The instructions provided for check-in was very clear. The place is so beautiful with wonderful views from the bedroom and living room. The host was very friendly and responsive during our stay.

We had a short but wonderful stay at Le Rocche. The room was private and cozy, with an amazing view on the valley. There are many amenities, such as a great swimming pool, but above all we appreciated Paolo and Catia's kindness. Unfortunately my boyfriend got sick during our stay and we had to leave a day early, but the warm words of our hosts made the situation all a little more bearable. We would gladly return in the future to spend a little more time here, at this little gem with its beautiful surroundings.

We spent 5 nights in Mira's apartment and had a great time: the house is cozy, quiet and has everything you need for a great stay. It is located in one of the most characteristic streets of Narni and the real gem is the sunny balcony of the bedroom. Mira is a very kind and caring host. Thanks Mira, look forward to coming back!

Accommodation in a quiet area, ideal for resting a couple of kilometers from Stroncone. Bianca was impeccable, upon our arrival we found the apartment tidy and clean and the bowl for our little dog already filled with water we had 😊 a great time!

Honestly, I have difficulty seeing how Serena can offer this apartment for such a low price. Perhaps it’s because there is not all that much to do in Terni itself, but as a basis for a variety of excursions it’s ideal! I only spent one night here, as I was on my way elsewhere, but I would’ve loved to stay longer even if only to admire and enjoy the decoration. It’s so spacious! A family can easily stay here, but even if you’re only going as a couple it’s a great deal! Honestly, even as a solo traveller it wasn’t all that bad, as €50,- a night is becoming more and more common even for a single bed. And here you have three, in a gorgeous apartment! Serena was very friendly, and I’m so glad to recommended me to go to the city of Spoleto which was only 25 minutes by train. We didn’t see each other much, but you can just tell she’s one of the good kind! Highly recommended!

Taira was wonderful! Helped us bring our car to unpack our luggage to get as close as possible to the apartment and then to the parking garage. Apartment was very spacious and a great location- amazing shower! Very comfortable beds. An incredible stay in Orvieto! Just note: there are steps and no elevator to arrive at the apartment (nothing crazy, but could be a problem for those with mobility issues) Thankfully we were able to leave our sons’s stroller downstairs in the lobby storage room!

The place has an outstanding atmosphere and Sergio is very nice and helpful host. Recommend on 100%.

Our stay at Milva’s Nest (Orvieto) well and truly exceeded our expectations. Simona (and her husband) was an excellent host. It felt like nothing was too much trouble and she responded to our communications promptly. The apartment is an easy walk to everything (bus stops, grocery store, restaurants/cafes and attractions). There is lots to see and do in Orvieto and we thoroughly enjoyed our time exploring. The apartment is the best we have stayed in, in Italy. It is beautifully furnished and decorated with lots of personal touches. It is quiet and peaceful with the most glorious view across the Umbrian countryside. We would definitely give our stay a 10 out of 10.
