I’m sure many of you will be in need of a break away so …. if you are seeking a quiet and private space for your visit to beautiful Mount Maunganui then the recently renovated Beachside Retreat offers just that and more. The studio is perfect for quiet couples, solo travellers and business people. Safe and secure, the studio is bathed in morning and late afternoon sun so is cosy and warm. Heat pump for your comfort whatever the season. Beautiful Mount beach is just across the road. Beach gear available on request. Perfectly positioned to walk into town or stop along the way at some top cafes and restaurants. Back to the studio and you transition from the large deck through sliding glass doors to an interior that's designed for total relaxation. Refresh in a sparkling white bathroom and soak in a designer bathtub before bedtime. Kitchenette for tea and coffee making, microwave and small bar fridge. No cooktop. For your arrival there is a selection of NZ tea’s, coffee, hot chocolate, cereal, milk and juice in the studio. On-site parking available for one car. Big screen smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and the usual free to air streaming. Fast high speed unlimited WIFI. A five minute walk to Central Parade shops, Fife Lane Restaurant, Tay Street Cafe and Store, Bay Oval and Blake Park. Also a handy five minute drive to Bayfair and Baypark. Enhanced cleaning and sanitising between guests as per Air BnB guidelines. Parking available on site. We (Shirley & Jim) live upstairs with our small dog Louie. We are around if you need a hand, would like some breakfast, dinner or tourist tips. Otherwise, we will respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy your stay. The studio is on Marine Parade, directly opposite Mount Maunganui Beach. Blake Park, Bay Oval, and various shops and great cafes at Central Parade are about a 5-minute walk. It's a quick drive to the Mount, airport, Bayfair Shopping Centre and Trust Power Baypark. Just an hour drive will have you to Whakatane, Rotorua and Hobbiton. Check in and check out times may be adjusted to suit your travel arrangements on request. Luggage drop/storage also available on request.

Large bedsit flat with kitchen and bathroom

The bedsit flat is situated downstairs as part of our 2 storied house. We live upstairs with our dog (a Collie cross called Nessie). It is entirely separate to our part of the house. Do expect some noise from us upstairs, but we try to keep it to a minimum. You have use of your own kitchen with a washing machine, and bathroom. We have a big garden and can offer a parking space for you behind the automated gate. Our place is very close to the beach, we are one road back from the dunes.

Come and enjoy everything that Mount Maunganui has to offer. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarket and Bayfair Shopping Centre - This little home is in a fantastic and convenient location. Dogs welcome with plenty of room to run around in the private, fully-fenced backyard. Fully stocked home with everything needed to make your stay a comfortable one. Property has one off-street carpark for guest use, with plenty more on-street parking available.

The guest wing is located down a hallway at one end of our home, separated by a screen and is for your exclusive use only. You will also have your own private entrance via the kitchenette. Whether you’re coming for a short beach break, event at nearby Baypark, or an extended stay, we’d love to welcome you.

The suite is located at street level without beach views , however, a short walk up the steps from your separate patio entrance takes you to the incredibly beautiful Mount beach. It is situated on our property but is an easy laid back and stylish space that you can come and go from at your leisure. We are a 3 minute stroll to the beach and a stones throw to Bayfair shopping centre, Baywave, Baypark/ASB Arena, Mount Main Street, Pilot Bay, restaurants, cafes and pubs.

Studio room (queen bed), bathroom, kitchen and separate entry. Two night minimum. Microwave and single induction element for cooking. We live in the rest of the house. Please check the photos to ensure that this suits. A 2 min walk to the surf beach and Tay St cafe serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. A 15 min walk to Downtown Mt shopping. Stroll the beach, climb the Mt, enjoy Pilot Bay.
