Really good value, within 15 minutes walk of the shops of Botanic and the university and 30 minute walk of the city centre.

The Air B and B is very handy for Belfast City Airport - 10-15 minute walk. The neighbourhood is quite quiet - just occasional flights overhead! The house is quite well-equipped, clean and spacious. Some info about recycling might be helpful - thanks.

Nicola's flat was just as described, great location, felt safe and comfortable. Great value and quick response when we had questions. Highly recommended.

Perfect place for our trip of 4 ladies. we had lots of space. The house was spotless and in a lovely quiet road. Shops all walkable for any essential items. There is a bus stop at the end of the road that gets you into the city centre but as there was four of us it sometimes worked out cheaper with a Uber. David was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed and gave recommendations for places. He was also very flexible with our check in and out which helped us out a lot. All of the people we meet were so friendly and helpful. Hopefully we will return again! Great weekend.

Another wonderful stay at Margaret’s house. We enjoyed every minute. The welcome pack is such a kind gesture and Margaret is a lovely host. We would highly recommend this house. So convenient to the town. A cosy home from home. Fabulous!

Frances is a really friendly and responsive host and made us really feel at home. She provided a cot, high chair and bedding as we were travelling with our baby and toddler. The house felt homely and had everything you will need. The house is located on a busy road but it wasn’t really noticeable. It was easy to get from the airport by taxi and into town either by taxi or by bus. The G1 glider bus is a short walk away and take you to the city centre or towards Stormont. There is a Tesco Express a few minutes walk away and some great tap bars just down the hill.

Everything about our stay was perfect, the house was clean and tidy, had all the amenities we needed and on top of that, Michelle really put a lot of extra effort into making the house homely! She was also lovely, very friendly and was there for us if we needed anything. An amazing stay!

We stayed for 2 nights, Sat through Monday in Nov The entire experience was faultless. Clear comms from the host with lots of hints and tips for pubs/restaurants The house itself was excellent. Spacious, clean with large rooms and high ceilings. All the mod cons were present and there was a games room with pool, Darts and a retro arcade machine which took me back to my youth We were a group of 7 but it can accommodate up to 8 Location is in a quiet residential area and is a bus ride from the city centre or a cab for £10 - £15 Would thothoroughly recommend this property and will stay there again if we revisit Belfast and it's available

Catherine’s place was in a great location for walking/catching the bus into City Centre and had a great amount of space. The host was helpful in sharing info about nearby places to visit and was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Our family of 4 had a great time staying in Belfast. We stayed at the house for four weeks and never ran out of things to do and see around. This home was located steps from a bus line, so we could easily and quickly get around town. Grocery shops, a fruit market, butcher and much more are very close by, within a couple of minutes' walk. The neighbors were very quiet and there was little traffic on the street. If we had any questions, Emma responded quickly. The home was comfortable, and the amenities were easy to use.

Daniel was contactable before and throughout our stay and he was very helpful. The house was ideal for our trip, we were able to walk in and out of the city, making it an ideal location.

Andrea’s place was perfect for our getaway. The house was comfortable and very well located. Co-op just around the corner for your basics. There is also plenty of cafes and restaurants within a minutes walk. We all felt at home and hope to return in the future

Lovely, spacious house that looks exactly like the photos. Great location in Belfast - short walk to lots of cafes and restaurants and around a 25 min walk into the city centre or 5 mins in a taxi. There’s a spar garage at the end of the street where you can pick up essentials and more. Stephen was extremely helpful and responded immediately to any questions we had. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great spot, ideal for a family. House was spotless. Host was brilliant, even left us milk in the fridge. I would 100% recommend this to others.

Cosy, well-equipped and spacious house. Very quiet, but also conveniently situated to Belfast (about 25 mins drive) but also the Giant's Causeway (about 1 hour 10 mins drive). We also did the lovely coastal walk up to the lighthouse in Whitehead. Really enjoyed visiting in Northern Ireland and we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and accommodation was as per the description, there was a lovely hamper with goodies including a bottle of fizz which was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and the place was home from home Will recommend to friends and also return if I am ever back in Belfast Thanks for a great stay
