The home is beautiful and in the perfect spot. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time visiting DC. A guide for food and other activities to do was provided. We opted for virtual Smart cards, but she provides them and pretty much everything you’ll need for your stay. Not far from the national mall, metro stations, and delicious restaurants. We had no problem with any noise or anything with our stay.

Villa Nelly Is a very nice and cozy choice to stay in DC. Monica is a great host, nice and details oriented. We felt welcomed and at home. Recommended.

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway. Being outside the hustle and bustle of the city was helpful for avoiding the wild traffic and noise, leading to a welcomed transition upon returning to the apartment. Had all the amenities I could have needed for the weekend, plus some. The host was proactive with communication, providing all the necessary information on the front end so that I never needed to reach out once about anything. Zero complaints from me.

Marc is an amazing host--he's quick to respond, gives clear instructions, and is really thoughtful about how he's set up the apartment. The place is clean, spacious, and in a great neighborhood. There's a bunch to do within easy walking distance, and Union Station is also nearby. I'd highly recommend staying here!

Derek’s place was exactly as described - clean, comfy, and convenient. The unit was spotless with a great full-size kitchen and a spacious lining area and bedroom. The location was just a few minutes walk to the Metro station and close to many great restaurants and bars on H Street NE. Overall, a great experience - would love to stay again!

Accommodations are exactly as described. Jennifer is friendly and easy to communicate with. A short 15 minute drive to the National Mall and many other sites.

Maggie’s house was perfect for our weekend visit to DC. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment and snacks. The beds are very comfortable. The cozy home is near many sightseeing venues.

Nina was very responsive and allowing of early check in which most airbnbs are very strict with check in times. The house was just as pictured, very clean and neat. All amenities worked. However, one note I have about location. It is very close to downtown but the neighborhood surrounding the house is “sketchy” there were gun shots heard one of the nights followed by an ambulance. That being said, when staying here I would recommend taking precautions in the area. Personally I had no issues in any part of the stay, just something to keep in mind. Nothing bad on Nina or the house just an unfortunate location in the city. But well worth it once you get a few miles away.

I'm so glad that we were able to book Dave's Airbnb. My husband and I came from NY to DC to spend Thanksgiving with our son. We stayed four nights. Dave's place was a mere 10-minute walk to our son's condo. Check-in was seamless and Dave's apt. was lovely. We had everything we needed, and it was a plus that he provided water bottles, coffee pods and tea. The bed was really comfortable and there was a noise machine available and also a space heater (didn't need them). The water pressure was good in the shower, but I would suggest that a tub mat be available as it was a little slippery in there. When we texted Dave about anything, he responded within 10 minutes. We would definitely choose Dave's place again if needed.

Wonderful place, great location, and excellent hosts. You’re right next to a metro station and minutes from the Mall, and the food options nearby are excellent. The hosts went above and beyond to help us and were great to work with.

This was the perfect home away from home while I visited DC for a workshop. The space is very welcoming and comfortable throughout including a lovely mattress. The fully stocked kitchen let me bring groceries and easily make all of my meals. I loved being able to walk for my outings while having a hassle free place to park my car. Jennifer was very friendly, provided clear communications and made the whole experience easy for me. Highly recommend it.

This is my second stay here. Selam is a great host with a great place. I am able to catch the Metro around town and return to a comfortable and safe home at the end of the day. I can’t wait to stay again.

This was a cute basement apartment! Although I was alone I felt very safe in this neighborhood. Well lit! Very clean! Loved that I had a garage to park my bmw rental ☺️ Really enjoyed cooking in the clean kitchen. Comfy bed! Looking forward to visiting again soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shamim and Sheyda’s! The location was great (a 12 minute walk to the nearest Metro station, and an even shorter walk to multiple different bus stops). The bed was comfortable and the spaces were equipped with A/C and heating units that worked extremely well. Both Shamim and Sheyda were kind, responsive, and helpful. It was also extremely nice to be able to go home with clean laundry from the in-unit washer/dryer. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and surrounding area and enjoyed the local cafes and restaurants. I would recommend their listing to anyone looking for a cozy, affordable, and safe place to stay while visiting DC!

Great place to stay! Being ear plugs or headphones because the walls are thin but nothing that couldn’t be easily fixed with those. Good location and accessible to great local restaurants

The detail around the house where perfect. My family and I had a great stay. One of our members got injured and had to stay in. She said lots delivery options there and she felt comfortable stay in. We felt safe in the area.

This was a perfect spot if you are going to be in the DC area. The space had all the things you would need. Sean and crew were really attentive to our communications and made sure we had everything we needed for our trip. We felt right at home. One of the best AirBnB we have been in. It was convenient with parking and quick walk to the Metro if you want to travel by train. Would stay here again if we could.
