Listing setup
Professional Photos, 3D Tour & floor plans included. I will optimize your listing to ensure the highest visibility.
Setting prices and availability
I will customize pricing based upon your goals. Prices will change dynamically based upon market conditions.
Booking request management
Need to be 25 yo+ in order to book. No parties. If guest has any negative reviews (2 stars or less) they will not be booked.
Guest messaging
Guests can expect a response time within 6 hours, but typically my response time is within the hour.
Onsite guest support
Keyless remote entry code provided. If issues arise, guests will be provided my cell phone to contact.
Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning fee is collected per booking. I will coordinate all cleanings and ensure house is ready for next guest.
Listing photography
20-50 photos included (depending on size of property). Retouching is included.
Interior design and styling
My style is minimal and functional.
Licensing and hosting permits
I will setup AirBNB to collect all local TOT & accomodation taxes. Need to make sure it is properly registered & licensed.
