Townhome vacation rentals in Capitol Hill

I organized a trip for myself and 3 people who don't use AirBnB at all - it could've been a nightmare, but Greg made coordinating everything so easy. He was super accommodating of our arrival plans and when I called with a question he picked up with an answer. The house maintains historic charms and modern comforts - it was perfect for our group and close to so many great places. It's an easy Uber pickup spot too. There are post it notes around to let you know how things work and everything was pretty clean. I would like to come back again in the future for a longer stay, for sure.

The house is great! It has 3 nice bedrooms, comfortable and well appointed living space, a well stocked kitchen, amazing outdoor space and many nice extra touches. The house is in a good location, and the host was very responsive and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend and would stay there again.

James is a great guy and it was awesome to meet him. His place is beautiful and super convenient. Located next H St and Union Market, grocery stores, etc. Free parking and backyard for our dog was clutch ! I’d definitely would book again if we go back to the area. Thanks so much James!

We had a lovely weekend stay in this perfectly located B&B. Steps always from the Capitol, we enjoyed the walking to all of the famous monuments and museums that DC has to offer. Very nice place. Will stay again.

Beautiful atmosphere! Attentive host. Aesthetically pleasing environment. Loved the outdoor access in the back with a mock fire place 😊 Great location, everything you need is close by and it felt safe ❤️

If we could give Nathan (and his home) 10 stars, we wound! Nathan was a fantastic, communicative, kind, helpful, and fun host! He offered to overnight anything we needed for our Thanksgiving holiday which was a lovely gesture. Nathan’s home is clean, cozy, and was comfortable for our family of five. He had everything you’d need to cook, play games, and spend time your friends and family! We would certainly stay here again. You won’t regret booking with Nathan.

Great option for those who want to visit downtown DC and Georgetown University. I traveled here with my husband, two kids, and parents and we thought Julia’s place was comfy, clean, and made us feel like we were at home. The 3 floors are split with staircases in between the main floor, 2 beds, and master, which gave us adequate privacy. The backyard was great to have for the kids to run around and play in. One thing to note is the basement unit may be rented out separately and may have another guest there, which for us was not an issue. Everything in DC was most easily accessed by an Uber. Georgetown University was a short walk away. The neighborhood felt very safe. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay, we had everything we needed. We loved the neighborhood, we walked to a few local restaurants (MLK Gyros was our favorite). It rained while we were there and we were so comfortable staying in vegging out until we were able to tour DC again. Great place to stay, I cannot recommend enough.

Adam and Pernilla, the perfect hosts, have a beautiful house that is lovingly furnished, super clean and equipped with really everything you need. It's a little paradise where you feel at home from the very first second. The location of the house is ideal for excursions to Washington and the surrounding area. We loved it and can highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay here, the place was perfectly located with easy walk to restaurants, coffee and more! The place was super clean and had plenty of space for 6 of us. Saad was super responsive with communication throughtout the stay and very helpful for all questions. Fantastic Stay, highly reccomend.

Ashley’s house was very clean, close to everything and is in a safe neighborhood. Parking was pretty easy. Spots were available directly in front of the house. Full kitchen if would like to cook anything.

Great place. Daniel was amazing. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay for two days. I think Daniel had plans but accommodated us anyway. He restarted the router when the WiFi was slow, which fixed the buffering/lag. He turned up the heat when we were cold. Parking was very close is convenient, and not limited to just one car. Fire pit was nice and he left all the utilities you need for it(wood,lighter fluid, candle lighter, etc). Would definitely come back

My friends and I stayed here for my birthday. The host was awesome. The place was great, everything was as described. I will definitely be staying again when I visit DC!

We traveled with two small children so having multiple bedrooms is a plus. His place also had a pack and play and highchair available. The local park just four doors down was 10 out of 10 and unexpected perk which we took full advantage of. There’s multiple restaurants within walkable distance with outdoor patio seating to accommodate any four-legged friends that come along. Easy access to the Braddock Street metro so close to the city for a quick day trip without feeling exhausted from the traffic. Great stay

Jordi's place is a great place to stay for a long week-end in Washington. It is well located and very clean. We had a great time with our family!

Would definitely stay here again. Marcus was very helpful, and the place was just as described. Off street parking was a nice perk.

When I come back to DC I hope to stay there again. It was perfect for two people who need separate spaces. Awesome host who even left Metro cards!

Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Location! I had an amazing experience staying at Ronalds place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The cozy living room and fully equipped kitchen made it feel like home. The location was perfect proximity to attractions, and transportation. This is the third or fourth time we've stayed so I guess that says it all.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. It’s a little oasis of tranquility in the middle of DC. Extremely well appointed and beautifully staged, it’s in a great location to walk to a couple of key areas to eat, drink, and shop. We walked to the Capitol and to the Mall, but if you prefer public transit, that’s easy, too. If Raymond’s place is available and you are thinking about booking, please just go ahead and do it, otherwise someone else will snap up the dates! You will thank yourself. Finally, Raymond is an excellent host. He’s proactive and keeps in frequent contact. Instructions are very clear. He also very kindly opened the property back up after we checked out so I could retrieve my coat. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
