It has old character, unique charm, and is close to old mining town, Julian. Kitchen has fridge, hot plate, grill, microwave, coffee maker- coffee tea provided. Pets welcome, has dog door, fenced yard.

You will feel right at home in this quiet neighborhood with access to the Cleveland National Forest for hiking, biking or birding. Owners live on the same property, so you may see them.

You will have access to Boulder Park, and 99 acres of private desert property all day. Barbecue outside. You may also us the guest cabin with all household furnishings, toilet, shower, kitchen etc. Or, sleep under the stars.
