Vacation rentals with breakfast in Canterbury

Thank you. What a lovely and peaceful place to be. The bed was so comfortable. So enjoyed the time and place.

Roomy, clean, well-equipped kitchen. Also quiet and private. Great base for exploring up and down the West Coast (we intended to get to Arthur’s Pass as well but the weather did not cooperate).

Lovely base to stay in beautiful surroundings. Spacious and bright with stunning views of Diamond harbour.

Excellent well appointed home with all the added extras that make your stay just that much better. Perfect for a larger group with 4 bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and great living space opening out to an outdoor deck. Close to Northlands shopping mall. Would definitely stay again if we had the chance.

Stayed here for a week and loved it. The house is amazing and exactly as listed. The hosts were also amazing. Had a problem one day with the hot water and Nina was there within the hour to fix it, they were very friendly and were helpful during my stay, couldn't recommend this place more

A lovely peaceful location with a flat walk to town and the beach. It was great that Carol provided breakfast for us. It is a comfortable home and the kitchen is well stocked.

Owner was so nice, explained about room nicely and we got nice break fast. Facilities were great they offered electric brackets and hair dryer and hair iron. Good for women’s trip! お家の周りは静かでとても過ごしやすかったです。オーナーさんは朝ごはんを用意してくれました。（シリアル、牛乳、たまご、バナナ、パン等）またヘアドライヤーや、電気毛布等も用意してくれており、ヘアアイロンまであったのにはびっくりしました！ボードゲームもあって大人数で泊まっても楽しめそうです☺️

A great townhouse with everything you need. Breakfast supplies and well stocked pantry and fridge. Washing machine and private outdoor area with clothes line. Large bathroom and good shower. Easy walk to city along a path beside river. No off street parking and street parking does get full. Would definitely stay again.

Loved staying here - listed as a studio but it’s really spacious for two people! Brent was really friendly and gave us a tour when we arrived. Bed was really comfy and linen was really soft, kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could want, and washing machine worked well. Parking on site and walkable into town. Definitely recommend a stay here for anybody visiting Christchurch.

We had a wonderful time in Christchurch and loved staying in this cosy home near the beach. Beth and Gary were great hosts. We would love to come back in the future!

What great hosts. Best airbnb ever. Absolutely loved this home away from home. Justine and Baz had thought of everything. It would have been very easy to stay in and just enjoy the view and surroundings. The furnishing paid attention to every detail, the bed to die for, all the appliances A+, the outdoor relaxing and bbq facilities excellent. The tea,coffee and breakfast cereal an excellent choice. Relaxing at night on a big luxurious couch with great TV and internet, after riding our bikes all day was just another plus. I could just go on and on. It was just awesome far better than any 5 star+ hotel or motel. Can't wait to return when the locals finish the biking/walking track around the lake. thank you again Jill and Kevin.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay at Wayne and Lynette's place. It feels homey and inviting. From Kitchen, bathroom, living room to bedroom, spotless! I highly recommend their place and will surely book again next time.

Nadia is an excellent host. Always quick to respond and great instructions for the place. Location was easy to find. Loved the covered porch with elevated views of the city. Clean and comfortable. Nadia and her husband were very welcoming. We would definitely stay there again.

A beautiful space with friendly hosts.

We enjoyed our stay in Jo's place. It is very conveniently located close to everything in the city center. We never needed our car which easily fit in the garage. The apartment was very clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable and the washer and dryer worked well. Good communication with Jo and I recommend the apartment.

My partner and I can’t say enough of how amazing Sue and Ted have made their BnB for their guests. We had traveled a long way and when we arrived it was so nice to be welcomed like family. Check in was simple with Ted and Sue giving us a quick lay of the land, and then allowing us to rest. Their communication is superb, and a message never went unanswered for long. The complimentary breakfast in the morning is exactly the right thing to start off a day of adventuring in Kaikoura and after a week of traveling, Sue’s gracious laundry service was exactly what we needed. We left Kaikoura refreshed and ready to take on the north island. Ted and Sue’s is an absolute must if you are staying in Kaikoura, worth every penny! The only bright spot of a failed whale watch tour is that now I am determined to come back to New Zealand to stay in Kaikoura a little longer with Ted and Sue and see those whales!

Karen’s house is so centrally located yet in a quiet and peaceful setting. It feels very comfortable and homely. Karen made me feel very welcomed and at home. Much appreciated.

Ruth's B&B is located in a very peaceful residential area, everything was great ! Ruth was very friendly, helpful and gave us good tips. It was great to be able to start the Peninsula walk directly from the apartment. Inclusive hot tub that is always available !

Cozy, clean and comfortable place, easy to find. Lovely personal touch with a welcome note with our names on it, very thoughtful breakfast extras. Sadly we arrived late and departed early so didn’t have a chance to see the lake.

Our stay at view with a room was stellar! Shirley is an extremely thoughtful host. She has everything you could possibly think to need with some very thoughtful touches such as freshly laid eggs that were left for us. The accommodation was impeccably clean and so well thought out. Modern bathroom, nice lighting. Beautiful views in a peaceful and serene setting. We walked at low tide to see the starfish, what a fun adventure! Shirley has a tide chart printed so you can time it just right. We loved our time at view with a room and highly highly recommend staying here. Thank you again Shirley!

We really enjoyed our stay, jacuzzi was a lovely bonus. Comfortable beds , and super friendly and helpful host. Jennifer was perfect and would definitely recommend. Homemade bread for breakfast was super tasty.

Nadine and Craig's house is beautiful and in a very well located area. Nadine and Craig were the best hosts, so generous and couldn't do enough for us. They gave us all the info we needed and we really enjoyed spending time with them but they also gave us our own space, striking the perfect balance. Would highly recommend

Good location with roughly 20mins from Christchurch city center. Easy to check in and rooms are beautifully designed. Murray and Sally are incredibly kind and provided us tasting breakfast, really love the homemade raspberries and peaches! If you plan to stay in Christchurch, definitely take this accommodation into consideration!
