I will ensure your listing is appropriately set up in regards to photos, house rules, house description, and amenities listed

Setting prices and availability

Using dynamic pricing and leveraging external tools, I'll ensure your property is being correctly & competitively price.

Booking request management

I manage bookings myself. I'll accept bookings based off of if the guest is verified & decline request if things seem off.

Guest messaging

My current reply rate is 100%. Typically I am able to reply within 10 minutes of a guest booking or request to book.

Onsite guest support

I will be reachable virtually, but my cleaner & handyman are able to be boots on the ground and handle any issues that rise

Cleaning and maintenance

I have a cleaning crew in Indianapolis & in Nashville, IN that do a great job. They send me photos after their completion.

Listing photography

I am happy to take photos of the property. I use an app called BoxBrownie for image enhancement & retouching.

Licensing and hosting permits

I am able to help you speak with the county clerks office if we need to take additional steps to get you approved.

Additional services

I am able to handle getting quotes from contractors for any other services and will run by you before confirming.
