We had an excellent stay at Deric’s place. It was just as impressive as the photos, with spacious, artistically furnished rooms. The location is also great and very secure. Deric was incredibly responsive, keeping in touch with us from the moment we arrived and offering helpful support throughout our stay. He arranged flexible check-in and check-out, making us feel completely at home. Everything went smoothly. The garden is well-maintained and was a perfect spot for us to relax—we even enjoyed breakfast there. Our stay was truly wonderful, and I highly recommend Deric’s place!

It was good enough that I considered it underpriced. It is a small architectural marvel. It is in a compound with other dwellings but entirely separate, with its own shady garden. The host was very friendly and responsive and he amply accommodated my rather late check-out time upon my request, for which I am very grateful. The caretaker Emmanuel was equally helpful and directed me to a taxi driver with whom I established a good rapport. The watchman was also extremely friendly, although the language barrier limited our communication somewhat. In any event, there was not much we needed to say to each other. As I expect to work in Arusha on other occasions, I will definitely return.

The house of Cecile is perfect for a family. The rooms are big and clean. Outside it’s possible to let the kids playing, because everything is safe due to a fence. For a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner there is a restaurant (Medan Lodge) very near to the house. Other local shops are very closed as well.

The host was excellent. The maid was very helpful. I highly recommend this location. The house is everything it says and more. The location is very convenient for everything including a big grocery store. I had my mom's birthday party there and the host was ok with my small gathering. Wifi worked well and the large tv. The hot water is very hot. I can not wait to book again.

Maua house is a dream! What a tranquil retreat just minutes from town, and ideally located on the ring road, making it easy to get to either side of Arusha town without going through the center of traffic. Beautifully appointed, tranquil garden and the loveliest hosts you could ask for. We will be back for sure!

Great stay at Old post 34. Will definitely be back. Abdullah was friendly, pro-active and extremely responsive. Arusha weather is so friendly this time of year. We initially got lost on Google maps but once we figured the alternate route, was a breeze. The place is squeaky clean, spacious, UpToDate technology including a lovely TV room and stable WiFi that made those lazy days enjoyable. Also close to a number of amenities, so did not entail a long commute to source supplies. The staff were attendant to our needs and available at our convenience. Would definitely recommend 💯. Also great value for money and a steal especially for large groups

Karah was a wonderful host...the house is not too far off the main road and has a gorgeous view of Mt. Meru! really such a find! We will definitely be back!

Didas place was great. Fred is amazing, has a heart of gold. You can tell the love he put into the place, and is always around to chat and answer questions. He arranged an amazing day trip to a waterfall and the Maasai tribe, where we made coffee and lunch in their home. It was absolutely beautiful. Thank you Fred!

This is probably one of the homes you will hardly find in Arusha for the listed price given its quality and ambiance. It is worthy to stay in this facility. I hope I will be lucky to stay in this facility everytime I visit Arusha. Thank you very much Furaha!

My stay at Mary spot was excellent. Her place is surrounded by the beauty of Nature. The Dada's cook excellent meals as well. Fyi... for transportation you may need to walk to Fun retreat resort for a bolt car or atleast on one of the main roads by Mary house to catch a boda boda. Overall, I think her place is good value for your money.

Check-in was smooth. When we didn't have any Tanzanian shillings on the day of our arrival, Ally even lent us money for the food and took extra time to get something to eat with us. Overall, the stay was extremely satisfactory and Ally is a superb host.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay and can recommend Westwood without hesitation. The apartment is newly renovated, extremely well cleaned and maintained, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment is within walking distance of several downtown attractions and a short and affordable cab ride to other locations. We wanted to try an Airbnb to avoid having to get multiple hotel rooms and Westwood was perfect. It was very spacious and extremely comfortable. We strongly recommend this to all travelers, especially those who plan an extended stay in Arusha. It’s a wonderful value!!

We had a very nice stay at the Meru Farm. Very confortable and clean room, with attached bathroom, and small living room. We enjoyed the terrace and the quiet garden. Esther, who take care of the house is amazing. And Francis, who help us for few transfer is really kind also. Perfect spot for long term stay if you want to be out of the city center and have a "home feeling".

Michael was very responsive and helpful during my stay. The home is in a nicer and greener part Arusha with good cafe's, bars, and restaurants in near proximity. If you like fruit I can highly recommend the fruit stall just down the road!

I loved staying with Tracy! It felt like home. What I liked the most is that I had my privacy. Her home is really cozy and looks really nice! I loved staying there and would always come back!
