We'll start at the new Toyosu—the world's largest fish market. We'll then go to the outer area known as the Tsukiji old market and Tsukiji Uogashi, a new building with fish-selling areas, including a background area that is off-limits to ordinary tourists. We'll drop in for fish while experiencing the authentic and dynamic atmosphere of a wholesale market. After taking some shopping time at the outer area, we'll purchase a variety of fish and head to Asakusa. We'll visit the popular Buddhist Sensō-ji temple before we go to my shop to prepare Kaisekistyle lunch--Traditional Japanese Cuisine--, Kaisen Donburi—sashimi rice bowls—with fresh seafood and more. After our meal, we'll have some surprise treats. Please note that the markets are lively and changing each day. Please arrive on time and be aware that the experience can run over time.

It is not traditional sushi craftsmen teaching, but it is much in originality. You‘ll enjoy the seasonal feeling from those sushi. Your making sushi is the only one in the world. Also I can prepare vegetarians option. Because these sushi can change the ingredients into vegetables .
After make them , let's eat together. I will serve delicious miso soup .
After the meal is over, I’ll put Kimono on you. you can choose what you like from several kimono.

Hit the town with a sake sommelier
We'll visit a liquor store in downtown Tokyo and will take part in the tradition of "Kaku-uchi" - sampling different types of sake at a liquor store while casually chatting and enjoying the lively local atmosphere. You won't get lost, as I'll provide you with the essential knowledge to increase your enjoyment. This experience is for you to enjoy "sake & culture" tasting.

Brush and Ink, Japanese calligraphy
We will gather together to learn the art of Shodo–Japanese calligraphy. We can study the most popular Japanese characters using Fude (brush), Sumi (Indian ink), also we can study Japanese Do's and Don'ts at the same time. We can talk and discuss our today's work after our lesson, over cookies and tea.
You could say that it was the most impressive and memorable experience on your trip.
Authentic Japanese Tea Tasting Matcha, Sencha, & Gyokuro
We will be tasting 12 different types of Japanese green tea such as sencha green tea, matcha green tea powder, and gyokuro green tea. All teas will be selected and sourced by us from family farms in Japan.
We will do our activity in a cozy apartment environment in down town Tokyo. It will be a few minutes walk from the Morishita station and 10 to 15 minutes walk from Ryogoku station.
All teas will be brewed and served in a way that brings out the tea's character to the fullest. We will be serving wide range of teas from daily tasty teas to hand picked premium teas.
First, we will go over about the general information about Japanese tea, how it's made and its history. Then we will taste variety of different green tea from different regions. We will provide sencha green tea, matcha green tea powder, and the prestige gyokuro green tea. Also we will serve traditional Wagashi (Japanese sweets) as well.
Our tea experience outline will be as follows:
- Learning about Japanese Tea and the history
- Taste Different Sencha from different regions (7 selections)

Let's explore the food wonderland of Tsukiji Outer Market and enjoy sampling some delicious food. I will give you a brief introduction to the outer market, which is like a labyrinth. There are about 400 shops, so it's difficult to understand what is happening and to find the good ones by yourself. We will also explore the backstreets of the outer market, and I will make recommendations and introduce you to my friends.
After this experience, you may continue enjoying Tsukiji Outer market by yourself—shopping, eating, and more. Please be advised that many local spots only accept cash.

Let us make a kimono(Kimono is a gift)
First of all, let's get to know each other with a simple self-introduction.
1. Choose your favorite antique kimono from over 340 types of kimono.
(Kimonos are ranked in 4 levels. There are red stickers, blue stickers, green stickers, and yellow stickers. The price of this experience is the lowest rank red sticker kimono. On the day, You can also choose a different kimono (blue sticker +2000 yen ($15), green sticker +4000 yen ($30), yellow sticker +6000 yen ($45).)
2. Iron the hemming tape and sew the loops through which the belt passes. Learn how to remake into a new kimono in various ways.
3. Coordinating the kimono you made with the easy-to-wear obi, obiage, and obi tightening. Wear it and take a photo.

For the obi making experience, you can choose from over 200 to 300 types of obi.
*Since the number of children's kimonos has increased, reservations for children's kimonos have also started. Children's kimonos are made differently from adult kimonos. It's a dress tied with a string, so it's even easier to wear.

