I will collect you from your place of lodging at 6am (earlier or later if you prefer) and drive you in a closed air-conditioned vehicle to Pilanesberg National Park. I will be your personal guide during the safari and will share my expert knowledge on the Fauna and Flora as well as the iron age history within Pilanesberg National Park. The safari price includes a mid morning snack and soft drink, lunch, and an afternoon snack and soft drink. If you do not have your own camera, a digital camera with a 300mm zoom lens can be provided for your personal use during the safari. You will have access to all the pictures taken whilst on safari. You will be returned to your place of lodging after the safari has ended. NB! MY AVAILABILITY: (I could be flexible to accommodate you) I host several experiences on Airbnb. Once everyone's been collected, we depart for Dinoken Big 5 Game Reserve, where we'll spend the day on the Mongena Private Concession. Here we have exclusive access to the various off-road tracks and watering holes that attract the best game viewing. We'll explore the reserve in an open safari vehicle, for the ultimate in wildlife game viewing, and a boat cruise on the river that feeds into Mongena Dam. Once we're done with our morning activities, we head back to the main lodge for a hearty lunch after which we get ready to head back to Johannesburg. On our way back we can stop for curious and souvenirs to commemorate our time in the African bush. Our Johannesburg Nightlife Experience is An Experience that offers you the ability to really explore Joburg's nightlife with local people. Your host will be selecting the spaces to visit according to the vibe on the day you book& Your interests so it's important to reach out as soon as you make a booking so that such information may be communicated. We do the tour of Lesedi Cultural Village, one of the best  Cultural Villages in South Africa, situated in the Cradle of Humankind. You will explore the glorious diversity of cultures of the Ethnic groups in South Africa. Lesedi cultural village provides an excellent African experience in the country; one that provides warmth,depth and insight into South Africa's colorful diversity of tribal cultures. The tour begins with a video depicting History and Culture followed by a guided tour of five Ethnic groups homesteads of the Zulu, Xhosa, Ndebele, Pedi and Basotho and ends with not- to -be -missed dance extravaganza. I am a cook and passionate foodie who has published two cookbooks- Home Food and Cooking with Love. I wish to run a type of pop up restaurant where I will cook a harvest table of food for lunch. Lunch will be served at my home in the country, 90 minutes from Johannesburg. Guests can spend a day on the farm in the country relaxing and eating delicious food and enjoying the country, surrounded by horses in the fields, lovely walks and a swimming pool area. Guests can explore the herb garden on arrival and sip a delicious home made cordial made from produce on the farm. Thereafter a delicious lunch will be served and guests can later on relax near the pool or go for a walk around the farm. There is some wild game on the farm and magnificent bird life which can be enjoyed. Transport from the city of Johannesburg can be arranged for an extra charge.

We create a uniquely South African experience where you learn to make your own gourmet food paired with drinks curated by our sommelier. Guests are welcomed with a lesson on mixology. You will learn - Your own welcome drinks - How to source ingredients & put together a charcuterie board - Prepare a 3-course meal from locally sourced ingredients - Recipe cards will be provided for you to keep. After prepping and making your meals, you will learn to plate your food in a "chefy" way - "the art of plating". You will then sit down and enjoy your creations paired with different drinks. The class is more a lifestyle than just food and drink. We will provide everything that is needed for the class. All you need to do is to join in and learn.

Our Pan-African Cooking experience is an experience that will take you through a different number of African cuisines with a well know chef who is pure at heart and cooks not just to feed but to heal . We will be focusing on one country's famous meal and how the meal was derived...Africa has 54 countries and all countries eat differently and we will be preparing something combining a few countries. This experience was suggested by one of our guests who have come on our famous Taste of Africa food experience, they want to be able to make their own meals and understand the ingredients in the meals. The experience is inclusive of a conversation over nutrition and healthy eating, what most people call veganism, Our head chef is the instructor to the experience and will introduce a guest chef from a different country to make every experience different.

This Kaftan making workshop takes place in my office studio. Here we’ll get to know each other over local drinks, snacks and tunes. We’ll also get acquainted with a proudly African fabric called Ankara or we use the chiffon fabric to create beaded embroidery which I'll show you how to manipulate into a one piece free style outfit.
