Very nice apartment, clean and well furnished. Limoilou is a lively neighborhood in Quebec City to discover. Several shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Recommended.

If I could give this little penthouse pied-à-terre perched in Quebec City 6 stars, I would. Spotlessly clean and overlooking the whole city, it really felt like a home away from home. Every detail was considered from multiple device chargers next to the bed, to a brand new washer and dryer. I truly felt like a princess in the sky. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Johan was absolutely awesome to work with! We were in a sticky situation with our last air bnb and when I reached out to Johan for a last minute booking he was quick to respond and help us! We are so thankful we found his listing! The area was awesome for exploring and his space was kid and dog friendly! Johan was very very kind to us all!

Beautiful condo located very close to the historic center of Quebec City and tourist attractions Everything is spotless and well equipped, there are even children's utensils / dishes! Keypad entrance is very convenient and parking is located just behind the building Thank you Frédéric for this beautiful stay!

I rented a different unit in the same building a few years back, so I knew what to expect this time around as well - a responsive, friendly host, rooms kept immaculately clean, a perfectly equipped place that has everything for a comfortable stay, from clean towels and linens down to coffee and tea. Every time I visit Quebec City I look up for units available from Lesya.

We felt completely at home at Marcela and Alex's place. It was perfectly located to get to different places around town and to have our dog with us (quiet neighbourhood with places to walk). Marcela was always easy to reach and quick to answer if I had a question. It was extremely comfortable for the two of us and our dog. We enjoyed watching movies and taking in the incredible view at all times of day. Although we weren't there as tourists, we were able to get downtown quickly by car as well as to Ile d'Orléans. A bonus at Marcela's is all the plants! We rarely see plants at other rental homes and it really adds to the homey atmosphere. We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Nicolas's place was exactly what we were looking for: cozy, quiet and peaceful! Me and my friends spent a lovely weekend here cooking and enjoying fires, we would love to come again in the summer!

Vero's apartment was very clean and welcoming. We felt very relaxed and at home there. We appreciated her attention to detail with the little things and it was even nicer than it looked in the photos! The neighbourhood is very peaceful and close to Old Quebec and many restaurants and cafes. I'd recommend it highly!

For 5 women, no men, no children, it was all we needed. A warm place, with the fireplace, relaxation in the spa, good food and a relaxing night. Everything was as described. Recommended!

Perfect place for our visit. Walkable to the old city and grocery store just down the road. Very clean and comfortable. Great shower and comfy bed. The view from the room deck at night is magical.

This apartment was perfect for our family of five for the weekend. It was quiet and comfortable and well equipped with linens, kitchen items and close convenient parking. It was clean and warm. The lighting was great and it was spacious. There was a table that seats six comfortably. The neighborhood was vibrant with lots of cafes, shops and restaurants on the street that runs parallel. Grocery store very close also and bags provided in the apartment for shopping. The location was great. It was an easy, quick walk to the old city and to the port. The roof terrace was fun and had a nice view of the city. One thing to note: Take the parking pass with you when you leave the car. We left it in the car and you need it to get back into the garage. We were able to get in using the phone mounted to the wall and help from the attendant but it was luck I think! We thought that we spoke French pretty well but we were definitely wrong. Quebec French is a different thing!

My stay at Jonathan's was a last minute booking, and everything from the location, to the space provided, and more importantly, how easy his instructions were, was what made it such an effortless and great stay. Wish I am had more time, I would've easily stayed for another few nights to take advantage of everything to do around the area. Thanks Jonathan!

Great stay in Quebec City. Location is walkable (but probably not with luggage) or a very short taxi ride from the station. Great deli and supermarket not too far away. Old Quebec City is a walk up the hill away. Bus stops are close and would recommend getting the RTC app to access tickets as otherwise you need exact amount of cash. Apartment had lots of thoughtful provisions for basic cooking. Roof top terrace was lovely - but pool was frozen (it was December!). Host was very proactive and responsive with communication.

Marc was very responsive to any messages that we sent to him. Location is about 15 minute walk to downtown area with a steep set of steps. Condo was well appointed and clean. The immediate surrounding area had lots of homeless people.

This condo is just perfect and so are the hosts! Easy and enjoyable communication. Everything was there, location, 100% equipped kitchen, impeccable cleanliness, easy access heated parking, comfortable bed, beautiful decoration as seen in the photos. This was an ideal location for us. Easy to explore the old city and Christmas markets. The apartment itself was the best. The wife said I couldn't use enough superlatives in the review (so I won't try). I'll just say she was highly impressed with all the details a guy may not notice. I liked the big TV and the Christmas touches. The included parking garage access is a big bonus. Would happily stay again.
