Setting prices and availability

Following our discussions, we'll find your property's potential (price, services, availability, etc.) together

Booking request management

I always contact guests before accepting or declining requests.

Guest messaging

The Airbnb app is installed on my phone and notifies me as soon as I receive a message. This allows you to be responsive.

Onsite guest support

Guests are self-contained thanks to the lock box. I give the right directions to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Cleaning and maintenance

If I don't have the time, I hire a lady I know well who prepares the space for me.

Listing photography

I have access to very good cameras that allow me to take beautiful photos that I know how to edit in photoshop.

Licensing and hosting permits

I've done the paperwork for my listing. I can help you make yours.

Loyal to the listing. Cozy apartment very optimized, the space remains limited. Missing some cleaning and hygiene products in order to have the essentials for the stay.
