Try turning off all your lights. Let your eyes adjust for 15 minutes & you may be surprised how well you can see! See more stars too! *trash dumpster on site in my driveway. No propane canisters in the trash. *Secure your gear well. It gets very windy here

Primitive campsite (NO water/electricity) rock fire pit, picnic table & stunning views of Big Bend National park. Feels remote, yet only a mile from town amenities like gas, grocery store, restaurants, public coin showers 1 mi. (8 quarters=10 min shower) The lively town of Terlingua, 5 miles. Big Bend NP, 5 miles. Big Bend Ranch State Park, 15 miles. Nice outhouse, much better than you imagine!

Excellent views of the Chisos mountains in the national park and sunrise to the east. nice outhouse. trash dumpster on site. Quiet, dark and feels remote, but just a mile to amenities. 5 miles to the park.
