced a house fire earlier in the week. We were so grateful to be welcome into a safe, clean, and welcoming home with the most helpful and friendly home owner. We are so thankful for our time here!

Monica was great at explaining the check process and always quick to respond with questions that came up during our stay. Location is perfect for walking around and enjoying the Bishop Arts district.

My stay at the Terrace in Dallas was nothing short of amazing! The home had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. From the thoughtful amenities to the cozy atmosphere, it was perfect for the family. Aman was such a cool and accommodating host, making the experience even better. We’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place! We felt right at home and had everything we needed! The kids loved the secret nook and the movie loft! Very clean and VERY comfy beds!
