Beautiful house, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, great showers, comfortable, peaceful backyard, easy location for accessing DC.! Close to fire dept, so a little noisy at times.

Great location. Easy public transit access. Nearby restaurants or shopping if you want to eat in. Fun neighborhood. Tons of space inside. We especially appreciated that the dining room table could fit our family of 7!

My husband and I stayed here for three weeks, and really loved everything about our stay. Trish greeted us and showed us where to park, and Jason gave us a quick tour of the apartment. We loved the feel of the apartment - it was cozy, we liked the eclectic decor, and there was everything we needed to have a great stay while working. What we especially loved was the location. The streets surrounding the home are beautiful, and getting to/from the train stop was so easy. It felt like an escape from the busy city, but within 20 minutes we could be right downtown. We felt so at home for our entire stay, and will be recommending this Airbnb to all of our friends who travel to DC!

Samir’s place was just perfect. Great location to a busy street with lots of bars and restaurants. The place itself was fantastic with very spacious rooms and extremely clean! Samir was very communicative and responsive, he’d reply extremely quickly to messages and requests. He allowed us to stay a couple hours extra past check out as we had some late flights l which helped us tremendously. I recommend this place thoroughly and with a very good Airbnb host! We’ll definitely be looking to book here again when we’re back in the DC area.

The apartment was exactly as listed. The shower was particularly wonderful. Hotel level water pressure! The communication with Julia was efficient. She was very responsive and checked in to see how my stay was going. The welcome guide was very thoughtfully written and the recommendations for things to do in the area were great! The location of the Airbnb was fantastic. Very safe to walk around the neighbourhood. Getting to Washington and other areas of interest was incredibly convenient even if relying on transit. I would stay here for any future visits to the area. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Nina was very responsive and allowing of early check in which most airbnbs are very strict with check in times. The house was just as pictured, very clean and neat. All amenities worked. However, one note I have about location. It is very close to downtown but the neighborhood surrounding the house is “sketchy” there were gun shots heard one of the nights followed by an ambulance. That being said, when staying here I would recommend taking precautions in the area. Personally I had no issues in any part of the stay, just something to keep in mind. Nothing bad on Nina or the house just an unfortunate location in the city. But well worth it once you get a few miles away.

My friends and I stayed at Russell’s place for a girls trip and loved it! It’s clean, comfortable and cozy. I literally felt right at home. The location is spot on as you’re near so many coffee shops, restaurants and all of what DC has to offer. My other fav is HOW CLEAN the bathrooms were and the home as a whole. Russell had great communication and offered places for us for breakfast which was so helpful. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in DC!

This was the perfect home away from home while I visited DC for a workshop. The space is very welcoming and comfortable throughout including a lovely mattress. The fully stocked kitchen let me bring groceries and easily make all of my meals. I loved being able to walk for my outings while having a hassle free place to park my car. Jennifer was very friendly, provided clear communications and made the whole experience easy for me. Highly recommend it.

Molly is a lovely host! The inside is a wonderful and charming place. On a beautiful street with trees and nice families. Stay is a basement apartment off back alley. Host was exciting and kind and went the extra mile

We had the absolute BEST stay at Dale's place. It was so difficult to leave each morning to spend the day in DC when we were SO beyond comfortable and cozy in Dale's immaculate home. The place was so beautiful and clean and felt very spacious. We had our daughters ages 5 and 7 with us and they loved it too! Each night we would gather in the family room area and watch a movie with the fireplace on. It was the best long weekend. We walked to dinner each night and took scooters to some of the main attractions downtown which was so convenient. Dale was beyond kind and helpful, he was extremely available and communicative. I would come back and stay here each and every time in DC. Can't recommend it enough!

Villa Nelly Is a very nice and cozy choice to stay in DC. Monica is a great host, nice and details oriented. We felt welcomed and at home. Recommended.

My family stayed at Anne’s place over Thanksgiving. We had everything we needed and more. The place was clean and comfortable and was walking distance to so much! I also appreciated how quickly Anne replied to any correspondence. Very happy we chose this Airbnb for our DC stay!

We loved our stay at Son’s place. Son’s communication was proactive and helpful. The early checkin and late checkout was an added bonus to this already wonderful Airbnb. Everything was clean and the decorations made for a lovely living space. We definitely would’ve loved to use the backyard if the weather permitted. Would absolutely stay again.

My family traveled to DC for a quick weekend away to visit a few of the Smithsonian museums and John's place was great: funky in the best ways (great colors, cool lighting), well-appointed and thoughtfully stocked with coffee, cocoa and tea which got us going in the morning and warmed us up at night after a chilly day out on the town. The shower is a luxurious touch - very spacious and great water pressure, which is not always the case at an Airbnb rental. We used public transportation, which was close and convenient: the bus stop is 2 blocks away and the metro stop is a short 15 minute walk. Parking was a breeze; we worked with John to get a parking pass and we had a perfect spot right in front of the apartment for the entire weekend. A great bonus is the photo book that details the renovation of the apartment: John and Reina put a lot of work into the space, keeping some cool details from the past but doing significant work to update and modernize the space.

Stephan was very easy to contact. Also the space was very neat and the location was easy to get around!

Paul was a great host! Always responsive, very helpful. Would always make sure to let us know if we needed anything for the apartment or recommendations for where to visit in the city. The apartment was cosy, very clean and comfortable. It's in a good location, only a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro line, Or a 30 min walk to the capitol building. Very happy with our stay would definitely recommend if visiting washington.

Would stay again on our next out of town trip to DC :)

Thanks to Rayna & her husband, this stay was nothing short of amazing! The pictures don’t do any justice for this place, it’s look 10x better in person and the Decor is to die for! It felt very at home, it was quiet/peaceful, all rooms were clean and well put together & They were very responsive, and accommodating! I give this listing a 12/10, would definitely recommend this penthouse if you’re traveling to Dc!

We couldn’t have been happier with Mark‘s place. The apartment was comfortable and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The bed was very comfortable. There were ample closet space, and the bathroom was spotless. The apartment is located within walking distance to great restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and even a gorgeous walking trail. Mark was incredibly responsive to our questions and our needs And was able to be flexible when we asked for a late check out.

The detail around the house where perfect. My family and I had a great stay. One of our members got injured and had to stay in. She said lots delivery options there and she felt comfortable stay in. We felt safe in the area.

This was a perfect spot if you are going to be in the DC area. The space had all the things you would need. Sean and crew were really attentive to our communications and made sure we had everything we needed for our trip. We felt right at home. One of the best AirBnB we have been in. It was convenient with parking and quick walk to the Metro if you want to travel by train. Would stay here again if we could.

Door lock was a little challenging but Darrick was immediately responsive and helpful. I didn’t realize the place was up a lot of steps. As a person with a recent hip replacement climbing the steps was a little challenging. Nevertheless it did not take away from the location or the achieving our goal of a peaceful restful weekend. Great location! Would recommend!
