Listing setup
Detailed listing provides bed size, mattress firmness, room amenities, thread count. Local attractions and recommendations.
Setting prices and availability
Setup - 30% of gross revenue the first 3 months after launching. Ongoing co hosting - 15% of gross revenue after 3 months.
Booking request management
All guests must provide ID verification and have a positive review. Guests with negative reviews are not allowed to book.
Guest messaging
Reply to guests and potential guests within one hour. After booking, confirmations are sent within 30 minutes.
Onsite guest support
Available by phone, email, and app 24/7.
Cleaning and maintenance
House keeper does one initial deep clean. Each room is cleaned and inventory restocked, sheets and towels washed on site.
Listing photography
Will work with a professional short term rental photographer to provide day and evening photos. Depends on your budget.
Interior design and styling
Clean, warm and cosy style. I test the property for functionality and automate the process for remote access and control.
Licensing and hosting permits
Apply and obtain hosting permit per local laws.
Additional services
Design a guidebook that includes recommendations, house rules, and videos on "how to" . House decorated for Christmas.