In our Dojo, we provide the following activities in order for you to experience an authentic Samurai spirit. All the activities below would be instructed by our grand master who has loads of experience in our Dojo to ensure your safety.
1. Dress up as a SAMURAI
First, you will change into Dougi (Swordsmanship practice attire).
2. Iai’s ritual
You will learn and practice traditional Iai’s ritual.
3. Swordsmanship’s practice
You will learn about the basics in handling a Japanese sword and the basic of forms of Iai’s swordsmanship.
4. Cutting by well-preserved antique Japanese sword
It is time to get REAL. You will have a chance to cut a rolled tatami by authentic Japanese sword. You could only find Samurai spirit in a serious situation; in the old era, one mistake can lead you to death during the fight. Thus, in this experience, we’ll provide only one roll of tatami, please try to embrace the pressure and get one chance.
5. Iai’s performance
This would be a rare chance to watch performance of variety forms of Iai, techniques using sword and cutting by sword from Grand Master.
6. Appreciation of Japanese swords and armors
In our Dojo, you could take a close look at the authentic Japanese swords and traditional armors in zero distance while we are giving explanations about them.
We hope that this SAMURAI experience would bring you the greatest sensation as a Samurai during the warring states period. Furthermore, we hope that this experience could help you to understand more about yourself from different perspectives and thus leading to the discovery of [NEW] you.

Getting to Know Akihabara
We'll explore Akihabara in an approximately four-hour walking tour to help you learn about what makes it such a special place. After a brief introduction and route confirmation at JR Akihabara station, I'll take you to where the locals go for deals on anime figures, DVDs, interesting electronics, retro and modern video games, cute Japanese toys, and much more! I'm also happy to help you with any specific item requests.
Once done shopping, we will stop for a meal or light snacks. Akihabara is home to many great ramen and sushi spots so I'll introduce you to one of my favorites. If you're looking for something on the lighter side, we can stop for taiyaki, a pastry filled with red bean in the shape of a fish!
Recharged after a quick bite, we'll experience a bit of modern and traditional Japan. I'll take you to a game arcade to introduce you to the unique and fun games you can only find in Japan. You'll even have a chance to earn a high score by dancing it up or hitting Japanese drum replicas! You may even win a prize from one of the UFO catchers.
We'll close the tour by visiting Kanda Myojin, a traditional shrine that's been featured in Japanese anime. I'll teach you the correct way to make an offering and help you find a special charm to protect your electronics!

The Only Real Japanese Archery -Kyudo- Experience in Tokyo
Welcome to Tokyo, Japan!
Join this 2-hours experience and learn KYUDO, Japanese archery martial art.
Don a traditional beautiful KYUDO uniform, channel your inner samurai. and challenge for the target!
Usually when the beginner takes up KYUDO in earnest, it takes several months of practice before they are allowed to actually shoot at a target.
However, this class lets you go straight into action.
But please understand that you are required to practice basic training for 1 hour and basic manners, before you shoot at a target.
I will guide you through every step to help you hit the target.
Anyway, please keep in mind that not everyone can hit the target, even people who training over 10 years.
But there’s more to kyudo than hitting the target; performing these fundamental movements correctly and keeping our mind quiet are also considered important.
That's why KYUDO is regarded as "active ZEN meditation" in Japan.

Eat/Drink like A LOCAL - Taverns & Ramen
LET'S GET OUT OF THE TOURIST AREA where it is overpriced and crowded with people!
This tour focuses on Ueno, which is not as crowded as Shibuya, Shinjuku and is less touristy. It is also famous with Japanese foodies for a good quality at reasonable prices. I'm going to take you to popular bars and restaurants for ONLY LOCALS (NO TOURISTS!!) where the staff speaks only Japanese. I will order signature dishes, and we will discuss the food and drink (and you can pepper me with questions).
We will visit 4 restaurants/taverns in total, where you will sample sashimi, grilled fish and skewered meat, etc. You will also have the opportunity to try UNIQUE Japanese alcoholic drinks (5 or more different type of drinks) and you'll be able to experience what Japanese taverns are like. After visiting these three taverns, we will end the tour at a great Ramen shop that is popular with locals. At the end of the tour, I will explain which train station you need to go, depending on where you go.
You are going to have a full-size meal on the day in several different restaurants included ramen, so again pls come hungry!

You could only find Samurai spirit in a serious situation; in the old era, one mistake can lead you to death during the fight. Thus, in this experience, we’ll provide only one roll of tatami, please try to embrace the pressure and get one chance.
5. Iai’s performance
This would be a rare chance to watch performance of variety forms of Iai, techniques using sword and cutting by sword from Grand Master.
6. Appreciation of Japanese swords and armors
In our Dojo, you could take a close look at the authentic Japanese swords and traditional armors in zero distance while we are giving explanations about them.
We hope that this SAMURAI experience would bring you the greatest sensation as a Samurai during the warring states period. Furthermore, we hope that this experience could help you to understand more about yourself from different perspectives and thus leading to the discovery of [NEW] you.
We will give you a certificate of completion at the end of the experience, so please take it home as a memory in Japan.

We will provide Dougi (Samurai’s costume) and thus no preparation is needed in advanced. Moreover, feel free to take any photos inside our Dojo. We will give you a certificate of completion at the end of the Samurai experience.
