Great place to stay and easy to find. We were impressed with the craftsmanship and detail of the space. Tv & wifi great and easy to use. Comfortable as was the bed. There’s even a table and chairs outside for the warmer months. Looking forward to a return stay.

Wonderful stay! Very cold outside during winter though (and the kitchen window didn’t seem to close), so make sure to set the thermostat to heat as soon as you get there.

We had a great time Note to visitors you can walk to corner store for waters and snacks. Our favorite restaurant was the Coupe - amazing and cheap. Open vents when you get in to get heat flowing. Mark was very attentive and responded quickly. Thank you hope to be back and see more of DC!

The location was perfect for my visit. Located between two different metro stations and grocery stores near by made my visit easy. The unit was cozy and did not have the feel of a basement unit. I got timely communication and instructions as well. I would definitely stay again on my next visit to DC.

Itziar’s place was so good, clean and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay a lot. And surroundings were also perfect. There are many good cafes and restaurants. House was so clean and useful. Everything was perfect. We will definitely come and and stay in that beautiful apartment.

We were here for the Marine Corp Marathon weekend. My son-in-law and I were running. This townhouse let us spread out and prepare for our race and recovery afterwards. This home is beautifully decorated with attention to details to make us all feel at home. Teri and Eddie were always responsive to all our questions. We would certainly return for next year's race.

This was the perfect spot for my family to spend 6 days in DC. The amount of thoughtfulness and intention that Tashanna has put into this place is amazing and appreciated.

Thanks to Rayna & her husband, this stay was nothing short of amazing! The pictures don’t do any justice for this place, it’s look 10x better in person and the Decor is to die for! It felt very at home, it was quiet/peaceful, all rooms were clean and well put together & They were very responsive, and accommodating! I give this listing a 12/10, would definitely recommend this penthouse if you’re traveling to Dc!

The house was perfect for our stay. Very close to the main attractions, about 10 min in Uber or bus. Shawn was very responsive. We defintely recommend Shawn's place.i

Francis was a great host! The place was clean and as pictured! She has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was not an issue, and it's about 10+ minutes by car to get into areas where you can do things. Francis was also super attentive from the moment we booked and responded expeditiously whenever we reached out. She even gave us tons of suggestions when we asked. An "above and beyond" host for sure!

We couldn’t have been happier with Mark‘s place. The apartment was comfortable and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The bed was very comfortable. There were ample closet space, and the bathroom was spotless. The apartment is located within walking distance to great restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and even a gorgeous walking trail. Mark was incredibly responsive to our questions and our needs And was able to be flexible when we asked for a late check out.

We enjoyed our stay at Matt's place. Clean, comfortable and spacious for our whole family to stay the week. Close to a nice walking trail and quick drive to central DC. I'm sure we'll be back with family living around the corner!

Excellent service by Trevor. There seemed to be a glitch in the reservation but Trevor quickly responded and resolved it. Also he got me an upgraded suite which was very nice. Lots of nice restaurants nearby that provide a discount to guests staying at Club Wyndham. Gaylord resort and convention center was 2 blocks walking distance away.

We needed a place to stay in the Alexandria area that was close to amenities that was budget friendly and could accommodate three people--this fit the bill. Close to a grocery store, fast casual and family restaurants! The neighbors in the building were super friendly making the stay pleasant. We had a little trouble getting with the front desk getting in but our host was super responsive and quickly smoothed things over so we could get on with enjoying our stay. I highly recommend to any one who is on a tighter budget and seeking pleasant accommodations close to amenities in the area.

Jay’s place was pretty cool, and he went to extra lengths to ensure that we were happy during our stay. Would certainly come back anytime we’re in the area

The condo was great. located right in the middle of so many places to eat and things to do. Kenny went above and beyond by texting me personally so that there would be no delay in response. he also recommended things to do and places to see. The roof top has Great views, parking was so easy and access to room was easy. Loved the tiny little balconies. nice added feature to the condo. only complaint was that bed was little small, it was like a full size bed

It was a great stay at Oleg’s place! My parents came to visit me, so I found them this place. We enjoyed the stay a lot. Oleg sent us very detailed instructions before we moved in and always responded to our questions super fast. The apartment is clean and cozy. We also got plenty of towels, cooking wares, and supplies for cleaning. The location was convenient for us to shop, try different restaurants, and access the metro. The area is beautiful and has a lot to do. Overall, highly recommended!
