Everything was great. The space was clean and ready for us when we got there. Had to walk for parking, but that was ok as it's not too far. We would stay again if available when we're in the area!

Me and my family had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described – cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated with a modern yet homey touch. The location was perfect— steps away from the beach. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

walking distance from the LIRR; couple blocks to the ocean; lots of places to chill out in solitude; just a couple minutes from JFK; this worked out great for me

This house was a lovely place for our family trip! Our party of 4 had plenty of room to spread out, beach is just a few min away, along with restaurants, shops etc. There is plenty of room in the backyard, but my family really enjoyed sitting on the front porch and playing cards. Everything we needed was there, and all questions answered quickly! I would definitely book again!!

We came over to New York for a 1 week holiday, where one of the options was this AirBnB, and after looking around we ended up settling with this one. Bill has been a great host, always proactive and quick to respond when there was something we didn't have. the Airbnb itself is as described, comfortable for 2 people. We were concerned that it might not be worth enough given we visited in December, though thankfully there is a good central heating; the additional heaters weren't required, but the heated blanket was a nice touch. Lovely locations nearby, and we actually spent half the week just staying in Oceanside as everything was a walking distance away. Getting into Central New York City is best done by walking 20 minutes to Oceanside station, and taking the LIRR straight in. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit NYC. We'd happily stay here again if we visited NYC again.
