Sarah's place was perfect. We were staying for an event in Lyttelton and taking the ferry across was perfect. It was peaceful and had everything you could need. Lots of interesting books, art and so comfortable. I definitely recommend this place for a stay.

Julia's place is as described. The house has three rooms, a living room, a dining room, a toilet, a bathroom, a kitchen, and our breakfast and dinner are in the kitchen. Each room is stocked with an electric heater, and one of the large rooms and the living room also has a berber. Eggs, milk, jam and butter added to the homeowner. In addition, bread is prepared for guests to feed the ducks by the river for fun. The only thing is that the property is on the side of the road and the sound of cars passing by is a slight impact on the guests' sleep. Luckily the car was smaller during late hours and didn't affect much!

Ryan is definitely one of the best hosts I've ever met! He's extremely friendly and always responds to my messages super quickly, making communication a breeze. The house is quiet and comfortable, exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It's fully equipped, ensuring a really cozy stay. Whether you're on vacation or just here for a short stay, it's perfect. Highly recommend it to everyone! I'll surely choose this place again next time I'm in the area!

Mill Cottage is absolutely stunning. In a peaceful location in Akaroa but still walkable to town. The cottage itself is beautifully furnished, and so cosy, with a lovely veranda and garden. Maree was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Thank you!

If you're looking for 'country cool' this is the real deal. Kath & Dan are an inspiration if you want to understand what it means to live WITH nature. We missed them and their wonderful environment the moment we left.

We can’t thank Clare, Richard and Annabel enough for welcoming us into their farm. They were so so lovely, and we loved every moment at the cottage. The kids loved running on the big lawn, everything was clean, tidy and obviously well cared for. Richard even showed our toddler were the sheep get shawn. The bays around Port Levy are stunning.

Very quiet, peaceful, paddock and mountain views that change with the weather and time of day. I particularly enjoyed the wood fired BBQ and furnace. Everything worked properly and comfortable.

What a great location & view! The beach cottage was cozy& Gail is very friendly & responsive😀 walkable to a really neat trail too.
