Claudia was very accommodating and understanding, always responding promptly to every query. The amenities in her apartment met our requirements, especially the kitchen which was very thoughtfully stocked. Our family had a great stay and are happy to recommend this property.

Beautiful apartment. Clean, cozy and looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Sal communicated clearly. The only bad thing is there’s no parking nearby but overall I enjoyed my stay!

If I could give Kimberly’s place more than 5 stars, I would. My girlfriend and I absolutely loved this place. It’s very modern, smells good, have all the necessities you need and Kimberly is the best host ever! She even gave us welcome snacks and chocolates! Would 100% come back whenever we’re in NYC again.

Space was perfect for what I needed. Love the area and look forward to staying there again. Kitchen was great for meal preparation and was just what I needed.

Samantha is a wonderful host who responds quickly to messages. She was very accommodating with our late check-out request and helped us store our luggage after check-out time. The house is warm, cozy, and clean. The two doors with locks made us feel very safe during our stay. The location is about 30 minutes from Manhattan by bus and train. While the transportation systems between New York and New Jersey are slightly different and may seem complicated at first, it becomes very easy to commute to Manhattan once you get used to it. Overall, I highly recommend this place!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Amazing location for any event at the Prudential Center. This adorable space is exactly as pictured. Clean, well maintained, with everything we needed during our 2 night stay.

My family and I were back up north for the holidays and Suzanne's place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location - her residence is quiet and peaceful area, but very close walk to Washington St and all the restaurants and amenities that Hoboken has to offer. Also, very spacious apartment. More than enough room for my wife and I and our two young children. Suzanne was an accommodating host and quite responsive. Very lovely home and we would gladly stay there again.

Place was excellent for our family. Check in was easy as we were lucky enough to be able to drop off our bags in a little early. Cleaning crew was there when we dropped the bags off and she was super nice, very helpful and just made the overall experience easy and comforting. House was everything we needed. Train to Grand Central was an easy 3-5 walk and ran every 30 minutes.

Had a great stay even after a 2 day delay in check in because of a cancelled flight was able to stay one extra nite I enjoyed the private area and amenities as the washer/dryer and cable tvs thanks again for understanding my frustration and giving me a extra day to enjoy my planned week in Ny I would book here again in a heartbeat

Our group of 6 adults enjoyed a great weekend in Dev and Jackie’s home! It is a beautifully appointed, clean space and just as described. A quick Uber ride gets you to the PATH train in nearby Hoboken, if you’re interested in heading into NYC. Dev and Jackie were helpful and responsive; we definitely recommend this home and next time we’ll try to book in warm weather so we can take advantage of that awesome rooftop area and its view!

Ken was a great host. Very friendly and made himself available whenever. The location was perfect. Tons of restaurants, bars and shops within minutes away. Subway station was 3 blocks away for easy access to the city. The apartment was exactly as shown and had plenty of accent pieces decorated throughout that made it super interesting, and quaint/cozy. I've booked airbnbs over 10 years now and I would definitely recommend Ken's listing.

We spent Christmas 2024 here in the Airbnb. 6 people (5adults and 1 teenager). Plenty of room for everyone The description of these Airbnb is exactly like it is described. A very Safe and quiet location, walking distance to Walgreens and other stores also close to the bus line. Sylvia and Chris responds to your text messages at a timely manner. We got to the Airbnb later than usual due to airport delay, but Chris met us and assisted us with our luggage…That was amazing (5 stars just for that Chris) Trust, This is a amazing and SAFE place, (coming from a 5 women group and 1 teenager). Outstanding Airbnb! Clean, warm, quiet. It truly was a wonderful hiatus from hotels if you need a refuge from corporate travel! Responsive host and a close walk to EVERYTHING coffee shops, groceries, restaurants, gym and PATH to NYC!!

We had a great stay at Kenia and Rodrigo's apartment, where we were very well received (bottle of good California wine, cafes and water bottles available, etc.). The accommodation is spacious, very clean and quiet. The bus is a 3 minute walk and drops you off at Times Square in less than 20 minutes. The view from the living room and one of the bedrooms is beautiful, we never tire of contemplating the skyline of Manhattan... The kitchen and the bathroom are functional. We were delighted to return in the evening to this warm place after walking around New York all day. Finally, there is a heating that works very well but also the air conditioning and fans on the ceiling. Anyway, a great stay, and we will surely come back to this apartment if we have the opportunity to come back to New York!

The apartment has a homely feel and luxury. Only a 25-minute ride from the NYC bus terminal, Victor's place is ideally suited for tourists and those traveling for work but wishing to avoid the trouble of staying in a hotel. Victor kindly extended our checkout time by two hours upon our request. I'd stay here again whenever visiting the Big Apple.

The condo was exactly what I needed for a short stay. It was a good price, in a good area, and the hosts did a lot of nice extras such as having some snacks out, plenty of condiments, and small things you don’t always think of. While I didn’t need it they had a bunch of chargers available to use and umbrellas, etc They were friendly in and timely in responding. I would definitely stay again when visiting the city.
