I respond quickly to guests throughout the day.

Onsite guest support

I do all the check-ins and checkouts in person. I am available during guests' stays in case of any difficulties.

Cleaning and maintenance

After guests check out, the cleaning team intervenes and repairs. I supply linens.

I'm doing the photo report. They need to reflect the space exactly.

Tips for the layout of the property to meet the expectations of the guests.
